Yet on the bright side, the optics of the narrative suggests brash defiance, which evokes great hope. The resolute defiance that suggests that we must not give in to the primitive and dark forces of terror. If children stay at home and are unable to go to school because they fear the terrorists, then the terrorists have won. That is unacceptable, hence the beauty underlying this seeming defiance - that even if it means deploying the military to escort children to school, then it must be done.

Was the victim a US citizen? Was the crime committed from within the territoriality of the United States? If not, then we're US bank accounts used to receive the proceeds of the fraud? In other words, we're the funds laundered in the US? I need to understand this aspect very well in order to ascertain how the US has any locus standi so to say in this matter.
