Crime / Re: "Maryam Sanda Is Not Remorseful" - Family Of Bilyaminu Bello by Hedonistically: 5:24pm On Nov 27, 2017

My friend was being held a prisoner in his own home. He couldn’t leave the house in the sense that it was an ongoing thing; the abuse went on for a while. For me there is a difference between love and when somebody is being obsessive. People tend not to understand the difference between love and obsession. It wasn’t the best marriage and I believe either of them could have just walked away. It’s easier to sit down in that sorrow and think you can change things, or that if I can’t have him, no one will. I don’t consider it love. I can’t speak on his behalf. I can’t speak on his personal issue, he is a good friend and he is gone. He was that one guy that the minute we step out, we will be like, it is time for you to go home, your wife is about to call, after hanging out for as little as an hour or even 30 minutes. Even in the afternoon because she always calls. So we formed the habit of going to see him at home.

Showing a woman too much love and allowing her to impose her own self-centred ideals on you is NEVER a good idea. Instead, you MUST make her accept your own lax standards that gives you enough room to meander as a normal African man.

If any one has to be the control freak, then it has to be you as a man. It must be your way or the highway. I always shake my head in pity when I see men begging and holding on to a stupid relationship or marriage where the woman always wants to dominate or have her way. That's foolishness. If its not my way from the beginning, we wouldn't even last for 1 day together. Go and find another mumu guy to dance to your tunes, not me.

A man has to be firm and negotiate his freedom to be a 'man' very early on in the relationship. Let her know that you're a 'good bad guy' in some way. Let her know that you hang out a lot sometimes even very late into the night. Let her know that your freedom cannot be restricted or questioned by her. Let her be accustomed to certain peccadilos on your part, for which you must not be apologetic. Give her a 'take it or leave it' scenario, regardless of how much you think you love her.

If she accepts you for who you are, then you are almost certain to live in peace and have an enduring marriage.

Problems always arise when you begin the relationship by forming too much goody goody nice guy that does her bidding and does not stay out late and does not look at other women at all at all. When you later try to change after marriage, she will resist that, and problems would arise.

Truly truly, good guys get the worst deal in relationships and marriages. Bad guys don't experience this kind of bullshit.

You don't have any point. No one would be too bothered about this kind of thing if it involved girls like Cossy Ojiarkor or Danielle Okeke who don't pretend to be saints anyway.

But this useless slut called Toke Makinwa, with her fake feminist, independent woman, stupid 'unbecoming' book pretensions? You don't know how annoying it is when a woman is just a LovePeddler like the rest, but is pretending to be a role model to be admired. I admire your knowledge base, and I can see that your issue is not the jet but that the money should have been used for the needy. You seem to be a good researcher, have you researched on Pastor Chris & Christ Embassy's efforts to reach out to the needy? Let's leave that aside, you said the money should be used to meet the needy ones, let me ask you how many needy ones have you met their needs? With your little income, how many people's lives have you touched? How many people can point at you and say "this guy has been a blessing to my life" not because of the relationship that exists between you guys but because of your impact. It is easy to point fingers at people, but you, what have you done with the little you have? which needy have you helped? Your moaning reminds me of one of Jesus' disciple who was against a gift given to Jesus. His reason; the gift should have been sold and given to the poor. Sounds familiar? I earnestly desire that you do not end like he did.

Don't be stupid.

Did the poster claim to be a pastor or a man of God? The so-called men of God should be held to higher standards and THAT IS THE POINT!.

That's how you compare the lifestyle of a rapper like Rick Ross to a self proclaimed man of God like the fake bastard called Biodun Fatoyinbo or whatever of COZA. So if Rick Ross wears Gucci and drives a Rolls Royce, then the idiotic religious scammer called Biodun Fatoyinbo can do same too?

Let's talk about so-called men of God and the standards they ought to represent. It's very silly to compare a regular worldly dude wirh someone who should be setting the moral and conscientious standards.

Man..make you go london buy house with cash. When u no de even work...make u c wetin go happen.

