First of all, what phone are you using .. By this I mean what o.s is your phone running ? Android , iOS , bb10, Linux .... What O.S exactly is your phone on ? This type of attack is usually a malware attack and it's mostly gotten from porn sites and some so called 'free download sites' , I find it very surprising that your phone was attacked , this type of attack happens mostly to windows based computers and he solution is simply to enter task manager and disable any strange process that's running underground , however for any real help we need to know the phone you are using and possibly snapshots of the message ...
