Politics › Re: Milton Friedman On Slavery And Colonialism. A Must Watch For Africans by Horus(m): 7:04pm On Aug 18, 2010
Due to the devastating effects of Colonialism, most African’s both at home, and abroad, today suffer from what could be called a “Biblical Complex”. Which is because Caucasians have succeeded in making most of the world's darker peoples, with Africans in particular, feel inadequate for not being part of the so-called Judo-Christian Biblical ancestry. When in actuality, African’s descend from Cultures which pre-date Judaism, Christianity & Islam by several Millennia.

Family › Re: Yorubas And The 'Left-Hand' Issue by Horus(m): 5:58pm On Aug 17, 2010
If you are left handed, it is not a negative state, it is merely the way your brain functions. This happened when the meteorite hit the planet and shifted it to a 23° axis. Before this event, everybody on the planet was ambidextrious. Meaning they used the right hand as well as the left. You can even find people today who are ambidextrious. You find many people tend to lean to the left side. This is because the Earth is tilted on a 23° axis. The heart was once in the middle of the chest, now it is on the left side of the body.

Politics › Re: Reps Block Jonathan's Anti-money Laundering Bill by Horus(m): 2:11am On Aug 15, 2010
The Government in Nigeria is the innocent mirror of the nation. The quality of government and its leaders, is simply a reflection of the collective consciousness of all the people in Nigeria. In some instances, leaders who came to power as the champions of anti-corruption have themselves been charged with being involved with levels of corruption even more serious than those of their predecessors. If the collective consciousness in Nigeria is disintegrated and negative, and people are not behaving in accord with Natural Law, then problems and corruption will be an unavoidable phenomenon of government. If, on the other hand, the collective consciousness in Nigeria is positive, integrated, and coherent, then the government will not be influenced by any negativity. If the people in Nigeria wish to be protected from corruption in government, then they must create an integrated collective consciousness. Positivity and harmony should be so strong and dense in national consciousness that negative influences cannot penetrate it.

I don't think the magazine would risk a lawsuit by spreading lies against Paula White and Benny Hinn; in other words; I believe what was written, that they were at the same hotel in the same room and that Benny Hinn was registered under an alias.
Politics › Re: Nigeria’s Foreign Debt To Hit $9.4bn by Horus(m): 4:24pm On Aug 14, 2010
We should all read Confessions of an Economic Hit Man", a book written by John Perkin. According to his book, Perkins' function was to convince the political and financial leadership of underdeveloped countries to accept enormous development loans from institutions like the World Bank and USAID. Saddled with huge debts they could not hope to pay, these countries were forced to acquiesce to political pressure from the United States on a variety of issues. Perkins argues in his book that developing nations were effectively neutralized politically, had their wealth gaps driven wider and economies crippled in the long run. Economic hit men (EHMs) are highly paid professionals who cheat countries around the globe out of trillions of dollars. They funnel money from the World Bank, the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), and other foreign "aid" organizations into the coffers of huge corporations and the pockets of a few wealthy families who control the planet's natural resources. Their tools included fraudulent financial reports, rigged elections, payoffs, extortion, sex, and murder.
Christianity Etc › Re: Are Nigerian Pastors More Of Scammers Than Men Of God? by Horus(m): 1:27am On Aug 14, 2010
Most of the pastors in Nigeria are scammers. Church leaders ask for tithes in the name of God. They'll say “God needs your help building the church, ” What does god need with a multi-million dollar church? Nothing. These are the same so-called church leaders that you'll find riding in fancy cars, eating the best foods, living in expensive homes and living the life of wealthy people while their followers scrape and struggle to do “God's will” by tithing. These so-called leaders will lead congregations in the worse of the worse neighborhoods and on their way to church to preach on Sundays or Saturdays or whatever day they declare to be the Sabbath, they will step over the homeless or the less fortunate.

Those who engage in illegal construction of houses in Nigeria should be prepared to face the full weight of the law for their crime. We need a total restructuring of the rules and regulations guiding the construction industry in Nigeria.
Christianity Etc › Re: Why Do People Try To Impose Their Beliefs On Others? by Horus(m): 12:45am On Aug 12, 2010
If one has to believe, it means he or she does not know, and if one does not know, that is ignorance. Hence, belief is ignorance and religious belief without the facts is ignorance; So demand that anyone attempting to impose on you their religious beliefs, they are to produce facts. The most deceptive word in religion is the word "believe" or "belief", Because a person can believe anything and this means that a person can believe, And be 100% wrong But knowledge is knowing and knowledge is correct information. "To know" gives one confidence, but belief infers doubt.

Politics › Re: Gay Nigerian Activist Bisi Alimi Shares His Compelling Story by Horus(m): 4:17pm On Aug 11, 2010
A man should not be intimidated by a homosexual. By that I mean, those people who set out to preach “fire and brimstone,” the beating and harassing of homosexuals and lesbians, in most cases are people that fear for a dormant personality that might come forth from themselves. If you are sure about your manhood or womanhood, then you should have no fear of socializing or befriending a person with different sexual preferences than you. The very fear is a confession that if you were to socialize with a homosexual or lesbian you’re afraid you might become a homosexual or a lesbian.

