I said it! |
This whole matter has the hallmarks of high conspiracy that is being covered up. White slavery has been an historic vice among the high and mighty in the Islamic world. For centuries top islamic emirs, sultans and other high functionaries have surrounded their palaces with harems, usually filled with captured slaves who they now brainwash into a life of sexual servitude. From this Ese incident, it appears that this practice is still around. Thank God for Internet and social media, there is no longer a hiding place for the wicked. The boy yinusa is a member of a syndicate that lures and abducts girls.( Note that he said he took the permission of his hausa leader in bayelsa before abducting the girl). In this case it backfired when the parents proved relentless in the pursuit of their daughter. He must have procured the girl for a particular big man (I dont want to believe it is sanusi ) and not for himself, yinusa. Its only a very powerful man that could have been able to thwart the I.G of police from releasing the girl. Yinusa, a mere keke rider doesn't have such powers. He is just an errand boy. Who is fooling who? The corrupt Nigerian press and police know the truth, but are shielding it out of respect, fear, or bribe from the prominent personalities involved. |
OP, pls go and follow up the story from the beginning to clear yourself. The mother and the father have been to kano on two separate occasions, staying for weeks without success. The real truth is that there is a conspiracy that is being covered up. The boy yinusa must have procured the girl for a particular big man (I dont want to believe it os sanusi himself) and not for himself, yinusa. Its only a very powerful man that could have been able to thwart the I.G of police from releasing the girl. Yinusa, a mere keke rider doesn't have such powers. He is just an errand boy. Ok. Now, you're talking! |
Ayaobax:Please, lets be realistic. She is a minor, and cannot have the maturity and good sense to take such decisions. That's why she is under parents. And that's the law. |
Festysnow:...and statutory rape! A girl under 16 yrs cannot consent, by law |
Down with the north! Castrate every single hausa in the Niger Delta!! Let none escape! Where is IYC, UPU, Niger Delta state govts? Today, it is ese, tomorrow, you or me. Nnamdi Kanu was right! This can only happen in a zoo! To your tents, O Isreal! |
Is this for real? Can this arab/moslem white slavery happen in this 21st century? Never again! SAY NO TO SLAVERY!! |
Very good information |
giantstrides:No one is supporting the detention of relatives of criminals as ransom for their surrender, because by definition a criminal may not even care about their relatives enough to give themeselves up. But it may be required to question and/or pressure the relatives to provide crucial information for the capture of the suspects. I am sure that you know that kidnapping is a heinous crime - worse than armed robbery, and sometimes extreme circumstances require extreme measures. |
speak2leo:Ha ha ha. "Special fuel"? On and electric motor 'engine'? Yes, he tried. At least, in assembling the purchased toy. The only innovation there is the green white green painting. I wont insult you, but I hope you realise that it is far easier to build a large scale pilot controlled airplane, than an unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV)? The UAV, apart from contending with the mechanics of flight, also has to embody robotics, and radio remote controlled electronics. Think. 1903. That was when the wright brothers flew the first plane. That is, using technology of 112 years ago. UAV drones just became popular this 21st century, mainly because of the advancement in computer technology. Its highly embarrassing that we cant even replicate something the white man did more than a hundred years ago. Instead we resort to cheap sensationalism on our gullible selves, patting ourselves on the back FOR A JOB NOT DONE! |
giantstrides:She is strategically positioned to assist the police fish out the remaining criminals who are associates of the husband. Think. She is already cooperating which led to release of the victim. |
XperiaZ6:Abeg dont mind them. Is this not how politicians and 'men of god' have fooled everyone? ALWAYS. you got relevant parts and assembled them into an 'invention'. Which part is locally fabricated there? The engine? The wings, the body? The computerized remote control? Am totally embarrassed by the ignorant comments here. Yeah, perhaps, kudos for assembling a toy FROM INSTRUCTIONS. ELSE this post and associated video is misleading and even fraudulent. Just look at the fake way he was pretending to 'FUEL' the plane! A drone operates with battery, and still uses fuel?!! Kai! My people perish from lack of wisdom. Truly, "the beautiful ones are not yet born". |
