@canuck, u r funny but I dont blame u jare cuz this online thingy get K-leg |
you guys should start by typing in google "Canadian universities" then start looking at the school websites to see their graduate international school fees, One thing for such is that the province of Ontario is the most expensive to study in, good luck |
@canuck, Downtown ehhh, around where? |
They did not do anything special, all the Canadian Immigration needs from both of you is well explained on the application, so take time and read it well before filling out and print/request as many copies as u can, do a rough one b4 transferring to a good one. Good Luck |
@talachino, hope you are good Sorry I must have missed your question |
@Cavad4real, when you took the exam, I presume you viewed your result online so print out what you see once you log on with the scratch card, once the page pops up, click on print and the result is on paper, just like printing any other documents either from internet or microsoft |
@thelion1, you can get a visiting visa and visit her hmmm, as for getting your PR, u guys need to do court marriage and then she will file for u, she can get the application online and print it out or request for hard copy to be sent to u guys, I have 2 friends who did this and within a year and half, their spouses joined them in Canada, Make sure you read the document properly, gather all the things they want etc, is the girl white Canadian? |
@Liss, the time you will be doing away with, can actually be the time you will be waiting while doing other things until it comes true. From my knowledge, the Experience Class is not just for international Students but also for people outside who have the skill in those high demand sectors, read it again Plus, if you are hoping on coming to Canada 1st as a student, wat's the possibility of getting there? I am not discouraging you but its good to work with your current situation, apply and wait |
oh kool, if its listed there, plz apply fast fast ooo as people in that field get their paper processed fasted, in fact within a year I advise you apply, how much is it to apply sef? |
I dont think it takes forever, situations defer and u can apply now and just wait, u can never tell what will happen Are you studying in the UK? under the Experienced Class, is HR among their listed high demand fields? |
hehhee, that's true, I now remember who the person is If you are still in Nigeria, look closely to the PR one then What's your career path if you are working now or what you studies? |
@Liss, I thought u said u will soon finish your 8 months program in BC or abi am mistaken here, |
@Liss, try and work for at least a year here and apply under "Experienced Class" which is designed specifically for International Students who studies in Canada and people outside with specific skills, well, keep reading all the options and see the best one, You will make it |
you have been working for 3 yrs now in Canada? |
@canuck, good one, u can join us oo since u r in TDOT, lol @Liss, make sure you work atleast a year b4 u apply, be optimistic about it I think Canada immigration is the best among US and UK self, wen u come, we yarn about it ok |
kool |
:p |
I think every1 should know the secret of Apple now starting with new 4eva new i pod upgrades and the iphone, now it is ipad, probably by summer now, a new version of 1pad will emerge, even with blackberry, I have learnt that one should not buy all them electronics once its out cux within 2 months, a new version is sure to come out |
wow, I see her as being materialistic which will continue even when you guys get married, Open your eyes |
@igbonla, oh, is that what u meant? nop probs, lemme know |
@igbonla , how do you mean? @all , any update yet? |
instead of asking us here, why dont u and ur friend go and ask the doctor the reasons. If he doesnt trust the doc. then he should do it and lets see what happens |
@igbonla, oh wow, right at my back/beside me , lol I'm at Jane and Rutherford |
It is good that this question is asked. This is what many Nigerians go through. After 1st degree and serving, the person runs and goes abroad (especially the UK cuz its faster as it's one year), gets Master's degree and run back to Nigeria thinking that he/she will be offered that 6 figure salary. I always advice people to look for volunteer work while at school as it shows commitment plus its the only valuable way to gain experience. |
@igbonla, oh wow, hope u dont mind me asking, where exactly cuz I stay in Vaughan 2 |
@Liss, thats for watching out for me, really appreciate it Well, peeps that studied abroad get to choose where they want to serve. As much as people will see it as a plus, I dont cuz I do not think there should be special treatment and divison, instead NYSC should be mindful of states they post people which I think they are beginning to do now with the whole Jos crisis. In fact, 2 yrs earlier, I said I was going to serve in the same Jos.lol I know I dont want to be in Abuja or Lagos but certainly a safe state I have not been to before. To prepare myself, I visit every year and all @igbonla, hmmm, what city in particular does your family stay? Vaughan, Woodbridge, Thronhill, Richmondhill? |
@tunnytox and Liss, thanks for your reply I will do everything in regards to youth service and not the k-leg cuz I believe that's being corrupt and Nigerians always think that its when you steal money or a politician, u den become corrupt. Liss, I did Int. development Studies and its only the execs. that stay here and peeps like me sent to any developing country I have plan B but I am optimistic that things will work out ![]() @dancewith, wen was the last time u went to Brampton? you will be suprised to see Brampton of 2day ![]() |
@Liss, I will be done skool next month and want to go and do my youth service and continue my life there B/w, I'm a Development Studies student so my field is not in da developed nations, get? |
@ Liss, yes permanently and is there anything I should be concerned about? |
@tunnytox, thats good, at least you can use that 3 weeks to apply for your SIM card, health card and all them imp. documents. Sure let me know |
visit http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/index.asp to find out an in depth requirement for that, anything you need to know about migrating to Canada or coming to Canada can be seen there On a general note, you need education, skills,etc, look at that link to see |
@skfa1, yes, its even no 1 as far as I know and you will be looking at the province of Alberta (cities like Edmonton and Calgary etc) |
