I was gutted at this loss.
Wow, we were unlucky#
I tot we outplayed the mancs and maybe a 1-1 scoreline would have been a fairer reflection of the game.
But Gallas why?? huh huh A defender usually has both hands behind his back in the penalty box.
VDS scored 100% in my opinion.
The two headers from Bendtner were both cruising into the net b4 the magnificent stop from VDS.
and wes brown and Rio's back passes. huh huhI swear if it were manure vs any other team, 9 out of 10, it would have been an own goal.
We need a bigger squad definitely, but I don't buy that idea, that the boys are tired.Which tiredness? huh
AW must dip into the transfer kitty. The Arsenal plays very good football, great to watch, but times have changed, we need a big squad to win trophies.
Lastly, Song, I thought he fitted perfectly at Centre back.Great game,

Well, there are reasons why Cesc and Ade were nominated.
Joe Cole definitely hasn't been outstanding all season.
He's been lost in most of Chelsea's games.
Many at times, I can't remember seeing him on the field.
I am sure if Fab4 and Ade had been playing for the Chavs, u wont have seen anything wrong with their nomination tongue
Let's be frank Ade and Cesc have been oustanding this season, They have had their blips, but overall they have done well tongue tongue

Nice to see Ade and Cesc listed in the top six.
Of course,Ron is gonna win.
Not sure we had anyone shortlisted last year

Anderson just cannot score a goal.
Is he gonna end the season without scoring a single goal? huh huh, Even if its just offside grin grin grin
You are talking about last week, where we fielded Hoyte and Traore and we played without Hleb
Don't worry, Sunday is just around the corner,
Adebayor did it last season,
It will be De ja vu again
I hope Neville will play,I would like to see Theo run against him.
Will a bicycle overtake a mercedes? grin grin grin
We will see.

It is said that a good commander knows when a war is won or lost,
I just want us to give our remaining five games the best shot (not neccessarily so we can win the league, but if that becomes the by-product I won't complain) so we'll end the season with our heads held high in view of our recent shortcomings.

Whatever happens ,better days are ahead and ARSENAL will continue to be the envy of other teams because;

ARSENAL ROCKS,proud to be a GOONER
@ Rasputinn
If we win the league, I will be delirious,
Haters would hide in shame.
I wasn't expecting us to win the quadruple.
A trophy will do and the EPL stands above the rest.

It will be sad to see AW go.
He's done a lot for the club and has brought in some of the best talents we have seen.
I just think he needs his to relax his French Ego.
I think if he brings in 3-4 more players next season, we will do well and of course, some players just have to go.
Meanwhile, I still have a thin belief that all is not lost yet, We could still win the EPL, Mathematically its possible, and anything could still happen. How about a win over man utd on sunday?

Trust the Press to start saying all sorts.
JM is desperately looking for a job grin grin(He's being outta work for about 6 months now)
Arsene hasn't won anything in two years, almost 3 now.
So, to make extra quid in your sports section, why not say something like 'Moaninho set to take over from Wenger'
Sure some people will fall for it! grin grin grin

I disagree with you.
Do you think football is for the highest bidder?
You are wrong.
Chelsea fortified with Ballack and Sheva last season(WTF,sheva was bought for 30 million) yet lost the title to Manure who sold Ruud and bought only Carrick, So what are u saying?
When we won the league in 03/04 without losing a single match.Did u think we spent the most that season?
Your logic is faulty!!! grin grin

The truth is that Le Prof has never really had a big squad before.
During the invincibles run in 2003/2004, we had most of our first team players fit thruout.
I still can't remember Kolo and Campbell missing matches, but maybe times have changed.
For the last three years we've been dogged by injuries and maybe it's time for AW to change and have a big squad for once. At least, he has changed some of his methods this season, we now seem to score more goals from set pieces etc,
We've made tremendous progress, but we need to return to winning ways once again. It will happen.

no surprises in Lehmann's outburst,
For the records,he has said worse before.
Really, what did u expect him to say? huh huh huh

Sad to lose Flamster,L'pool took over the midfield when he got injured.
Get well soon,Matthieu