OP has raised a very pertinent issue. This deserves front page. Mods, FP, please. |

I read with utter dismay, the recent ban on biafra 'promotions' on nairaland. Prior to this, I held the originators and moderators of this forum in high esteem, seeing them as brave warriors harnessing technological savvy to combat the age long ignorance of the black man by promoting a spirit of open and uncensored debate to enlighten uninformed minds. why ban the intellectual discussion of Biafra? Do you think the idea was generated by the hapless and frustrated youth you see on the streets on ipod demonstrations? The sacred ideology of biafra dates its birth place in island of Hispaniola in the 1700s when the oppressed African slaves rose up in rebellion, fought and succesfully defeated and drove off their white european masters and established the republic of Haiti. The whiteman subsequently deceived their leader -toussaint l overture - on a pretended peace conference, and imprisoned him; just the same tactic, with subsequent African leaders such as Jaja of opobo, Nana of Itshekiri, Oba of Benin, who were all deceptively kidnapped and exiled from their people. Since that day of the succesfully Haitian revolution, the international order controlled by the whites have conspired to keep Haiti down, whereas Dominican republic on the opposite side of the same Island is allowed to flourish. All this is to oppress the mind of africans with the myth that the black man cannot flourish on his own. It was on this recognition that Haiti was among the first to recognise Biafra, as the 2nd indigenous black African movement for black self determination. All other african or black countries in this world to (except the perennial ethiopia) are the concoctions or fabrications of whites. Is nairaland not aware of the constant calls for sovereign national conference to decide the Nigerian national question, of which vested interests in the nigerian project has been frustrating? Is their any Nigerian who doesnt know that the country needs fundamental restructuring to work? Dont we all know that open discourse will lead to cross fertilization of ideas and pave way for peaceful change; but suppression leads to violent expressions? When Scotland wanted to secede from UK , did the British govt roll out the Military to quash the agitation ? Nairaland should not rest on its oars. Rather than become a pun of political forces, it can choose to raise its standards, redesign and continously optimize the user interface by incorporating more features. Nairaland should continue to restore the dignity of the African. Give Nairaland as a better Nigerian Answer to Facebook. |
tobimillar:You hit the nail on the head. You are one of the few wise ones. The problem you just highlighted is compounded by the press, which is one of the most corrupt institutions in this country. They are hopelessly corrupt and are easily bought and used by the powers. They lack integrity, and investigative journalism is a joke for them. The nigerian press, the so-called fourth estate, is an enemy of the people, misleading and keeping the people ignorant of true happenings. They have twisted and covered up so many atrocities and conspiracies in this country. Is it the fake nigerian army arranged niger delta militancy fiasco? Or the current boko haram army arrangement to suck the nation dry in fake military procurements? What about the fuel subsidy scam? This scam makes sure the refineries never work, no matter how much money is pumped in them, and that legislation WILL NEVER BE PASSED to enable private refineries. What about the power gaslines sabotage conspiracy? No one is talking about any of these |
The hypocrisy must stop. Blockade the north-east immediately and flush out bokoharam, as was done with biafra in 1968. Nigeria justified the attempted genocide of biafrans by claiming as awolowo (may his soul RIP) did, that starvation is a legitimate weapon of war. Why is the same approach not being used now? Some of the same people then are the ones in power now; if hypocrisy is not involved. Let us pull out our head from the sand. Buhari, forget democracy (dem-all-crazy), instigate the restructuring of the country now peacefully, or watch it disintegrate. |
PMB in trying to be more democratic than democracy itself is being naive.YOU GOT IT |

nnachukz:Comprehension, my dear nnachukz, comprehension. Drops by 480mw means reduced by 480. Hence, okpai was generating 480mw. |
LMAyedun:I pray! How can a flowing river be poisoned?! |
