It's not a new thing na. That's why I have zero patience or tolerance these days for any pretentious girl that wants to be treated like an egg even when there is high probability that she is a coded shameless runs girl/LovePeddler somewhere. That's how one that I met recently was insisting that I should come and pick her from her house to the mutually agreed safe joint that we would hang out for the first time. I asked her to get a freaking cab to the place and that I'll pay for the cab. The idiot replied that 'she doesn't go out alone like that', that I'll have to come and pick her. I took another disdainful look at her picture and imagined that this average looking thing (that I was merely trying to help) could be a runs girl trying to form princess for her father. Deleted her number right away. With all that we have been seeing, it's impossible to take these useless girls of nowadays seriously and even more impossible to take the pain to treat them like princesses. Not when too many of them are now shameless money hungry whores. You can't be an ashawo sleeping with random old men for money and yet you're forming cool 'nwa mummy' chick for me and expect me to put in work and chivalry in wooing you. Another man's slut can't be my princess. God forbid. It's pathetic and I just wonder how one would get married. |
Do you live to work or do you work to live? Think about that carefully for a moment. All you funny people who feel good with yourselves for working like slaves in order to brag about the small flat and tokunbo car you have as a result should take a deep breath and rethink whether you have a life worth being proud of. #work smart, and enjoy life. |
Somebody should point out just one positive news we've heard since this cattle rearing barbarian became Nigeria's president 5 long months ago. Everything is going from bad to worse. |
morbeta:I agree. I don't understand how a normal guy can have an erection and sustain that erection to have sex under such conditions. And the so-called robbers were only three in number. In a room crowded with students? The male students are complicit. |
It will be an exercise in futility. This old dragon wannabe that parades himself as CG cannot single-handedly take on the entire Customs workforce where every officer in a good positing is at least a multi millionaire - and there are thousands of such officers, a good number are worth over a billion. How many will you retire? Whoever he appoints to oversee the process would regard it as their opportunity to 'chop'. He would merely replace Dikko's boys with his own boys in all strategic postings, and the merry go round would continue. Simply a case of replacing one set of thieves with another set of thieves. A game of musical chairs. It's a charade that can't be sustained. |
Jesusloveyou:Lol, if I hear? Finding a 'clean' senior customs officer is more difficult than finding a virgin prostitute in a brothel. It's even impossible that any of those names is worth less than N10 billion in cash and/or assets. Quote me on that. |
It's all in the mind. A matter of psychology... Maybe the first time you tried to have sex with her, you were a bit anxious and so couldn't get a proper erection (it happens to many guys), and then the next couple of times you feared that it might happen again...which made it become a self-fulfilling prophecy. It's not as bad a problem as you think. Just relax and get it out of your head, and then you're good to go. |
I smell a shill. |
MadCow1:Well, Mad Cow? There's clearly a method to your madness. Excellent perspective. |
daveP:I think family in this case means one's nuclear family.. Your parents and your real brothers and sisters. Forget cousins or uncles and distant relatives... |
sihom:Beautiful words on marble. |
A truly great piece of art is one that is timeless and self perpetuating. That's what Living in Bondage is. Looking forward to the remake. Wonder if it would be in Igbo like the original or in English this time around. |

Very interesting discussion, and I agree with you. However, I'm more concerned about a music video director (especially Clarence Peters) imprinting his name on every music video. It's so annoying considering that he is paid for his services. It's ridiculous to watch almost every Nigerian music video these days ending with 'A Clarence Peters Montage' boldly written across the screen. |
permsec:There's a big difference between optimism and idiotic unrealism... The sort of 'delusion state of mind' your fake evangelical pastors hardwire into your confused skulls in the name of faith. |
permsec:Mr. Man wake up from your deep slumber. |
I can identify 'Nigerian English' with a single scornful, cursory glance. Donald Trump certainly didn't utter this rubbish. However whether he harbours such sentiments in his heart is a different matter altogether. |
What exactly is a "juicy" committee, if these hypocritical bastards are not as corrupt as members of the National Assembly have always been? |
I wonder how many bacteria and viruses this her yeye nose ring would be soiled with when she develops catarrh. Yuk. |
That's the problem with 'local' work, the wahala too much. |
ShowYourCertificate:Increasing prices would be disastrous for the company at this time when purchasing power has been substantially weakened by Buhari's directionless government. |
You're talking about Kaduna. Come to Abuja and see the widespread misery. It's incredible.. The air of prosperity that pervaded the whole Abuja during Jonathan's administration is being sorely missed now. Money was in circulation and flowed down to the shoe cobbler, taxi driver, and bricklayer in the street. I certainly benefitted as there was always someone willing to pay handsomely for my services. From one project to the other; the formal and informal sectors of the Abuja economy experienced a boom. These days everywhere is as dry as the Sahara desert. Same story of 'no money' everywhere, and it's only a mater of time before millions of frustrated residents march to Aso Rock to do the needful. |
TolaGold1:Banana Island by fire by force. |
D1 my man. World famous. Thumbs up. |
TETFUND is a hotbed of corruption for those who know, and I was shocked to see this a.bo.ki thief who stole billions at TETFUND rewarded with INEC chairmanship. Is this the so-called Saint Buhari that is reputed to have zero tolerance for corruption? Is this what Nigerians have been scammed into? |
It's almost always a problem to rent a house in which the landlord or landlady lives. I can't say that often enough. It is bad enough to live with an unbearable co-tenant, but living with an unbearable landlord/landlady will spell doom. Complete DOOM. God forbid. |
I hate KPMG Nigeria for very personal reasons, and I would carry out my revenge on certain elements in that company at the appropriate time.. Fake ass company with fake ass staff. |
Why dem no dey wear seat belt for private jet or presidential jet? It just occurred to me that I've never seen pictures of people with seat belts on Pj's.. But if na our commercial airliners, they would force us to wear it as if it's of paramount importance in air travel. |
Misstechy? She seems sprightly and full of passion. I think I love her already. |
londoner:Help me tell them. Broke and still buy a Ferrari my black Ass. With his pathetic 410 credit score (or less sef) nobody would give him even $50 credit to buy anything. |
Na who send you message. Devil dey on her own jeje, you leave your country travel go one place say you wan stone am. Stone who? When you go on such a mission, bad things can happen. |
wirinet:It just occurred to me that she probably/ostensibly makes more money than Jumia. Isn't that ridiculous? I doubt Jumia makes up to N40m monthly (net profit, not mere sales). Something just doesn't add up. |
