Is this a joke from Fubara? Wike's giant infrastructure strides in Rivers State is unmistakable. You may not like his character but there is no denying the fact that Wike is Rivers State's modern builder. There is a reason he is called Mr Projects and acknowleged even by his political enemies in the last administration, same feat he is replicating in Abuja.

I am sorry but Fubara cannot yet lace the boots of his predecessor. He should concentrate and work hard and just maybe he can come any where close.
