raffyreuz:The debate has evolved from whether or not she actually bought the house to HOW she managed to fork out more than $2m in cash (not mortgage) to buy a house... Something that even the most popular and accomplished bloggers in the Western world would struggle to do. I agree something just doesn't add up. |
EZEIGBO1OFIMO:I can relate to that. It's how she flaunts and vaunts her hard work that makes this whole thing a bit difficult for some to swallow. It's as if other girls or young people out there don't work as hard as she does, if not harder. I can imagine how frustrating such might be for hardworking youths out there who do their best in their respective fields of endeavour but do not realistically see how they can acquire even 1/10th of Linda's wealth in the near future. |
Too many reasons why it can't work in Nigeria. |
After all his mushy show of emotion and affection, how long before he turns her to a punching bag? |
managermahmud:There's nothing wrong with doing it for fun as long as you like the guy you're doing it with for who he is. It never de-robes a woman of her dignity when she has sex because of good old attraction. It's only when a woman commercialises her pussy that she can be called a pathetic prostitute. |
Very daft response by this hopelessly incompetent presidential spokesman. The issue of whether a person committed a crime can only be addressed by a court of law, so that cannot be the question. Reasonable Nigerians would ask why the EFCC chooses to turn a blind eye to the similar petitions against the likes of Amaechi and Fashola. Why invite Akpabio for questioning on the strength of a petition, and yet ignore the petitions against Amaechi and Fashola? That is the main issue that this irritating fool should address. |
Jackeeh:How are you sure that she did the dumping? Not every guy that dates a girl is interested in marrying her |
arsetalks:And which court "indicted" Stella Oduah, for you and your fellow hypocritical nincompoops to have repeatedly called for her head until she was sacked as minister? Which court has "indicted" Diezani? Your hypocrisy in this Amaechi matter stinks to the high heavens. |
Ograke:Young man there is something called monetisation. How well has Seun monetised this site in comparison to how Linda has monetised her blog? How much does Seun make from adverts on this site in comparison to what Linda makes from hers? That's the key thing. |
And yet they have been turning a blind eye to AMAECHI? Blloody jokers. |
Knowing what I know, I don't empathise with most women in this situation. Most females get jobs quicker and easier than their male counterparts, and it is NOT because the females are more qualified or more competent. Would this be the case if recruitment processes in this godforsaken country were totally merit based? It's annoying really. If the offer is good enough or the job is too good to lose, more often than not, she will quietly sleep with the boss and get on with it - this happens both to get the job and to keep the job. Forget all the moralistic pretences. They only claim to be holy when the offer/job isn't attractive enough. |
I really don't know what to say. Shocking is an understatement. |
timothy001:You mean she bought a house for N750m? |
The sheer audacity of it. I hope this ends well. |
I'm more concerned about the sheer audacity of this development than the veracity of it. You can't be conspicuously richer than your patrons/benefactors and yet expect to retain their patronage. I'm not sure how many of the CEOs of the companies that advertise on her blog own homes in Banana Island. She has to be very careful indeed. Her blog can very easily lose followership when ill-will sets in; she's not selling something that buyers can not do without or cannot find alternatives for. |
menix:I dey tell you my brother. These guys inspired a whole generation of hustlers in this country. Especially Nwude and Anajemba. Heavy men. |
I can't tell you how much I hate flash player. For those who do not know, activating the flash plugin in your browsers can help websites or other snooping agents identify your real IP address/location regardless of your VPN use. It's a big privacy threat.. for those concerned with cyber anonymity |
So that Festac Police Station is just for decoration and to collect money from Igbo chairmen in the area?. Robbers operated for up to one hour just a stone throw away and they couldn't respond? What a massive shame. |
dwilliams:Let alone raped in his presence, let alone gang - raped by three men. Some women think men having an e.rection is as easy and simple as a woman merely opening her legs wide to have sex. It's not. It's much more complicated. It has almost all to do with the man's mental and psychological balance. |
