This is getting serious. How did they get missile capabilities?

So the whole period they have been granted amnesty, throughout that period of 6 to 7 years, they have been busy stockpiling weapons. No wonder Kalu spoke of the capability of biafra to launch ground to air missile
You never see anything. When we were insisting that Buhari must never be allowed to replace Jonathan, you think we were playing abi? And when it happened, instead of Buhari to apply tact and wisdom to mend fences and build bridges, he blatantly called our bluff and set about pursuing his Northern agenda and fouling the entire atmosphere in the name of war against kwarapshun.

It was only a matter of time before the boys activated their beast mode. Now, the die is cast.

Tompolo 2.0 MAX is a very dangerous version of Tompolo indeed. Buhari should have known this before using the useless EFCC to hound this sort of guy...

All this could have been avoided by simply overlooking some things. But no, Buhari wanted to form tough, no nonsense 'anti kwarapshun' robot-in-chief. Let him live with the results of his poor judgement.

Trust me, there is very very low Tor usage in Nigeria, and I actually made it my business to know that crucial stat.

As long as they are using Tor directly, their identity can be compromised, especially when they access clearnet sites like twitter and facebook, that involves java enablement at any point in their usage.

If they use Tor directly, their ISP will also know they are on Tor, and their Tor usage logged and crossrefernced to postings on their twitter handle.

They may be slightly better off if they use vpn with tor...just slightly ...coz their isp will not be able to know the browser they are using, but their anonymity depends again on the VPN provider they are using, coz most vpns log IPs and take down your credit card records and other data, all these can again be cross referenced.., anybody using VPNs based incertain countries I wont mention are basically f**ked when it comes to law enforcement issues, as these VPN people will provide all your details.

A better way might be to use Tails plus a Vpn and some other tools I wont mention here...That can make sure that 90 percent of the time, you dont get caught, but if you mess with State actors with enough resources, you will be caught.

Moral of the story is dont do anything illegal on the clearnet..you will be caught if state actors create time to treat your f**k up.
Lol. Much as I understand where you're coming from, I think you're too academic in your projections. There are countless 'no log' VPN providers based OUTSIDE the US, UK and their allied countries. Numerous VPN providers based in rogue-friendly places like Eastern Europe and Asia. Besides, there's Socks 5 +RDP, which I can tell you is super anonymous. Besides that, at the level of device isolation/identification, there are numerous tools like Mac Address Spoofer, Browser User-Agent Spoofer, VM Ware, Fraud Fox, etc. All these tools are even going too far, because I am dead sure that the Nigerian State lacks the resources and competence to track criminals based on Cyber Intelligence. Basic no logs VPN or Socks 5 is often enough. Is it Nigeria where even rudimentary things don't work that will have the advanced Cyber security tools and capacity to track anything?

Nigeria where useless idiots get employed into sensitive positions on the basis of connections, nepotism, 'bottom power' etc... leaving out competent people who lack such connections. A massive joke of a country.

You sure say your brain no need factory reset?
One mumu soldier who was smuggled into the armed forces through the back door (connections to one Emir or Senator or the other), who has ZERO passion for the job, whose ONLY motive for joining the army is to do yanga and oppress "bloody civilians", who is fundamentally and intrinsically a coward? This kind of idiot is equivalent to five of what? Even five chickens have more aggregate competence and bravery than one Nigerian soldier.

MOPOL is just police officer with more than 3 years experience and never undergo that kind army training. They have the police blood in there vain. The op said four mopol and a soldier and only torn soldier cloth but they sustain injury and still left banking hall for SOLDIER. May be we should give trial in sambisa forest.
Lol. You think the soldier actually FOUGHT with the four MOPOLS? It's still part of what I meant by 'psychological edge'. The MOPOLS surely didn't pummel him. They were soft on him as per 'he is a soldier o, let us treat him with caution o'. Would the idiot have survived even 2 minutes of full-blown, no holds barred fisticuffs with the policemen?

Meanwhile which yeye training are you referring to? Look, I know exactly what I am talking about. MOPOLS have more real world/field experience engaging with criminality and security threats daily and routinely. If not for Boko Haram that jolted the military into reality, the idiots have zero combat experience other than oppressing innocent civilians. How many wars have they fought? Abi na bread and butter peace-keeping missions for Liberia and Sierra Leone be 'war'?

I'm dead sure that my trusted Abba Kyari and his men at the IG Special Team/FSARS would do a better job of INTELLIGENTLY locating Tompolo and the Avengers than the entire apparatus of the Nigerian armed forces put together, if given that task.

Riot policemen (Mobile Police aka MOPOL) are more competent than soldiers in this country, in every way. Soldiers merely have a psychological edge because they are made to believe they are superior to everyone else. Bunch of hopeless losers.

PoliticsRe: Soldiers Take Over Tompolo’s Residence, Father Escapes Arrest by hedonistic: 12:21pm On May 31, 2016
Funny thing is that hundreds of military men were (and are probably still on) Tompolo's payroll right from the CAMP 5 days through the consolidation years under Jonathan. You needed to see his highly militarised convoy full of special breed, carefully selected, specially trained/kitted soldiers. I'm sure many non-commissioned soldiers right up to generals and other high ranking officers are/were eating from Tompolo and are loyal to him.... His intelligence would always be several notches ahead of the military high command's.

