plus, you r allowed to work on campus but can work outside campus after you must have completed 2 semesters

B/w, try going to OHIO, INDIANA, CHICAGO, BOSTON, MD, VA, DC, NY, NJ and environs and it da same weather as most of Canadian States and even a city like Vancouver does not even experience winter really cuz its mostly rain in Vancouver, in fact in dat BC area
