My share unit didn't reduce before I sold. Price just increased. Share unit remained the same.

Even with the little liquidity in Lasaco, those that bought at N0.42 or less are smiling to the bank now. Just watching with a keen interest. Definitely not a buy or sell recommendation.

IMO, Nigerian stock don’t trade nicely cos people are afraid of the inconsistent and volatile condition of our economy.

It’s quite sad that most of us rather trade stocks of other countries than our own country.

But who will you blame?
Do you expect anyone to put his hard earned money into something that sees no substantial possibility of future growth and development?

Point is, those at the helm need to make effort to improve the state of the economy.
It’s crucial we say this and make this known. If not, things may not get better.

Fill and submit a stock transfer form to your stock broker
Fill the e-mandate form with the registrar and tick all the shares you are interested in, then either submit directly to the registrar or through your stock broker.

Hello folks. Please how can one go about collecting bonus shares or dividends? I have never cared about those extras as my focus is usually on capital gains. But I want to claim my AXA Mansard bonus shares.

If you have done e-mandate on Axamasard, request for your CSCS statement to confirm if your account has been credited. Once confirmed inform your stock broker to apply it on your broker account.

Anyway it is share reconstruction and not bonus.
That is if you have 1,000 units of LASACO after reconstruction your units will reduce to 250 units and the share price will be multiplied by 4.

You don't have to panic if you have Lasaco however.
The units you have will be divided by 4 and the price will be multiplied by 4.

For instance, if you have 40,000units, after reconstruction it will become:
40,000÷4 = 10,000units (post reconstruction)

The price will change by then:
Closing as @ today = 0.42kobo
Post reconstruction price = 0.42 X 4 = 1.68kobo. *Modified*

So you have nothing to loose.

** I suspect that Lasaco may likely come up with BONUS issue after the reconstruction or DIVIDEND which will become gain for you by then.
** So don't take any action in haste after suspension is lifted.
