1) Expantiate as you wrote should be correctly spelled as expatiate
2) Once u have used expatiate, "more" can no more be relevant within the context

And what about if it was due to typing error just as you typed "to know" instead of "too know"?

c'mon d op is trying to relate the topic base on naija uni. Education. So, do u want to tell us that blackberry pinging & facebook are developed by Nigeria university graduate? Is it not this part of world(Nigeria) we only cry for papers rather than creativity? Go to continent like Asia and lean. Then you will see how education can help the economy.