"When you no dey work" means what? Who told you that having a stupid job is what qualifies you for wealth? This slave mentality is just so annoying.

In case you don't know (I'm sure you've never been there), in the UK you mentioned, it would be more suspicious if you have a regular job and yet you buy a house in one swoop without mortgage. With your salary of £40k a year plus taxes, you have a lot of explaining to do if you buy a house of ordinary £100k with one lump payment. A self-employed person (mind you, self employed is different from an 'unemployed' person), can buy a house worth 1 million pounds if he likes. Law enforcement might only investigate the source of the wealth. If they don't find anything, they can't disturb him.

You broke ass 'I get work" salary earners don't know what today's Internet enabled world is all about. People are making millions of dollars annually merely by playing video games all day in their room (with YouTube channels with tutorials and paying subscribers, etc). People are making millions of dollars annually from affiliate marketing. There are countless other things people are doing to make millions without having a conventional, mumu 'job'. Some of them are right here in Nigeria. They don't have 'work'. They don't rush out to jump BRT to one mumu office every morning. They don't suffocate themselves with one smelly suit and tie in the name of corporate working class idiot. Is that enough for you and the EFCC to subject them to unfair harassment?

They are bunch of jealous dick heads.

One was asking me how I built my house, whether it is my father's house.

As I give am my CV, he shut up piam. What does my house have to do with the matter I came for ?

This case is useless and watery.

If you are a salary earner, just respect the business heads instead of being jealous. Money comes by grace.

Don't mind the envious and clueless salary earners. In fact, salary earners are the biggest thieves, most corrupt and most dangerous threats to Nigeria's economy. It is salary earners who live beyond their means and then try to justify themselves by claiming legitimacy.

Any salary earner who owns his own house or pays exorbitant rent in a good location and drives good cars worth millions is a bloody thief and should be the one explaining the source of his wealth. You see them everywhere. Bloody civil servants working in one government office or the other, one mumu banker, one mumu 'akkantant' in one company or the other, or even EFCC operatives themselves and police officers who earn pittance as salaries and allowances. Yet they live in houses with crazy rents, drive good cars, and send their children to good schools. How? Through corruption in their various offices.

Yet when they see a self-employed guy making things happen, they go green with envy and hypocritical rage, and start talking about 'where does he work"? "where is his office"? This thing disgusts me so much that I might actually kill someone one day for asking such provocative questions.

supporting crimes means one thing ...... Nothing wrong with having inflow of money into ur acct but it's the duty of effc to ask u the source of such money. So stop insulting people that are just doing their job

It is the duty of the EFCC to INVESTIGATE the source of such monies.. Not to ask me stupid questions. The law grants me the right to answer or not answer such stupid questions. Law enforcement in Nigeria is a joke because fools expect you to to indict yourself with your own confessions or response to foolish questions. Law enforcement must do the hard work of fishing for evidence, not to rely on confessional statements of suspects.

Let the courts ask me questions, not the bastard EFCC with its corrupt and inefficient abokki operatives.

By the way, nobody asks you empathetic questions when you're trudging all over the place in penury and misery. Instead, they scorn you, deride you, laugh at you, and shoo you away notwithstanding whatever redeeming qualities you might possess. But when you do the needful and get lucky in the quest to become a 'living thing", they start asking stupid questions. In a country like Nigeria this is completely unacceptable to someone like me who has seen it all.

May stray bullets of fatal intent and uncertain origin hit bastards like that who ask stupid questions when things are going right, just because they want you to remain in penury and misery.

I have neither explanations nor apologies for this standpoint.

Look at this kpekeleke. Some men eh did what? So you're trying hard to find a way to blame the man for being murdered by his useless wife? What's your point with that annoying phrase "some men ehh"?

Because a man is forced by society to marry he cannot have an affair with any woman he likes in peace again. No normal man can survive a lifetime of being stuck with one pussy. It's 100% certain, and you women should prepare for that and accept that with humility. Otherwise, you should avoid marriage altogether, or better still, you can start rehearsing how to kill your husband too.

An investigation also revealed that the suspect, who does not have a stable job, had several inflows of money into his account, which he could not satisfactorily account for.

