The parents are best placed to handle the matter. Perhaps they have to report to the man's parents or elder family members, call a meeting, and issue stern warnings. With all these allegations on the senator, the victim only need to proof that he was saying the truth by coming up with those he truly frauded. With all the uncountable contingents of soldiers, policemen, and DSS operatives deployed to Rivers, with the very long build up to the Rivers election that gave INEC and the federal government more than enough time to prepare, with all the clear signs everyone had that Rivers election would be prone to violence, what excuse can INEC and Buhari's useless government give for not preparing well enough to manage the expected difficulties and conduct an efficient election? For only one state? What will then happen during the general election when multiple elections would hold simultaneously in multiple states?

Blaming politicians for the violence and failed election is extremely idiotic. This is clearly a failure of government , and shows that the empty headed animal parading himself as INEC chairman is as incompetent and unqualified as the animal from Daura that appointed him.

Nigerian banks don't know anything about banking. Sounds counterintuitive but true. Very lazy thieves. The classical way banks worldwide make money by lending depositors funds at a decent interest rate and investing such funds in profitable schemes, supplemented by standard COT for certain transactions. You don't make money by unilaterally dipping your itchy fingers into individuals accounts to collect whatever levies you concoct. This is ridiculous.
