Jaideyone:Lol. For the sake of ignorant Nairalanders who wouldn't bother to read between the lines, let alone research, kindly tell us the literal difference... And the contextual difference. |
Jaideyone:Lol. Smh. What can I say? Nothing. I am equipped with 1000 KVA of power. And you're a 12 volts device. How can I possibly channel any energy in your direction? The consequence would be pure carnage. |
If I were Saraki, I would respond to the clarion call. The leader's clarion call. Amaechi is beyond redemption. And the only thing keeping him from roaming the streets naked is his extreme wealth (corruptly acquired of course) and power. He is mentally unstable. Excuse him. Saraki, as a true scion of Oloye, you would return to the fold and help push that cattle herder called Buhari out of Aso Rock. Nigeria can't survive even an extra day of his misrule after May 29, 2019. |
And what's the difference? Ministry of Happiness and Couple's Fulfilment Ministry of Happiness and Purpose Fulfilment. In light of the widespread and valid criticisms, please, can somebody point out the difference? Such that would diffuse the prevailing outrage? |
Indeed. He needs to commission a couple of geriatric hospitals. To take care of his senile, brain-dead old self. Such an oafish, clannish, parochial, close-minded gerontocrat. It will take Nigeria a whole century to recover from the malaise that this animal inflicted on us. |
Wike is enjoying - nay, over-enjoying - the euphoria of gubernatorial office. I like him though. Anything anti-APC is likable in today's miserable, Buhari-riddled Nigeria. |
Of course. And bad wife is a potential cause of poverty. We know many men who got married financially okay and have gone downhill ever since. |
Save the long story. What if I decide to do these charitable deeds by myself, thus cutting out the agency and middleman wastages incurred by handing the money to pastors? What if I DIRECTLY use 10% of my income to build boreholes and donate relief materials to IDPs.... Or to do whatever charity work my 10% can afford, to touch a life or two? Would that deprive me of the so-called "blessings" (scoffs) associated with tithing according to these mercantile pastors? Must I give my money to these characters in order for them to thereafter do the unaccountable so-called charity work by themselves? |
naptu2:This is sad. Really really sad. How can one avoid losing hope in Nigeria? |
nkwuocha:What are you ranting about, you this blockhead? Since you're so stuck up, and hopefully rich enough, why not send your child to those overpriced schools that charge over N1m per session? All these British this or German that 'International' School. I'm sure the teachers there will only recite poems of correction to your child when he or she misbehaves As for the standard public, grounded private, and grounded missionary schools, we all know the standard disciplinary modes that are applicable. We went through that rite of passage, and we're grateful for the disciplinary grounding we received. Don't come here and make nonsense noise. |
babatee100:You have made your 'point' , (or the lack thereof), now get lost. And stay lost. |
How can I join Atiku's strategic team? This is a cause for which I am willing to deploy the best of my special skills and resources - to ensure it comes to fruition. As things stand, Atiku is the most pragmatic option we have. Of course, we would all like a 'new' face to sweep to power, but that's being delusional - if we consider the complexion of Nigeria's power politics. Besides, we have seen new and young faces at the gubernatorial level (e.g. the nincompoop that is currently Kogi State Governor), and we all know what came out of that. Atiku 2019 is a must. |
motikorede:Get lost, you bloody senseless idiot. Since you can't address the core issue I raised, but instead you're resorting to sentimental nonsense (brother working in SARS bla bla bla, what rubbish), then you're hopelessly incorrigible. You think this SARS' barbarism is child's play? Dot quote me again. Idiot. Animals like you is the reason why lawlessness prevails in Nigeria. |
motikorede:The only stupid person I see here is you. What is the #EndSARS movement about? It is about the deviation of SARS from their core mandate. What is their core mandate? Fighting armed robbers (and kidnappers). What have they preferred to do instead? Chasing after unarmed civilians suspected to be yahoo boys... Checking one's phones for foreign numbers, etc. Does this make any sense to you? Why not channel your idiotic energy towards emphasising that SARS' duty is to fight armed robbery and kidnapping, NOT Internet fraud, for goodness sake. That's why the EFCC exists! |
Phemoo10:Lol. It hurts to have your school denigrated, but it is even beyond that. This so called DSS 'finding' is complete nonsense. LAUTECH is only a very small demographic representation of the broader population of Internet fraudsters in Nigeria. Even if every single student in LAUTECH, plus their nuclear family members at home, were to be a scammer, the school wouldn't still be the "highest concentration" of Internet scammers of Nigerians in Nigeria or abroad. It just shows you how daft our security agencies and many of us Nigerians are. Very very daft report. Highest concentration indeed. The number of Nigerians doing yahoo yahoo in Ghana alone are far more than the whole of LAUTECH multiplied by 3. |
Do you have any sister called Leah? |
