OP, it might even be ur boss tactics to get ur attention which he gat already. He might wear clean shirt from home and before coming into office, change to dirty one to get ur attention.

Some men can be very stubborn too. You don't know what goes on the da house if you are not there. I have a friend dat her hubby would wear 5 same shirts for months, though clean but my friend didn't like dat cuz the hubby gat plenty other ones but chose to be wearing only those 5. What my friend now did was, once the 5 is worn for dat week, she won't wash it nd even if she does, she won't iron it so the hubby had no option but to wear other ones.

My hubby is very domesticated dat he helps in the house, even.goes to the market while I do da.cooking. It became rampant that he runs into one babe dat had an eye on him but dating hubby's friend nd she would always tell my hubby that he's now my.maid and my hubby would always respond dat its not a problem if he's doing maid work.for his wife.

My point is, mind ur own business really cuz u can never tell

Hmmm, Na wah ooo. I know that Fabian man. What I got from the article is dat its mostly done by women who resides in EUROPE but not directly from Nigeria.

CANADIAN immigration changes all da time Esp with this new immigration minister nd am sure that very soon they will do.what Ireland and UK did and US Will follow.

Plus ppl.leave their tummy to be so big before entering so they can do emergency c section cuz they can't be denied.

Rexwood, in addition to what Congo said,u have to apply in person( take the passport application to passport canada) if u want it within 24 hrs
TravelRe: Giving Birth In Canada by Hotstepper(f): 6:22pm On Aug 09, 2013
The Congo, r u based in Canada?
TravelRe: Giving Birth In Canada by Hotstepper(f): 5:36pm On Aug 09, 2013
Hotstepper: @Rexwood, between 7 to 14 days, u will get the passport. However, if both parents won't be available at that time, Passport Canada would send a message with da child's file no to Canadian embassy either in ABj, ph or lagos (anyone datz closer to u) to go there nd sign nd it will den be faxed to the passport office in CANADA u sent ur application before the passport will be processed cuz they need both parents signature.

Cost of birth will differ from hospital to hospital and Dr to Dr cuz its the gynecologist that u saw throughout pregnancy that will deliver u nd depending on where u reside is where u will give birth. If u r in Mississauga nd hospital is full den they will tell u ahead of time dat it will be in Brampton which is close to Mississauga

Oh k. 4 months earlier is not bad especially if you have somewhere to stay. Then maybe you should go to the US but have in mind to leave earlier unless u will back date Hehehehe
TravelRe: Giving Birth In Canada by Hotstepper(f): 5:00pm On Jul 08, 2013
Cool down people. I was going to post, just making sure ppl still come here lol.

As I earlier mentioned, the baby will be a citizen immediately with health card and social insurance card given immediately. My nurse friends I consulted, advised to be in the country early enough, atleast before tummy starts showing well to avoid not allowing to fly to entry into the country.

In terms of delivery, they said it shouldnt cost more than 6 thousand dollars but to hold 10 thousand dollars as each doctor visit, one will pay.

In terms of hospital, u will be assigned to a hospital in your area where you stay. For Canada, once you land, you look for any walk in clinic in your area and register with a family doctor. It's now the family doctor that will find you a gynecologist and you deliver your baby in the hospital where your gynecologist work. That's it and I hope the information helps.

Good luck, safe journey and safe delivery, amen

TravelRe: Giving Birth In Canada by Hotstepper(f):

@Rexwoood, no problem. I can get my health care workers to find out for u but they are in Toronto, is that Ok? Wen r u planning to have the baby or ur wife as the case may be?
TravelRe: Giving Birth In Canada by Hotstepper(f): 8:41pm On Jul 04, 2013
Honey86, who told u Canada doesn't give automatic citizenship? Nd who told you Mr man that people from Canada goes to US to give birth? Datz pure lie, rather its US people that goes to CANADA cuz Canadian passport is danger free. @OP, giving birth in Canada is not dat expensive, budget 10k dollars or less. Passport takes nothing less than 14 workings days, so they say but u get it faster and birth certificates takes 3 weeks. From da hospital, the baby will be given temporary health card nd the permanent one will be sent to the Addy u will provide nd social insurance no as well.

Apart from the list from the hospital, bib, clothes, flask, body suits, overall, feeding bottles, blanket, shoes, bed, etc. Better still, Google baby essentials

FamilyRe: Shhhhhh...i Am Pregnant by Hotstepper(f): 9:20am On Jun 14, 2013
Everyone to their own. During mine, only both immediate families were aware and I stayed away from photos although even at 8 months u would hardly know I was preggy. Others got to know wen they received a call or text that we have addition in the family. I also stayed away going to public place until after baptism and dedication of my son.
