Abby Hikima you are an idiot that is one step away from terrorism. I do hope for the sake of others that relevant local and foreign agencies would flag and arrest this one before he goes kabum! Nobody owes Islam any reverence Nobody owes Muhammad any respect If Islam blinds you it doesn't blindfold others. So plz gerrarrahia lalasticlala |
Well, you know already that Covenant is a religious based institution with a very unconventional system. The purpose of the interview is for them to know you and you to know them. If after the interview you aren't interested then you can find your way to Lautech or whatever. But by the way Covenant's interview questions for undergrad admissions are what we just laugh about. Though I feel she has exaggerated somewhere. |
Lol even in Covenant that is a religious school, people of the opposite sexes do hug |
Lol this thing is risky o. I know the union bank guy is smart enough not to incur any legal liability on his organization. But one of the rest would soon overdo it.. |

My uncle did this sometime ago and bought many possible websites for eko atlantic city. Sharp pal set did country. Don't even know why I couldn't think of this quickly as I need money myself.... |
SpoiltVirgin:Yeah I think it is better for you to be on the safe side. What was your second choice university? And What course did you change to in CU? |
Dranoid:Last year it was generally 30/60 I think. |
deewhydoski:I know industrial chemistry is quite a challenging department. I know because I had friends who "carried over" physical chemistry till final year in the same Covenant. But because it was hard for you doesn't mean it wouldn't be easy for someone else. Chemistry doesn't hard for me try to understand that... You didnt study the course so I won't argue with u, is like say someone did 70 courses and had 69 A's and 1B, that can only happen in waec.....oga forget that thing it can only happen in private universities and don't forget say we did some crazy practicals. If the guy come to unilorin am very sure that he will make first class but that 4.99 is not fucking possible.Lol but a unilag produced three graduates with 5.0 in a single convocation so what's a 4,99. It's no issue for me if a unilorin puts a peg on what her student community can attain in scores. But the important questions are these: Are the CU graduates less knowledgeable than their Unilorin counterparts? Are the CU graduates with less practical/research experience as their unilorin counterparts? Would the Unilorin students perform as good as the CU counterpart if given the same environment in CU? Would they do well if cheered and encouraged to excel like the CU management does for her student You need to understand that the chaos in any Nigerian public university isn't what any sensible private university would try to emulate.. |
We had a 15% First class turnout! But I believe CU would have done better If they had implemented the third semester system which was initially proposed by the former VC. This would have ensured that people with failed courses could retake the courses during holidays(summer) rather than piling failed courses for people during new sessions. CU should understand that students who failed during normal semesters are usually too demoralized to learn anything in carryover classes. Plus this carryover classes, especially the likes of CHM212(physical chemistry) are usually overbloated with carryover students that it makes learning uncomfortable for everyone. Lastly on piling carryovers. The consequences of pilling carryovers in a public uni might be minute and limited but in a private school it is devastating, especially to middle class families who have to dole out an extra 1 million naira. And for anyone who thinks that CU is producing too much First class degrees please chew on this. There is no telling what people can do if giving the right environment to succeed. And yes some of the numerous people who make First Class degrees in UK universities may find it difficult to replicate in OAU. But that doesn't make OAU better than Lancaster or University Of Edinburgh, but a reflection of a choking system in the Nigerian University System which prioritises difficulty and stress over learning. Micheal Ozioma Owning a piece of real estate has been the hallmark of achievement from time immemorial as kings and influential men of old are sized according to their land and property possessions. Not so much have changed in recent times as owning a comfortable home where you retire to after the days hustle and bustle is something everyone is looking up to someday. In a bid to meet this need of acquiring a real estate property, one may either buy up an existing one and continue its usage or develop by themselves through trusted developers. Below are the advantages of developing a property yourself using trusted developers. 1. Durability of Use: Just like every manufactured product, properties have expiry dates. This may not depict physical collapse or inability to use, but reduction in structural integrity and property functionalities occurs with time. The already in use property you are being may have gone far into its usage time, no matter how beautiful it seem to appear. 2. Trend: In a society that follows trend for various reasons such as change of status and taste. Purchasing a property already in use may not befit the taste synchronous to ones status per time. As such the need to develop properties in line with trending aesthetics becomes imperative. Except for the love of preserving medieval architecture developing your property in line with the current trend will be your best best way of enjoying the luxury of today's definition of a new home. 3. Freedom of Choice In developing your property, the luxury of making your choice of design is something nobody would like to miss. It awakens your sense of expectation and gives you the joy like that of an expectant mother who already confirmed her desired gender in an unborn baby from a scan. 4. Cost Implications: Except for the purpose of sales emergency or unanticipated exigencies, already developed properties are more expensive than developing new ones. For the purpose of saving overall cost, developing your property is the best route. 5. Quality Assurance: When you develop your property through developers with professional integrity, quality is nothing to worry about. You also have the benefit of feeding your curiosity by checking out the qualities of materials just as they are being used. This gives you the confidence and assurance you need to match into your new home with pride. https://kinesthouse.com/blog/five-advantages-of-developing-your-own-property-over-buying-existing-ones