Can you imagine such watery and nonsensical charges? How is it a crime in itself to have several inflows of money into one's account in spite of not having a "stable job"? And which law makes a person culpable for not being able to "satisfactorily account for" money in
his possession?

The EFCC is full of retarrrds and barely literate nincompoops, mostly of Northern origin. This is why the agency is so clueless and inefficient. Instead of you to carry out thorough investigations and gather water tight evidence, you would conduct stupid raids and charge people to court for flimsy reasons. After you would blame 'corrupt judges" for your inability to secure convictions.

Nigeria Adsense is 10k and USA Adsense is 5k only, the difference between Nigeria and the USA Adsense is that, When you use Nigeria Adsense Google pay directly to your Nigeria Local bank account,
2. You will receive higher earnings as a Nigerian if you use Nigeria Adsense cos, Advertisement from Nigeria Advertisers is being displayed on Nigeria Adsense, this will help you earn higher cos You are in Nigeria, and people visit your website mainly from Nigeria, Google believes to have reached the thereto ordience

USA Adsense : Google will pay you through payoneer if you use USA Adsense
You might not receive reasonable money if you use USA Adsense on less if people visit your website mostly from USA

Is you mean if I have Nigerian Adsense, only Nigerian adverts would be displayed?

What if it's a Nigerian blog quite alright, but I get a significant amount of visitors from the USA and Europe? Perhaps even more than Nigeria. Does it mean Google wouldn't display foreign ads there too?

I was thinking any Adsense would give you the best of both worlds. Since Google would place contextual adverts based on the visitor's IP location (USA visitors get to see USA ads while Nigerian visitors see Nigerian ads, etc).

Please provide more information about this, to help me make the appropriate decision.

Is this one sided focus on officials of the past administration and PDP members the right way to fight corruption to you?

How come not one minister, appointee, or official of this current government has been arrested or prosecuted for corruption, MORE THAN TWO YEARS since this administration came into power?

Obasanjo's model of fighting corruption remains the best we have seen so far. Focus on your own appointees and make them scapegoats. Obasanjo fired and arrested numerous appointees... His serving IGP Tafa Balogun, ministers such as Sunday Afolabi, Professor Borishade, Professor Grange, et cetera. Yet Buhari ha seen there for two years, and the useless Fulani idiot only deems it fit to keep looking back at the past administration to fight corruption.

The EFCC needs to close shop if it can't find examples of ONGOING CORRUPTION. We are tired of this constant backward gaze. Look at the present for goodness sake and show how serious you are with fighting corruption.

I'm sure most of the people on the queue would oblige. After all, there are no laws in Nigeria giving soldiers express preference in such matters. It is strictly a matter of prerogative. It is NOT a right.

But trust our dirty, unprofessional, hopeless, and barbaric animals in the military with their disgusting sense of entitlement and superiority. They would march to the ATM with arrogance and bark at anyone who attempts to question them. Where does that happen?

The idiot that claims to be the whistle-blower, is his life better or worse than it was before he blew the rusty whistle? That's the question to ask, before some fools start snitching.

Only a very pathetic and miserable bastard would think that the Nigerian government would hand over millions to you because you are a so-called whistle blower. Who would handle the whole paperwork, bureaucracy, protocols, etc?Are they not normal corrupt Nigerians too?

Already, the whistle blowing fool is receiving phone death threats, such that he has to be sleeping in a DSS cell to protect his life. Is he a wise person or a pathetic fool? Is this the life he hoped for? Why blow a rusty whistle with the hope of collecting money.... In a country like Nigeria? Who are these kinds of animals for goodness sake?

From a very pragmatic point of view, it would be better for him to burgle the safe house and make away with millions of dollars, than to report to bigger thieves called the EFCC. It's either you burgle the apartment where the momey was stored, or you tip off the OWNER of the apartment that it seems the security has been breached that they should move the money out. The owner would reward you at least... I'm sure that this guy would not see one kobo from the Nigerian government. Instead, he would die miserably and mysteriously anytime soon.
