Do no t mind the guy jare, the existing rail line what have they done with it, the guy just like making promises to people without thinking of how to fulfil it. |
Enyo That is what most people do not understand, Sanusi is a straight talker, Okonjo Iweala is the same, they will get on each other's nerves but there will be mutual respect between the two, they are just too professional not to work together. |
They tried small but they can not pass to save their lives, the defenders were okay, the midfield was terrible. |
Okonjo Iweala can not show Sanusi anything, she will do her own, Sanusi will continue doing his own, let GEJ rein in his spendings and Nigeria will be a better place. |
540MW is something, try subtracting it from the National grid and see what will happen. Ogun state will come up with some creative taxes, they all do, even the local governments will tax the hell out of the company. |
I do not know about this man, but, I can assure you that profit sharing can net an MD over 20 Million Naira on a bad year. |
Kobo Apparently you do not know how much these MDs earn, their salaries and "profit sharing" run into tens of millions per annum, Nigerian executives earn too too much. |
ekt_bear My grudge with Sanusi is that he bailed those banks out, let those who are strong survive, those not should fall by the way side. |
Pukkah dont mind the CAN people jare, instead of looking at how Christians can get an advantage with the advent of the new banking system, they are busy making noise, me I am a Christian and I am going to bank with the Stanbic Islamic bank, God help them they do not share profit with me, I go fight them tire. |
Ope ooooooooooo, I bank with Stanbic and have not benefitted anything in the last 12 years of banking with them, God don catch them, if they do not share profit with me on my business ventures, I am reporting them to Sanusi sharp sharp, I am so so happy, abeg when are they rolling out ooooooooooooooooooooooo. |
@blink Yes o I was there when he donated money to GEJ abi u no see am for TV |
Who regulates the Medical sector, is it the ministries or this council, I do not think they have any powers to swoop on anybody, they should go through the proper legal system jare. |
Dangote has made back the money in invested in the elections, so has returned the price of cement to what it should be. |
We are pre-empting, let us wait for the banks to kick off, if they are well run, they will make it if not they die off. |
I will be going to the banks to partner with them, I do not have any bulk of funds anywhere, I start with a business, we grow together, whatever money I make, I put with the bank that partners with me in growing my business, if it is the Islamic bank, so be it, of what use have the conventional banks been to me? |
I believe christians will be allowed to participate, I am already putting together a business plan that I will take to the banks when they take off, when Islamic banking takes off, I expect Sanusi or whoever is the CBN governor to see how the existing policies work and to evolve them, it is the fallibility of the system that makes it imperative to iterate. |
Kat I dont get your point, Sanusi is implementing policies, that is what we have been asking for, I am saying that these policies evolve, I believe he has modified the Islamic Banking thing recently, when superior arguments are raised, policy makers should look at it and make amends where necessary, killing off Islamic banking because of some bigots is not on. Sanusi is doing what we expect our leaders to do, imagine if our laws were followed and implemented by our leaders, Nigeria will be a better place. |
Regulation is an iterative process, you put something in place, see how it works, you refine it some more, you continually refine your regulations, our problem is we set up some rules and they stay for decades without them being refined, an example is our curriculum in schools. |
May this see the light of the day, kai, if Osun and Ekiti can pull this off, PDP don finish pata pata be that. |
@ekt See what we have been discussing, I was at PHCN today to complain about two weeks blackout, the guy told me that they just fixed a feeder pillar that had issue (30 minutes job o) and unfortunately we are off today so no electricity until we are on, now I am expected to pay 40 Naira per KWh for estimated bill, kai we don suffer for this country, we are now to pay twice as much as you guys in the US with your minimum wage probably 8 times ours. |
They are a public institution, they should make their reservation known in private to NYSC, this is going to generate more bad blood, it is not a good thing to lose a loved one, but, there is a way and manner that people in position of authority should go about their grievances, they need to get assurances on where their wards will be posted, they could ask that corpers from the South should be posted to military installations and areas where they are relatively safe. |
Okogie is someone I respect so much, he should not allow that respect to fritter away o, let him ask for Christian banks shikena. |
Sharia banking was not put out by SLS, it was done by his predecessors, he is only implementing them, those who object to it should get a blueprint for their own style of banking, Sharia banking started somewhere, they can apply their brains to bringing out innovative banking practices. We will have to agree to disagree, me I do not have a problem with Sharia banking, the more people that move their money to the banks the better for everybody, regulation is the most important thing to me. |
Zno Local teams win their home games, Chidi Imoh and Olapade Adenekan with Francis Obikwelu were the major sprinters. |
Enyimba maybe, heartland for where. |
Alhaji it is for fun. |
Super Eagles nothing for them, falcons for africa sha, Enyimba ehen. |
Zno Ajunwa was banned for doping, takes nothing away from her sha. Ogunkoya has won a number of national championships, including a gold medal in 1996 in the 400 metres, gold in the 200 metres and 400 m in 1998, and gold again in 1999 and 2001 in the 400 m. At the 1987 All Africa Games in Kenya she won the silver medal in the 200 m. In 1995 at the Zimbabwe Games she won the silver in the 400 m, and at the 1999 Games in South Africa she won a gold medal in the 400 m. At the 1996 Summer Olympics she won a bronze medal in the 400 m, behind Marie-José Pérec of France and Cathy Freeman of Australia, in a personal best and African record of 49.10, which is currently the twelfth fastest of all time. She also anchored the 4 by 400 team that won silver at the olympics (should be gold but politics dey inside) Fatima Yusuf-Olukoju (born 2 April 1971 in Owo, Ondo) is a retired Nigerian athlete, who competed mainly in the 400 metres during her career. She won 400 metres race in the 1991 All-Africa Games and was second in the 200 metres race. She is married to Adewale Olukoju. She later competed in the 200 meters at the World Championship in Spain where she ran 22.28. She is also the first African woman to run under 50 secs in the 400 meters. She ran 49.43 at the 1995 African Championship She competed for Nigeria in the 1996 Summer Olympics held in Atlanta, USA in the 400 meters in which she placed 7th with the time of 49.77 and 4 x 400 metres where she won the Silver medal with her team mates Bisi Afolabi, Charity Opara and Falilat Ogunkoya behind host nation America. She attended Azusa Pacific University. I believe she won commonwealth Gold as well. |
GEJ should trim the government first, fight corruption, provide infrastructure then remove subsidy. |
Zno Chioma Ajunwa arguably (she was doped), falilat won olympics and commonwealth, there was yusuf that won commonwealth Gold as well, Onyali comes behind falilat (she was good sha) |
