You can as well try
Mashed potatoes, carrots, avocado and egg York.
Avocado and egg York,
Broccoli and egg York or carrots,
Banana and avocado,
Rice and sweet potato
Apple and pear fruits
Ripe mango.

He doesn't crawl but he butt shuffles, sits on his own (gets up and sit), rolls over, claps, not babbling yet but talks much eeehhh, aahhh. i understand babies are different but im still very worried.

Aww I understand you my dear. Don't panic, just be happy and peaceful with stages he is in now. You can also be encouraging him by putting his favourite toys far from him to reach out to them. But still don't give yourself much to worry about, he'll get there, after all no adult is still crawling nor trying to stand bear that in mind.

Have u tried a colorful sippy cup or straw cup? Nuby brands have quite a few. You get those with handles, that way he can hold and tip to his mouth. You have to keep trying, he needs it. But waiting to 9months was a risk o.

Offer him the water before meals (when he's hungry). Don't use feeding bottles, get a colourful sippy cup that he can hold. 9 months is a fully formed person so it will be harder but be persistent

Water is very very critical immediately you stop exclusive, the water in BM is not adequate

Ds used to be like that, but he loves water now
Just continue giving it to him, with time he'll get used to it
9m is too young for sachet water, you'll have tried that.

Thank you so much mamas for helping me out. He now drinks the water after so many fights, i kept trying and trying till he started swallowing it down, tho with spoon, he just hates the feeding bottle with a passion. At least this spoon I can manage it for now while i'll still try the bottle till he eventually gets used to it.

Pls help a worried mum out. My boy is almost 9months, he did exclusive for six months plus till I introduced solids(light solids with breastmilk) without water. Now I've started introducing water, he has refused to take water. It's always a tug of war whenever I'm spoon feeding him water bcus he doesn't like feeding bottles, so I'm left feeding him with spoon, of which i have to fight with him to take just few spoons. Most he'll spit it out or uses his tongue to push the spoon out of his mouth. I'm worried bcus he has started experiencing constipation and I can't be giving him breast to suck all the time he rejects water or giving him the 'P' fruits when water is essential to the body.
Pls is there any other means I could use to deceive him? Help pls!

There is Molfix new born. Check for it. Huggies is another best choice.

If you are using formula, dissolve it in warm water and add your cereal. You must really be producing more than enough tho with lots energy to prepare cereal with breastmilk _{I envy you o}
If you are like me that use to help baby finish his cereal once he's satisfied , you may consider getting formular too [s] except you love drinking bwrestmilk [/s]

I have no choice sisi. Even as flat as slippers as the breast is now it still goshes out like a tap when he starts sucking.

You can use BM if that's what your baby is on! Doesn't have to be formula. As long as you still produce enough biko carry go.

You can use either breastmilk or formula.

You can use breast milk provided LO will finish the food at once. I haven't used breast milk to prepare any cereal got those that require just water but use BM to prepare puree

Hello mamas in the house. It's been a while. I hope you all doing well with babies.

Pls help me here.. I'm confused.

My baby just started solids. He's been taking purees which I mix with breast milk.

I got nutribom. On the preparation process, it says pour into milk and mix. But it didn't specify which kind of milk, if it's formula milk or breast milk.

I'm thinking of using breast milk bcus my baby hasn't taken formula milk before.

So mama's in the house, has anyone used breast milk for the preparation before and how was it?

Thanks for this tips bcus me I don't like corn and I find it difficult cooking it but I have people who love them.