If I were in the man's shoes (God forbid!), I'm not sure I can get my dick to stand again to make love to the woman, or maybe it will take a long time to overcome. The psychological damage is just too much for sensitive guys like me. It's not a matter of being inconsiderate or wicked. My brain would send all sorts of neutralising negative signals to my dick whenever I attempt to make love to her. It's really unfortunate. |
Uninspiring list. |
Very stupid and annoying thread. In Nigeria at least (where women always have a sense of entitlement), women can never have the same rights or expectations as men when it comes to the prerogative of extramarital affairs or having multiple partners. Simple. When women stop expecting men to make money or have money before they can be deemed 'worthy', then they can come back to the negotiating table. Men can't be expected to pay for sex, pay for dating expenses, pay bride price, foot household expenses, worry about making money in order to get a woman etc, and yet some stupid woman would want to have the same 'rights' at the end of the day. Not in Nigeria maybe in western countries were women are not that money driven in the way they see men and relate with men. If it is unfair to treat an unfaithful woman worse than an unfaithful man, why is it not unfair to demonise a broke guy in a relationship more than a broke woman in a relationship as is the norm in Nigeria? For example, a thread like this: www.nairaland.com/2658404/10-things-broke-guys-normally Why is it never an issue for a broke girl to be in a relationship or a marriage? Yet you want to be free to have outside affairs? |
Let us see how two Kwara senators (who are firmly under Saraki control) would clear this talkative idiot to become a minister. His case is even worse than Amaechi's case. |
omenka:APC slave. If it's the usual rubbish against the PDP, or baseless corruption allegations against GEJ, or any PDP member, you would not regard it as junk. But when credible newspapers like Leadership report anything against any idiot in the APC, it becomes "junk" to hypocrites like you. Akpa amu. |
dridowu:Why are you playing the ostrich as if you have forgotten that it was David Mark that saved Obanikoro, which shows the power of the Senate President in matters like this. Is this not the whole essence of Amaechi going to prostrate and beg Saraki in the middle of the night? Without Saraki's direct intervention, Amaechi's ministerial dream is over. Is that not obvious? |
Oga Titus and Madam Titus situation. Perfect match for each other. |
You poorly educated zombies should get a life. Why not Google the price of luxury apartments in Hyde Park before spewing such nonsense. Besides, is there any residential building in the world that is worth £13b? Not even the Palace of Versailles or any other opulent royal palace of the most megalomanic monarch could have cost that much. A simple Google search for the world's most expensive real estate would cure your sickening ignorance. You people are hopelessly moronic. |
Fake story through and through. Then again, taking this to be a hypothetical situation, most of you don't seem to realise that 'impotence' is not a permanent disability or an untreatable condition without solution.. Unless the man's dick has been chopped off. What's the essence of Viagra and other similar medications, or of several medical and psychotherapeutic interventions? I personally laugh at this 'no sex before marriage' nonsense some of these wayo girls come up with cos I am sure as hell sexing you within two weeks of our relationship or I exit without regret. But that is not to say that truly virtuous women should be discouraged from holding on to their personal principles due to an irrational and over flogged fear of potential 'impotence' in the man. That's far-fetched in most cases. |
shaddoww:The sort of stuuupid thing you bloody hypocrites like to say. What gives you the impression that they haven't sent this petition long ago to the EFCC, and in any case, what stops the EFCC from acting on such strong evidence-based allegations that are conspicuous in the public domain? Must the EFCC be directly addressed or pestered before they do their job? Or is it only when the powers that be instruct them to go against political opponents that they suddenly become active? You people are just disgusting with your hypocrisy. |
Phema:And what would you say when the boss is having an illicit sexual relationship with the woman (as is very often the case)? Is it still not true that the unfaithful woman would kneel down and give m the boss a good Mouth Action in his office and still tell him yes sir /with all pleasure sir ontop... Even though she will later go home and give her husband or boyfriend nothing but 'equality' attitude? Knowing woman and the many shocking things they are capable of I think the boss- husband comparison by the OP is very apt. |
Streeti take over, punchline ojawo mo. |

it is not an offence to fûck for money.... buts its an offence to come out to the public and start claiming hardwork, as if na bridge we come count for lagos, and we no dey work hard
