tempex88:I tire. See the dead car sef. In this change era wey Abuja used Toyota Muscle '07 full ground for N1m to N1.3, Honda EOD for N700m - N800k, only a mad fool would buy this thing for N1m. Some people sef. |
lonelydora:I pity that pompous fool called Ayiri. He would be wacked, mafia style. It's only a matter of time. Just wait and see. He started an unnecessary war. Instead of enjoying his own share of the oil bounty quietly, he chose to make enemies with his superiors and poke fingers in the eyes of the spirits. Reminds me of the proverbial overfed fool who challenged his chi to a wrestling contest. |
BabaAduras:See this one big mouth. Yada Yada Yada. Why hasn't your so-called retired general, with all the instrumentality of power and state authority at his disposal, been able to locate and arrest Tompolo after several months of declaring him wanted? When it is obvious that he is still holed up within the territorial borders of this same country? Why hasn't your stupid retired general been able to stop the activities of the Niger Delta Avengers (obviously controlled by Tompolo) which has wreaked havoc on the Nigerian economy and single handedly dented government revenues? Let your foolish dullard of a retired general achieve these two things first. That would be a more eloquent proof that Tompolo is not an "elephant". Not this empty noise you are making online. |
I can't see anything. Where is the uncensored picture? |
Stelvin101:Mr man you don't have any point. A "looter" can only be validly so referred to after a competent court has declared him or her guilty. It is not the useless and idiotic EFCC (and their media collaborators) that should dictate to us who is a looter and who isn't. The right thing to do as is the case in civilised societies is to conduct a thorough investigation of a suspected individual and accumulate iron-clad evidence before arresting them and immediately charging them to court. This EFCC's primitive style of arresting people and detaining them indefinitely under the pretext of ongoing investigation or so-called "grilling" is disgusting. All over the world, law enforcement agencies only preempt the courts and detain suspects when such individuals are violent criminals, terrorists, or pose imminent threats to the lives and security of the general public. You don't just arrest and detain people without evidence over mere allegations of money laundering and fraud. Charge them to court within 48 hours and let the courts determine their guilt. This whole thing is just too annoying. A conglomeration of incompetent bastards is what best defines the EFCC. |
AntiWailer:Typical primitive black man reasoning. Everything must be done in a haphazard and arbitrary manner. Little wonder the continent of Africa continues to grope in the dark and languish in utter backwardness. A system of Rule of Law that is founded on selective justice or that recognises "untouchables" can NEVER work anywhere in the world. People must have the confidence that they are indeed all equal before the law, otherwise, a state of lawlessness and impunity will prevail. There are no two ways about it. Meanwhile, it's ridiculously funny that you wondered how the " foundation" laid by Buhari would be "sustained". What useless foundation are you talking about? Hounding the opposition and arresting only PDP members and officials of the previous administration while shielding his own people. Is that the kind of foundation that deserves to be sustained? This man called Buhari would become an instant hero if he entrenches a more desirable foundation of supremacy of the Rule of Law and equality before the law. Arrest Dambazzau and Buratai and let them appear in court in handcuffs the same way Metuh did. If any of Buhari's closest allies is found culpable boot them out and prosecute then publicly. That is the foundation that would make sense and earn the right to be sustained. Not the current rubbish which is what has always been the case with preceding administrations. |
Davesope:Una suppose dey use brain sometimes. How much is a bungalow in Ikoyi or even Lekki Phase 1? In fact, how much is a bare plot of land in Ikoyi sef? So you don't know that a bare plot of land in old Ikoyi may cost more than a mansion in Iyana Ipaja? Who doesn't know that location is the main thing that affects real estate prices? |
feedthenation:So you don't know that his work (and by extension the N800m in question) involved huge expenses on media advertisements and promotional campaigns? You think all the advertisements on TV, radio, social media, and print media were hosted free of charge? |
Sard:What kind of stuff do you write, where do you advertise/find clients, and how do you receive payments using your US profile? Hope I'm not asking too much, lol. I'll reply in kind if you ask too. |
Venzal:Thanks for the response bro. I prefer to have multiple online income streams - especially ones that can fetch residual income. I might invest in one or two consistent ones if they deliver residual income; perhaps you can give me some ideas. One such idea I am considering is Amazon Kindle Publishing... Anyways, I'm sure the Payoneer exchange rate would be much better now with the new CBN policy. I asked about the most common reason for bans on Fiverr. Any clues? |
Venzal:I certainly fall within this category. Since I occasionally earn relatively large amounts per task - sometimes up to £700 - from my writing/research services, I scoffed at the idea of earning a miserable $5 max, which I thought was the idea behind Fiverr. However, I am on the lookout for a more consistent and diversified online income stream (my current writing/research base can be very inconsistent), which is why I consider this new insight you provided to be quite interesting. I have a few questions, but let's start with means of receiving payment as well as the rather distressing prospect of arbitrary (permanent) bans you mentioned. Do you use only Payoneer to receive payment, and what are the common reasons for bans? |
I'm trying to get my own card for the first time and I have two quick questions for Payoneer users in the house: 1). Does Payoneer accept our Voter's Card (PVC) as identification during registration for the service? 2) At what rate does the Dollar exchange for the Naira when withdrawing from a local ATM and what is the flat charge per withdrawal? |
omanifrank:Tell me about this sure two odds. |