goodies4life:Typical bimbo who understands nothing else but Ini Edo, Tonto Dike, Jim Iyke...and Telemundo at best. Trollop, it's not about being "lazy" (duh, you fools would regard Evans the Kidnapper as hardworking). It's about how you ALL want to eat your cake and have it. Life doesn't work that way. I have no problem with the classical status quo. I shall bear the full financial responsibility, and also be the typical African head of the household. However, what I have a massive problem with is the African feminist rubbish of wanting the best of both worlds.. Don't raise hell when you find out that I have one or two, or even three or more side chicks outside to help me relax better as a "naturally polygamous' African man that I am. The moment you start dragging right with me, that you can also cheat or you dare to expect me to be faithful to you then that's when you must be very very very extremely mad. Sit back, relax, and enjoy your financial obligation-free life, and be 100% faithful while at it, but don't dare expect me to give up my male privileges. I will cheat, and you should be faithful. It's as simple as that. Just enjoy your role and shut the Bleep up. That doesn't mean I'll rub my extramarital adventures in your yellow face. Just don't think you're entitled to own me 100%, or worse still, that you have the right to "do as I do". Don't try to sing any irritating and fake 'gender equality' song at all. That's all there is to it, at least from my point of view. |
So it's basically her word against his? What's the evidence that the sec was NOT consensual? Whenever any rape case rests entirely on the man's word against the woman's word (without any concrete evidence), I always believe the man's version of events. |
That was how one woman who earns a decent salary was mounting financial pressure on her husband, because she was busy spending money on her layabout jobless brothers. The man asked, what do you use all your salary for, and she answered that she was sending some to her brothers and her family. The man asked, so don't I also have brothers and sisters to give all my money to? Why should I spend all the money I have on us (me, you and our young child), while you channel your own money towards your brothers and family? How selfish and unreasonable is that? That's how useless many of these disgusting Nigerian women are. Too many of them prioritise their old family (siblings and parents) over their husband. They spend much of their money on their family and expect the husband, as the glorified ATM that he is in their eyes, to carry the financial cross of the household alone. God knows I will never tolerate such nonsense. |
See the useless girls here approving and concurring with this viewpoint. Awon anywhere belle face 'feminists'. Idiots. Later, you would tell me that if I cheat, you can cheat too... That if you forgive me when I cheat, that what's wrong in me forgiving you when you cheat too? You would follow me to be dragging right. Gender equality. What kind of disgusting 'eat here and eat there too' sense of entitlement is that? These things are not serious. Honestly. It's so easy to be a misogynist in this part of the world. |
No need to scrap SARS. Just tell them to focus on their core mandate, which is to tackle armed robbers and similar deadly criminals. Their role is to engage armed robbers in action, or based on actionable intelligence, to burst hideouts of suspected armed robbers and kidnappers. It's really a very narrow and straightforward job description. No where in their mandate are they expected to obsess over so called yahoo boys or people with laptops. They should obsess over people with guns and other dangerous weapons. The EFCC and the Special Fraud Unit (SFU) of the Nigerian Police Force are more than capable of dealing with fraud and yahoo yahoo. That's really all there is to it. |
cherr:Stop reasoning like a simpleton. Society says that mwny must pay bride price and do most of the spending to fuel a relationship or marriage. If a woman is the bread winner or is spending more than the man, then it is abnormal and even the woman would sooner than later start showing attitude... Even though women and men have the same economic/employment opportunities these days, but this imbalance remains. Why? In essence, if men are expected to pay bride price, why can't women men's 'groom price'? Think like you have a working brain, and stop comparing apples and oranges. |
Seun is too conservative with ideas and is not a businessman in thinking, vision or approach. Just a geek who derives orgasmic pleasure just by knowing that his site has millions of members, daily visits, etc. The monetisation potential of Nairaland has not even been tapped up to 10%. I'm not quite sure he knows that he is sitting on a pot of gold... |
cpapa:How is that relevant to the issue at hand? |
NwaChibuzor13:Shut up. What stupid good side? SARS has no business with yahoo boys. It's really that simple. Let them face the armed robbers and kidnappers that they are mandated by law to fight. They should leave suspected yahoo boys to the EFCC. That is the crux of the matter. No need for long talk. |
cooljoe:Let's be empirical. What was Bayelsa's total monthly allocation, 13% derivation, and IGR during the 6 years that Alamco held sway as governor? |
InyinyaAgbaOku:More like how many people I want to enjoy myself with... I suffer to make money in order to enjoy myself. That's the point. |
morereb10:Thank you very much. Let the stupid Nairaland feminists provide a sensible response to this. I would go and steal money to fund one yeye long marriage/wedding process and afterwards I would still be expected to bring bring bring, spend spend spend, yet you want to question my right to relax with other women? Because I came to this world to suffer for you alone. Nonsense. Out of all this nonsense, the idea that a man should stick to just one woman for the rest of his life is the one I consider most provocative. |
Absolute nonsense Another feminist bullshit. |
zicoraads:That's why I don't like anything textual evidence. I no dey yarn woman too much for Whatsapp, Instagram, or anything wey require writing... Something that can be screen-grabbed and shared to all and sundry. I prefer old fashioned phone calls.. Granted, phone calls can be recorded but most people don't have that time, and it is clumsy. |
Someone needs to release this dumb bitch's full frontal nude pics, so that she can accept her place as merely an olosho and allow us rest. She bleeps for a living, and in this day and age, it can't be hard to record her in her nude glory, with or without her knowledge. For the numerous "big boys" fucking her now, and to the uncountable guys that have bleeped her before, I'm sure a couple of you might have taken a few shots. Release it jare. Make her market lose value. |
