The above is not far from the truth and it also put a lie to the misleading headline. APC governors collectively are not hijacking any presidential ticket. Only very few APC governors are still fighting to get one of them the ticket. In fact, they are barely three at the moment. Once the convention is over, they will be shown the back seat.

As far as 2023 is concerned, most APC governors have taken sides between Asiwaju and Osinbajo. I won’t tell you who has more governors on his side but I’m sure it’s not too difficult to deduce. Things will start taking shape after the election and I won’t be surprised if the party ends up with a consensus candidate by middle of next year.

Keep dreaming if you think the Governors are not eyeing the ticket too and they are tinubu

If you like, vote for Usman Dan Fodio. For the reasonable majority who understands the need for national balancing, we all vote for Tinubu or any other southern candidate put forward by APC.

Even if apc later presents a northern candidate and Pdp presents a southern candidate like in 2015,you will still vote for apc, so there is no need

You talk as if you’re poorly educated. Anybody can have issues with law enforcement agencies anywhere. There is no law anywhere that says it is a criminal offense or fraudulent conduct to have issues with law enforcement agencies. The Atiku Abubakar you supported in 2019 was indicted by the US senate for corruption. Interpol and other security agencies in and outside of Nigeria are still investigating him for so many corruption allegations. Peter Obi was recently exposed by the Pandora papers. He’s also currently under EFCC and CCB investigation. So, should we also say they are fraudulent because they have issues with law enforcement agencies?

Get yourself properly educated young man. What the law is against is criminal conviction. Was Tinubu convicted for any criminal offense in the USA or anywhere else? In as much as he was never convicted for any criminal offense, it is a crime for you or anyone else to call him a criminal.


And regarding Alpha Beta, folks like you who feel strongly that the contract between the company and Lagos state is fraudulent should go to court instead of crying online about it. Go to court and prove to a judge what you think is wrong with the contract.

Atiku used Intel to make so much money from the port for over 20 years before the politics led to the cancellation of the contract recently without anybody saying anything. So, what’s the difference between the Intel contract of Atiku and Alpha Beta’s contract with Lagos state government?

I did not say he is a criminal,I am saying there other people without questionable characters and any form of indictment from the authorities.And I am not a supporter of Atiku, but I would rather vote for Tambuwal than Tinubu or Atiku

Every reasonable APC supporter from Benue state knew Akume made a big mistake picking Ortom over Jime. Ortom left pdp after failing to clinch the party's ticket, just about a week to APC's primary, yet, Akume gave him a free pass over Jime who's been in the party for long.

Some of us saw the move as a betrayal by Akume, since he wanted to have someone he believes he could exert substantial control over, and Jime didn't come across as such a person.

I never voted Ortom, never supported him, and shared my misgivings about his person from day one around here. It didnt matter to me he was in APC. Ortom was just not the right man for the job.

Soon after he became governor, when we were grappling with a recession, the crook went about buying cars worth hundreds of millions of naira for his lieutenants. Pdp supporters insulted the crap out of him, but it wasnt because of his actions, but simply because he was in APC! Then came the wheelbarrow saga, etc.

Towards the end of his first tenure, after his relationship with his benefactor Akume had grown so frosty, he ported tp PDP and started playing the Fulani herdsmen card. Suddenly, but nor surprising, he became something of a God to pdp supporters!!

Since then, you couldn't find them criticizing him, didn't/doesnt matter what a catastrophic failure he has been. They love him as long as he wakes up to scream herdsmen, insult Buhari, and attack every action of the FG.

All Ortom has done since he became governor has been geared towards growing his Oracle business empire, and buy just about every strategic property in the state capital. Anywhere you see him construct an access road (he has constructed only 3 in the capital since he became governor. Two with very rough gravel yet to have asphalt applied, and one with asphalt), he has bought acres of land there!!

PDP supporters will sit ten million miles away and keep hailing Ortom, whereas Benue people who are closest to him dispise him with passion, so much so he's now crying they insult him day and night.

Ortom deserves that and more.

Same way you didn't insult him when he was in Apc, and the problems of Benue was so pronounced in his first term, am not saying he is performing, but he is doing better in his 2nd term speaking about the killings in his land and fighting them.He was the first to pass the antigrazing bill into law which he couldn't when he was in apc.

He had issues in the Usa with law enforcement agents concerning drugs before he came to become a governor, he then established alphabeta with govt funds and collects 10percent till date from Igr from Lagos.
