Your watchtower has done you strong thing. When the Bible talks about the lake of fire it isn't being metaphorical. This is where God has caught you. You are able to wave off the doctrine of hell by saying that Jesus was being metaphorical when He taught about it and I can understand that.

But you can't use the same metric for the lake of fire because the Bible never talks about it from a metaphorical standpoint.

Also, spirits can't die. Think deeply about that. Annihilation-ism is never taught in scripture.

I believe that other religious texts contain some truth. But I believe that the Bible contains all truth. Take the crucifixion of Jesus for example, the Koran denies it. It teaches that someone else was crucified in His place and even staunch Atheists like yourself attest to the fact that Jesus was indeed crucified.

The Bible indeed teaches that there are many gods and many lords which people worship and they indeed exist. But there is One who reigns supreme over them all and worship belongs to Him and Him alone.

So a Muslim experiencing something that his book teaches doesn't validate his faith to me, instead it just validates the Bible and the spiritual in general, because the Bible teaches that there is only one way to God and that is Jesus.

The Bible teaches that there are various powers and sources of power, but there is One who reigns above them all. Capisce?

The story of the good samaritan, for example was told to teach us to show people kindness if we are in a position to do so.

The story of the rich man and lazarus was told to teach us that when a person dies, they go to either one of two places, heaven or hell.

Besides your method of knowing truth is flawed since you can can simply eliminate a different belief as being true just because it is different, that means experience is not the way you know your beliefs are true. Do you want to try again, how do you know what you believe is true, it certainly isn't by experience since you have revealed that you don't use that yardstick for other beliefs.

This is my reasoning. I have seen a person healed when I prayed for her. The Bible teaches that it is possible and is true concerning that subject. So I reason thus; if what the Bible says about a believer praying for a sick person's healing is true then what about what it says about everything else? About hell, other religions, etc..
