That used to be my rule until I discovered it is a yeye rule. I borrowed funds to buy MTN and NAHCO. My money is almost doubled in MTN. Have paid off NAHCO. MTN will be payed off by year end. My brother if you see cheap loan collect. That's how the rich get richer.

Good morning house. Trying to activate e-dividend mandate for GTCO shares I bought recently. I uploaded a filled and signed mandate form to DataMax registrars. Also sent to them a bankers confirmation of my signature. DataMax registrars replied that my e-dividend mandate will not be processed as they do not have a specimen of my signature. That it won't be processed until my stockbrokers (CSL) send a share transfer form to them through CSCS. Why a share transfer form when I am not selling or passing my shares to anyone? Is that the normal procedure? I have not had a similar experience in the past while activating e dividend mandate for any of my shares with other registrars.

That is the normal procedure. They won't activate it until your stock broker send them your share transfer form.

I am a bit confused, Did UCAP and Africa Prudential recently just invest in Heirs Insurance because Heirs Insurance has been in existence since 2015 based on their incorporation date?

Heirs Insurance Limited was formerly registered as a General Insurance Company by the Nigeria Insurance Commission (NAICOM) in
September 2020. The Company fully commence operations in 2021. United Capital Plc currently own 25% stake in the Company.

I think they are probably dumping for one or both of the reasons below;

1. They have information about the company that we do not have at the moment, or

2. They are evaluating the result deeper than we are doing here right now.

If you look at the results properly, you will notice that group financials grew, while the company financials dropped. Now, thats a warning sign.
The company is the engine room. The koko of the business

Such a drop in the profitability of the company signals that something went wrong in Q1 but that they were able to pull income from other sources (which we need to find out), in other to boost the group's results.

The company's financials is fine. The revenue increased significantly. Infact, the fees and commission which is the engine room increased by over 100%. The reduction PAT was because of a significant jump in professional fees which I believe to be a one-off payment and general administrative expense. The administrative expense also similarly increased in the group and I am suspecting it has to do with recruitments for newly created Hiers Insurance.

Payment will be made in a month from another proceed. It is a mid to long term investment because I noticed they are consistent with dividend payment and frequent bonuses. I need to know if it is a good buy at current price.

To the best of my knowledge, the information circulated on the platform borders around stock investment, what to buy, reason to buy and general group discussion and opinion, just like we are doing here. I joined 3 days ago and at least the information there is not a waste.

Nobody is asking anybody to bring any money for investment nor do they have a stockbroking arm they are recommending for anybody to invest their fund.

Because one of the number is linked to a food vendor who is also into a lot of things

I was expecting a bonus also since its a growing company and it is expected that a 10% increase in outstanding shares wld not negatively impact the future EPS ceteri paribus when examined historically.

But as u said the 1.50 was also a good and pleasant surprise. it is well