Northerners have become wiser and many of them would vote Atiku instead of Buhari. Again, the entire South South and South East would perpetually prefer a liberal, tolerant and open minded Atiku to the bigoted and parochial Buhari. The conclusion is that if it comes down to it, Atiku is a far better option than Buhari in every way. |
eddyjibs:Which area he dey stay? |
madridguy:I am available for this kind of job, and can resume immediately. |
papawemba:I want her number abeg. Where's her main base, Lagos or Abj? She is by far the most advertised Naija runs girl on the Internet, and she is just a bombshell in every way.... Pretty face, cute dimples, and perfect huge tits. The real deal. Walahi. |
tdayof:Angola's Isabel Dos Santos (worth $3.2b) is even the richest African woman, according to Forbes, not Alakija. www.forbes.com/profile/isabel-dos-santos/ |
Boring:She DOES NOT even have $700m in cash! That's impossible. No "billionaire" in Nigeria has that much in liquid cash. The Ikoyi house might be worth between N700m - N2b at best - the usual range for the ostentatious and unduly expensive houses these billionaires build. |
TijaniAbu:Apparently, Walter was not directly involved in the scam. He was unfortunately and unwittingly caught in a web of money laundering. Ehen, I for say, cos I know he is far richer than that and does not need any cheap scam to maintain his lifestyle. However, checks by THEWILL reveal thatwww.thewillnigeria.com/news/how-buying-forex-from-anonymous-source-landed-oil-trader-wagbatsoma-in-money-laundering-trial/ |
Chai. This super big boy, na so him own take finish? This guy lived the life... Private jet flossing, Bullet Proof G-Wagon convoy movement, spending strictly in hundred dollar bills, making it rain on all the finest bitches from Lagos to Port Harcourt to Abuja to South Africa. Owning mansions in Lagos, Abuja, and Beverly Hills.... After everything na so e end. Sobering. |
Garish taste in clothes and in cars. I don't know how he does it, but this guy is just the perfect example of money miss road. Everything about him is effortlessly tasteless and tacky. |
This is not a big deal. It is a MASSIVE deal. Thumbs up to Wizkid. Thanks to the Drake feature, he is most likely gonna be the first contemporary Afro-pop Naija artiste that would win a Grammy. |
Probably the first 'list' on Nairaland that I agree with. On the flip side, I think the best Naija artiste - Yankee artiste collaboration ever is between PSquare featuring Rick Ross - Beautiful Onyiye and PSquare featuring Akon - Chop My Money. But in terms of impact and international exposure, I think Wizkid featuring Drake (Ojuelegba remix) is the most successful - considering how far it has taken Wizkid subsequently. |
OLADD:It's actually aggravating and provocative to me, the way Buhari is systematically silencing the opposition. And by opposition, I mean the vocal PDP opposition. He first of all took out Metuh over flimsy charges of receiving money from Dasuki. He thereafter took out Fani-Kayode. Now he is focusing on the toughest of them all, Fayose - in spite of his immunity as a governor. This is flanked by the relentless media 'corruption' taint against the PDP by the ceaseless EFCC arrest and gleeful persecution of PDP faithfuls and officials who served under the outgone Jonathan administration. Buhari is using a ruthless and ultra amplified draconian formula. The endgame is to turn Nigeria into a one party state. Unfortunately, he will succeed unless Nigerians rise against this nonsense NOW. This makes me regret Jonathan's naivety more and more everyday. Jonathan would have easily and ruthlessly ended the APC's dream from Day 1...prevented the useless party's formation and removed the bastard called Jega early enough. I can't forgive Jonathan for allowing himself be stampeded out of office in spite of all the power at his disposal. He didn't need to throw money around or appease foolish Yoruba or Northern leaders... Jonathan would have easily won that election and NOTHING would have happened. |
I hope his children don't call him mumu one day. |
Apelex:And is this view you expressed here not your own opinion? What makes you think that your opinion - coming from an unknown and unrecognised entity like you - should be taken more seriously than the opinion of an authority like Olisa Agbakoba (SAN) whose specialisation is constitutional law for that matter?? You people can be very funny. |
emperorchedda:Nigeria is a big joke to be honest, and it has nothing to do with the character in power. Shebi the Daura cattle rearer in Aso Rock is purportedly obsessed with fighting corruption. Is this not the worst form of corruption when senior government and security officials in 'Saint Buhari's' administration are openly glorifying criminal characters like Ayiri Emami? So because he is now in the APC, his sins are washed away and he is now a member of the higher order of angels? |
frenchwine:Don't tell me rubbish Mr man. Unprincipled quacks everywhere looking for who to exploit. I have said my own and I stand by it, so gerrrout. |
I remember mentioning in a previous thread that I wouldn't allow male doctors perform any intimate medical procedure on my wife, and some animals were spitting thrash in my direction. I know this sort of nonsense is more common than we are willing to admit. God forbids. Female doctors and experienced nurses can do this work, or at least they MUST ALWAYS be present during the procedure, otherwise.... |
Since you mentioned that he owns the company, the choice before you is unfortunately very simple: either give in to his demands, or resign from the job. Those are the only options you have. Don't waste time looking for any yeye evidence or trying to form detective. Meanwhile, without meaning to sound like an insensitive jerk, I'm super sure that you wouldn't be here telling us about this if you really consider the job a must have - if it comes with a fat salary (N200k+ a month) and other juicy benefits. If that was the case, you (and 95% of girls in your position) would happily do 'what you have to do' quietly and there would be nothing for us idle Nairalanders to advise you about. As I have seen in this perverted world, morality or 'principle' is a useful excuse only when an offer is not good enough. Make an offer a person can't refuse, and she will quickly flush morality and principles down the toilet. No be today. |
I can suggest a way to claim your money from them. But first tell us the technique or strategy you used to win that much consistently within a short period. |