My thoughts exactly.
Listen to the idiot of a referee
http://www.teamtalk.com/football/story/0,16368,1766_3406330,00.html

We lost to refereeing decisions, both at the Emirates and at Anfield especially.
If only he had waived that decision, the Press, soccer pundits and all would have been singing another song,
Well, AW takes all the blame, that's how it is in soccer.
.Rafa was under pressure earlier in the season also and there were talks of him being sacked as a result of 'pool's poor performance.
I also remember talks of SAF being asked to go away honourably, instead of being booted out, a few seasons ago, when manure came last in their CL group. grin.
That's how it goes in football, : grin grin

@ nightrider

Though it's your perogative, if u wish to switch clubs
But I think the true worth of a fan is sticking with your club thru thick and thin.
They are really bad times for Arsenal, but it would not be forever.
Like Bgees said, even when we lose, I come on board here to see what others have to say about the defeat.
Hard to swallow, but its all part of being a fan
I love Arsenal and can't imagine being seen wearing an AIG shirt or a chav shirt(God forbid raised to power 1000).
I can't imagine HNIC jumping up when Drogba scores or when Ronaldo scores(Lailai).
Or HNIC coming here to describe Arsenal fans as Gayners or call my team Ass-anal(No way)
I will rather quit watching football! grin grin grin and turn to golf(no disrespect to golf fans)
Every Club goes thru bad times.
Chelsea didn't win the league for 50 years,
Believe it or not, the Scousers have never won the EPL, yet the Kop won't stop singing.
The guns would blaze once again,
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Arsenal Fan Thread: For Gunners Only (Old) by HNIC(m): 8:19am On Apr 09, 2008
What can I say?
Another disppointment,
I just wonder why decisions have gone against us this season.
I just wonder how easy it was for the ref to award a penalty in the 85th minute in a CL match when he wasn't so sure?
I wonder what would have happenned if it was the other way, like Hleb falling down under a Carra challenge, Hleb would have probably been booked for 'diving'
The ref was from Sweden, Any links between Sweden and any Liverpool playerhuh huh huh huh grin grin
Maybe Babel had his secondary education in Sweden and was taught by the referee grin grin grin.
Seriously speaking, it was disappointing to be so close and yet throw it away.
A clear out is needed by AW in the summer.
The injury prone guys and the likes of Eboue should be transfer-listed.
A bigger squad is required to keep the first team guys on their toes.
We will surely get there.

Now coded guy is upset when his team stumbles tongue tongue tongue
just like his manager. The silly old man ignored Southgate's gesture of exchanging pleasantries after the match and faced the 4th official,(I wonder what he was complaining about).I wonder why he was trasing words with Southgate in the 1st place
Imagine if it was AW that behaved like that, OMG, The whole British Media will highlight that this morning and won't let him(AW) rest
Coded, what goes around comes around,
This draw has brought the 'mighty' Mancs down to earth and who said you didn't miss Vidic? grin grin grin,
Just like Carvalho makes JT look so good,Vidic does same for Rio.
That Alves second goal got me laughing so hard grin grin grin
VDS watched the ball sail into the net like he was looking at a stripper grin grin grin
It ain't over yet,
I said earlier that there will still be more drama towards d end of the season, More drama still coming

Spot the difference.
Dudu is out for 9 months and as at now, he's not even sure of playing footie again. The silly tackle took place in the 2nd minute!!!!

Gretar Steinsson or whatever completed the match after the tackle, and it was well into the match.

I told someone last week this thing.
If u are hell bent on getting AW sacked.,be at the Emirates for our next league game against Reading, put on a sign post on your chest "Sack Wenger"(and even sign it Dayokanu), u never know, the board would see u and heed your advice.

Relax my brother.
what didn't we hear a couple of weeks ago when we played Milan,
Em, Kaka will rip us apart,Pato will ruin us.Seedorf and Pirlo will finish us,
Now, all that's being said is that Benitez will finish us tactically huh huh huh.
It must be ages ago since we failed to score at Anfield,we've scored their this season and last season, a certain Baptista got 4 goals.
Because Chelsea fails against L'pool in cup competitions does not mean the ARSENAL wil falter.
Why am I even breaking sweathuh?
Tuesday is very near!
