What of skipping with high knees, tried it and couldn't keep up... Howdy? I have done that more than enough modath, in fact there is no way my skip rope workout is complete without, high knees, butt kicks and jump jacks, if you check your hrm after a minute your heart is racing. I tell you it's good for the body. I hope we can keep the momentum just as you advised, keeping up with almost 2 forums on different sites and a blog can be a little handful for me sha. I am walking for 35 minutes tonight, that is the next on my video order. Catcha |

@agaba123, nice to have you back. I also started something new after 3 weeks of inactivity o.  I compiled all my downloaded videos on a spreadsheet almost 400 and arranged them in alphabetical order and I am starting from the first one, let's see how long I can keep up with this. The challenge is at least 30 minutes daily with just a day of rest. I am having some progress on my scale these days, watching the food is the major secret.  |

adhel90: hi everyone. im new to the thread. i am 75kg and 173metres tall ...my goal is to loose 15kg before end of august.. ive stopped intake of carbs to this effect but barely have much time for serious exercise...the highest i can get is 20 minutes cos of my busy schedule from mon to sunday..shout out to everyone. You are welcome adhel90, you don't need to stop anything, just try to reduce your portions first and you will see wonders. Exercising for 20 minutes a day is worth it, start simple then grow harder and you are better than someone on the couch. I hope you get your mind to doing this. |

Where is my lolo? Hourglass3 Bianu nne oo. Inugo  I had been in a walk/jog challenge and because I have some obstacles like no time to get to the gym and DH will not allow outdoors. I jog on the spot (after lots of research) and trust me it works considering my HRM and what my steps tracker tells me too. It shouldn't be far better if I was actually moving. I am on day 8 of my challenge. I had a yeye fever like 2 days now, I don't know whether am missing agaba ni  abi na DOMS. I am feeling better today sha with a bland tongue. I will be getting my on-the-spot walk/jog in tonight, wish me luck. |

HourGlass3: Hi folks, I have a January program on ground too. My blog says more (check my signature), I will love to be part of that Monday weigh ins. Monday was TOM and so the scale was on the high side of 172lbs = 78kg. I was at 169.6lbs first day of the year. Maintained this week at 78kg (the scale is messing up, saw a Lo before it brought 78kg up, so I change the battery and weigh again tomorrow) Nice active and healthy week ahead. |