It seems that Buhari and the APC has no formula to positively transform this country. He should convene a sovereign national conference immediately, and supervise the restructuring or dissolution of Nigeria. For a president in his 70s to surround himself with other geriatic officers and ministers; men of the existing status quo who have everything to loose by any institutional change, where will he get the revolutionary out-of-the-box ideas from? They say that a general will always loose new battles when using strategies that worked in previous battles. Buhari has failed again a fundamental maxim of political power: "POWER CAN NEVER BE MAINTAINED WITH THE FOLLOWING THAT HELPED TO WIN IT" He failed it before in 1984-85 when he failed to purge from the armed forces, the elements that put him in power, and he is failing again, and history may repeat itself. If things continue like this till next year, I predict a succesful impeachment of buhari, forced resignation of the VP, and constitutional crisis leading to the partition of Nigeria. Buhari should be the gorbachev of Nigeria and write his name in the granite of history, by peacfully restructuring this country. One word is enough for the wise. |

darkhorizon:Lest we fool ourselves; engineering is not a real productive discipline, it was an artificial construct by the european upper classes to take control of industrial production. Engineering is all about design and management of technical production processes, which anybody trained in those actual processes can do. The actual disciplines are craft technicians and technologists of the various crafts like machinists, mechanics, builders, industrial chemists like paint makers and gas production). It is these people that make use of scientific discoveries of physics etc to fabricate new artefacts. The tragedy of black africa is that the we allowed ourselves to be hoodwinked on the above principle. Thats why we have thousands and thousands of engineers but can manufacture nothing. Because we dont have technologists and technicians. Dont confuse technician with artisan-we have plenty of those. In order to construct a simple road which our engineers have already designed, we have to import expatriate technicians and technologists (mind you, not engineers -we have plenty of those also). We depend on expatriates to even run five star hotels we have built, because lets face it, management itself is an art and craft even if it has scientific areas (psychology, sociology). |
Cool! Shows there are always multiple sides or perspectives to any issue, |
Nigerians awaited the year 2015 with much suspense because of the the famous American prediction of the country's break up come 2015. The trepidation was not less, considering that 2014 marked 100 years since the arbitrary amalgamation of northern and southern nigeria in 1914 by the british colonial masters. You may recall that as early as 2012, various dissident groups have already started calling for the dissolution of the Nigerian union as an unworkable contraption. It is palpably clear to all, both the mighty and the low that the state has so far squandered multiple opportunities to cater for and give meaning to the lives of its citizens. Day by day, citizens hardly feel the existence of the state except sometimes its harsh manifestations in the form of extortionist agencies. In the international media, polls have often announced Nigerians as the happiest people on earth, but the oyibos must have misunderstood. The boundless optimism of the naija people admits little tears. Yet 'man no be wood'. The election of president Buhari was the last desperate hope of a people who have almost given up to desperation. The daily bombing and wanton destruction of lives in the north-east and north-central, dog-eat-dog kidnappings, robberies and general lawlessness in the southwest, southsouth and east of the country exhibits that desperation. Only the people of the northwest appears to be showing some reserve - for now. The APC administration has ridden into power amidst great popular euphoria. It should tap this powerful current to launch a great cultural and economic renewal. If this opportunity is also squandered, then all hope is lost. It would be sad for Naija. In that case, brace yourselves for gotterdamerung (a grand and final collapse) in the best traditions of the german, Richard Wagner. |

ptolemy247:I think my method is derived from first principles, but you used derived theorems. Its all ok, so long as one can remember the theorems. If not its always good to be able to derive them again from the first principles. |
),although physicist also practicalize, but not like engineers. And again, look around you, every technological breakthrough was invented by a physicist in the lab, then the engineers produce those inventions for commercial use in the industry/factory. Which makes the physicist more smarter. So Guys drop your own opinion and facts, lets have fun.