Politics › Re: Nigerian Leaders Are Lazy, Says Ribadu ! by Horus(m): 9:41pm On Aug 07, 2010
The success of government depends on the level of creativity, dynamism and coherence in Nigeria. The government is an innocent mirror of the collective consciousness of the nation. If Nigeria is not strong and integrated, no government policy, no matter how wise or how well conceived, will be able to generate progress and success. When collective consciousness is coherent and awake in Nigeria, the life of the nation grows to be in tune with Natural Law. Until now, this important element has been missing from the functioning of government in Nigeria, and, as a result, the government has continued to be beset by problems. This is why governments have continued to perform with lack of efficiency and effectiveness and have not succeeded in fulfilling their responsibilities to the nation.

Nigerians and Ghaneans should be united. The europeans have european union (which is the european community = common unity). The Indians and Chinese have unity amongst themselves , they also have a good economy , China is the new super power, forget America. We Africans are the only species that will side another species against their own.  You will not see a Chinese person side with a Hindu against another Chinese, neither will you see an Hindu side with a Chinese against another Hindu.  You will not see a Cat side with a dog against another cat, neither will you see a dog side with a cat against another dog.  You will not see a rat side with a cat against another rat, neither will you see a cat side with a rat against another cat. We African are the only species on the planet that will side with another species, be it Asian, European or Arab against their own. Nigerians and Ghaneans should be united.

chyz:
so what do you propose the Nigerian people do about these leaders?
Politicians and leaders guilty of economic crimes such as corruption or kleptocracy should be punished by receiving the death sentence. The Nigerian government should empower our courts and the anti-graft agencies by introducing death penalty in our laws as soon as possible to punish hardened criminals looting our resources.
Politics › Re: Nigeria’s Population May Hit 300m, Says UNIDO by Horus(m): 5:40pm On Aug 04, 2010
With the growing population in Nigeria, we need to breed doctors, lawyers, scientists, ingeniors, teachers, public speakers, congressmen. And, we must find a way to instill these alternatives into the minds of our youth. Even though it may take a little longer and they may have to study a little bit harder, the results will be long term success for Nigeria.
Politics › Re: Nigerian Government Patronising Nigerian Products by Horus(m): 9:07pm On Aug 03, 2010
The Nigerian Gouvernment is right to patronise Nigerian products. There are no Nigerian restaurants in Chinatown and there certainly is no Chinese Food restaurant in Chinatown owned and operated by a Nigerian family. If a Nigerian person tried, the business would be shut down, before it started. Why??, Economic Violence. Every group of people understands practices and strategically utilizes the concept of economic violence, except Nigerian people. In fact the economic violence that we, as Nigerian people, practice is economic violence against ourselves. Economic violence is the art and science of using the exchange of money for goods and/or services as an aspect of ethnic warfare, survival and prosperity. The Chinese will not support a Nigerian business over their own, because they are not interested in ethnic suicide. The Chinese are logical, as self preservation is the most basic of human instincts. So not only will a Chinese person not support a Nigerian business over a Chinese business, they take it one step further and plant their business in a Nigerian community and implement plans to take Nigerian people's money. This ideological posture is pure and scientific economic violence. Replace Chinese with any other ethnic group besides Nigerian, and the picture becomes clearer. The above is not a condemnation of Chinese, Korean, Arab or white businesses at all. It is a condemnation of Nigerian people who have forgotten The "Nigerian First". Every ethnic group has mastered this concept except Nigerian people. It is in my interest to come from a powerful people. Therefore, my interest is committing economic violence on behalf of Nigerian people. That means purchasing a Nigerian or African person's service or product "first" before I purchase any other race's service or product.
Politics › Re: Jonathan Calls For Prayers For Nation’s Progress by Horus(m): 12:04pm On Aug 02, 2010
Religion is Nigeria's greatest obstacle. Religion is for drop outs. People hold on to religion, like a crutch because they can't make it any other way. With religion you stop being responsible for your own actions and blame someone else like God when it's something you like and the Devil when it's something you don't like.
Foreign Affairs › Re: Rehabilitating The Self Image Of The Black-man by Horus(m): 11:43am On Aug 02, 2010
the African masses must rebel  against the lies and ignorance created by the European which keep the minds of African people imprisoned and their spiritual strength weak. To make it plainer, the only rebellion the African masses can win at this time is a mental revolution, which will put the African masses in mental power. Then they will have the power to do anything else that may be necessary for complete liberation and well being.

We should not allow ourself to be divided; Nigeria and Ghana can work together on this project. Anybody with the slightest penchant for business understands the value and importance of corporate merger and how this action redefines and repositions a corporation’s financial and behavioural pattern on the African market. And here is where a United African economy should be across the African continent to create the wealth of the continent.