You will catch a ghost before you catch Tompolo.

Take it or leave it.

Osama bin Laden wasn't killed by the assault on his compound that faithful day but rather it was the result of years of pain staking and careful intelligence gathering. It's not by the use of force that tompolo will be fished out. Where is our intelligence?
Your question is funny. What isn't funny is the answer: we have ZERO intelligence.

It took America years of painstaking effort to get Bin Laden because he was in foreign territory and an unfriendly/uncooperative foreign territory for that matter (Afghanistan/Pakistan). He would have been fished out in days or even hours if he had been hiding within the United States.

Tompolo is right here on Nigerian soil (or on Nigerian waters as the case may be) and yet the useless government and military are busy chasing shadows. Hopelessly incompetent system.

Ask Nnamdi Kanu, Dasuki, Fani Kayode and the other innocent (UNTIL proven guilty) Nigerians who Buhari has extrajudicially detained in defiance of court orders and judicial processes. I'm fighting hard to avoid abusing people like you who talk rubbish about why Tompolo is hiding or how he is a "coward". Use your common sense and think about the examples I cited!

Besides, how can a "coward" - a mere individual - evade a whole Federal Government with its full paraphernalia and instruments of power - armed forces and what not? Who is the real coward here if not Buhari and his incompetent buffoons in the armed forces/security services who can't fish out and arrest a mere individual?

If Tompolo comes out and subjects himself to the law, would Buhari deal with him according to the rule of law? Would Buhari not arm twist the judiciary into denying him bail? Even if granted bail, would Buhari obey the court order? Think you *&-#*!

You're dead right. This is why I am still finding it difficult to forgive Jonathan for making such a grave, grave mistake.

The APC would be in power for donkey years even if this government is the worst in human history, except you take out BOTH Buhari and Tinubu. These two characters are pre-eminently undemocratic and have a vice grip on INEC and the Judiciary. There is zero chance that the 2019 elections would be credible, free and fair with these two characters still in the picture. Already, they have installed a senseless and hopelessly idiotic slowpoke called 'professor' (spits) Mahmood Yakubu as the chairman of INEC. A 'professor' idiot who has not been able to conduct even the smallest of state elections competently, let alone the general elections in 2019.

We need to kill corruption first and every other thing will fall in place.
This is not true. Far from the truth.

A clear policy direction and a leadership that is competent, creative, dynamic, and able to make and implement the right decisions is what is needed to make headway. I have long argued that (financial) corruption isn't the biggest problem affecting Nigeria's development. It has always been incompetence and non-financial corruption e.g. nepotism/parochialism/tribalism and disregard for rule of law.

A fairly competent government with a sound economic team was what Jonathan had and Buhari lacks. This is far more important than financial corruption or the lack thereof.

Lai Mohammed by a long mile.

It is quite hard to defend the govt in this trying time of the economy.
Hard times or underperforming governments bring out the 'shine' in a competent minister of information. In such trying situations, the minister's endearing manner of communicating with the public in a charismatic, likeable, persuasive manner (even if slightly dishonest) would somehow improve the public's perception of the government. All of this is where Lai has failed woefully. He has not been able to make the transition from an opposition party attack dog to a government minister of information whose party is in power. There are massive differences in job description, stylistic requirements, and general approach between these two starkly different roles.

His repugnant face alone is a turn off as it rankles beyond what I can describe in words. When he opens his mouth he fouls up the entire atmosphere and inspires nothing but disgust and contempt. Absolutely nothing likeable or believable about the man.

A more charismatic and competent minister would have made a LOT of difference.

Did he resign by himself or was he replaced by OBJ? I heard then that OBJ replaced him because he felt that he was too dignified and 'gentle', and wanted a more combative and attack-minded individual - a role that Nweke Junior managed to play very well.

I'm sure everyone agrees that the worst ever is Lai Mohammed, using any indices:

- Believability (zero)
- Charisma/likeability (zero)
- Persuasiveness/Slickness (zero)

It has gotten to a point where Lai Mohammed's discredited face is a source of disgust and cynicism for almost all observers whenever he appears in the media. No one wants to hear whatever drivel he has to say because it is expected that he will lie or insult sensibilities with his characteristically arrogant and distasteful demeanour. The man is now clearly a waste of public space and a colossal liability to Buhari's government.

I'll nominate the genteel, persuasive, and highly dignified Chukwuemeka Chikelu as the best minister of information so far since 1999. He had a way of passing his message across elegantly and defending the government of the day (Obasanjo's) persuasively without offending sensibilities and arrogantly talking down on the public. Too bad Obasanjo had to later replace him with the brash and combative Frank Nweke-Junior because he felt that Chikelu was not 'harsh' enough.

Other candidates include:

Frank Nweke-Junior
Dora Akunyili
Labaran Maku
Prof Jerry Ghana

What do you think?

Walahi it used to last at least 19 hours on a full charge and at the highest rotation of the fan. I rocked it throughout last year (at least 8 months) until the yeye fan packed up.

The current arrangement is a normal phone powerbank., 20000Mah (although could be less)connected to a small tabletop fan.
