Mynd44:You should know what you said is total crap. While I don't have interest in who wins or loses the US election, I believe no one should be forced to accept an election they believe was rigged against them. Hillary didn't accept same with those that voted her, they did all she could to 'reclaim' their mandate. All over the world it's like that, even in Nigeria it happened. Why then does it have to be different now? Is it because people so much hate Trump or what exactly? People just want their preferred candidate to win irrespective of whether it was a free and fair election or not. Which is very terrible. All of you should not let your emotions(hate as the case maybe), stop you from thinking rightly. If Trump and those who voted him feel he won the election, he/they have the right to challenge it in court and that’s exactly what he's done. All these crap people share in order to sound smart is just what it is; crap!!! |
RomanianNinja: ![]() Marriage is actually a family/traditional thing not a spiritual or church package. The church is there to sanction your decision as well as your parents'. No be Christ dey marry una na your parents. |
TecM0:na wa oh. you no sabi read. he even stated it that in African traditions its the same which is true. You still went on to babble. |
DamZik:May God bless him for this? The idiot has followed in the footsteps of his predecessors. They're ruining the state more and more. |
Coldie:no, not correct. A state with a higher population will always have highet electoral votes |
Sunisonflex39:no, it's not like that. The OP didn't explain it well for you. For the majority of states(about 48 or so) the person who wins the popular votes automatically wins the state's total electoral votes. Also each state is allocated a certain number of electoral votes according to their representatives or population(something along that line). Do you know that Trump won many more states than Hillary? that's why he won the presidency. The electors cannot just go vote against the winner of the popular votes of their respective state. To be very frank the electoral college is a very good system that makes sure a few states do not continue to dictate who becomes the president over and over. |
Wetin be this? |
Cryptofxt10:On the contrary, am neither a client nor a staff of the business. I just had to set the records straight |
Cryptofxt10:load of crap. I rather invest in a business like MBA forex than pay forex trainers like you to teach me. Because if it was paying you very much, you won't bother teaching me but will be actually trading and making bank. Just like MBA forex is doing, I've read so many testimonials which suggest that whatever they've been doing for years(3) is really working well. Unlike you and your likes that resorted to training people on forex because you couldn't make bank from it yourself. |
Luckydubby7:I'm not sparing him. What am saying is they don't take orders from him. He doesn't have constitutional powers to stop them. The president can even declare state of emergency in the state so that he'll 'seize' to be a governor. |
Kelvinhunta:Maybe he should have spoken, but him speaking won't stop the police and military from taking orders from the president. |
Luckydubby7:I'm talking about the shootings at Lekki. While the governor might have been aware, he couldn't have ordered it or even stopped it. The tyrant wants to see blood spill the governor can't stop him. |
Luckydubby7:but let's be honest, there's little he could do. The bloody tyrant in chief controls both the military and police |
myBraine:Are you blind, deaf or both? Nobody is saying the Nigerian police should be disbanded, only a rogue unit should be. They're more criminal than the actual criminals(robbers and kidnappers) they're supposed to fight. SARS has outlived its usefulness. |
Mrscarter:Like you've been fighting for here in Nigeria. ![]() Make una sha dey calm down |
Olam09:Exactly! Drew Binsky. I watched his NK videos as well as other countries. When I read the crap this guy has been spewing on this thread I shrugged because I know he's just one of those ill informed kids going about spreading their ignorance that's been masked as intelligence and knowledge. Gave him two questions to answer he ran away. They think anything anti-West must be good and the West bad. So whatever rumor that pops into their head must be truth. Crazy folks. |
omenka:Here we go again. By your first reply, I can say you're the one who's not only unintelligent and lacking of information regarding the topic of discussion but also perpetually angry. Should feel sad to be. Good night too, but remember to have something chilled, should go a long way. |
omenka:You're a huge joke. Maybe you should read my response to folks like you who keep parroting China is a communist state. |
solmus:What the hell are you even saying? Sounding very incoherent. You left my other reply on the topic of communism simply because you lack knowledge on the matter, now am calling out your darling North Korea for not granting its citizens the freedom you're so proud of. Now you're rambling about almost totally different topic. Why not stay on course? |
solmus:Look at you mentioning North Korea and freedom in the same sentence. I'm glad you're talking about every human having freedom of worshipping whoever or whatever they want but unfortunately your darling North Korea does not grant its citizens that same freedom. |
francisgodstime:Bad examples. Read my reply to the guy that mentioned both countries. See a TL;DR version: They're not communist states. |
Liposure:Cuba is a good example but it's right now a practically dead state, something as simple as new cars cannot be found in the country only cars from the 80s. I'm not asking for countries practicing communism, am asking for countries that have been favoured. |
solmus:This clearly shows you lack knowledge of the subject matter. Mentioning China would have been partly acceptable but Russia? No way. The last time Russia was a communist state was when they were all USSR(the soviet union) ever since the collapse of the union, Russia seized to be a communist state. On to China, people erroneously categorize it as a communist state either for political reasons or social reasons. But one of the very basic tenets of a communist state is that private property/business ownership is not allowed, but that is not the case in China. Lots of the Chinese companies you know are privately owned, and that alone is enough. I don't need to go deeper into explaining other aspects. Communism has rather killed more people throughout history than it has favoured, a quick research into the subject would go a long way in helping you. Even modern day proponents of communism, have a weird defense for communism, whenever it is mentioned that communism has killed too many people. And what's the defense you'd ask? "...true communism has never been practiced by any country" |
solmus:I just had to join this conversation when you uttered a blunder, I don't care about other aspects but one. Please do mention one country that has been favoured by communism. I don't have problems with monarchy, because it is purely a system of government whereas communism is not. What I mean is a country or state operating on monarchy can still be a capitalist state. While communism on its own, is not just an economic system it doubles as a system of government too. I don't know why you had to mention both monarchy and communism in the same line as they're not closely related. Finally, back to my question; please do mention one country that has been favoured by communism. Thank you |
introvert2:They read and/or practice more. Also having a retentive memory will help you in remembering what you've read and practiced. I no be first class oh. But that is the difference reading more and practicing more. |
ehix89:You're a typical example of a dunderhead. I made my opinio known, from nowhere you started assuming things. I had to set you straight. Imagine, learn to read and comprehend then take a deep breath before replying. Don't go about sharing nonsense. |
mu2sa2:No mind them, with things like these come higher taxes |
ehix89:Did I ever compare both? Where in my post did I compare both countries? Try to understand before replying and stop assuming things. |
ruggedtimi:No sir. They pay upto 42% as income tax |
ehix89:Because you're in Nigeria and not the one paying it |
taxes will increase ASAP |
Bellfun:This same old line of thought. There's nothing worse than what Nigerians are experiencing right now. Despite guns being illegal, criminals are still armed. That is to essentially tell you that gun laws are meant to stop law abiding citizens from protecting themselves contrary to what you've been led to believe. Every single day that passes by there's a always a gun related crime committed in Nigeria despite guns being illegal, tell me what logical sense does it make then that guns are illegal? Let me be frank and honest to you, I live in the south east and I fear for what could possibly happen of the herdsmen that are heavily armed invade the area I live in. We absolutely can not stage any form of resistance, do you know what that means? Or you want us to go to a gun fight with a knife? Nigeria is in a very pathetic state right now, and the best thing the government should do is allow Nigerians who are capable of arming themselves to do so, maybe they should limit the kind of guns that could owned. Not this total ban. Prior to Buhari's administration sef, you could be allowed to own a shot gun once you meet the requirements but now nothing. Makes me to wonder if it was a plan between him and his fulani herdsmen. |
