I read on this forum some time ago that you were engaged. I'm not sure if I saw it on your profile or I read it on a thread, and I'm not completely sure it was you. But if it was, then you're probably married now.

Like I said, ranting won't do much. If you have any practical suggestion, you can state it to the mods. As much as I also want them to tone down on the toxic comments, they will always say what's on their minds however they want.

I'd advise the 16-18 year olds to leave the platform if they can't cope, or restrict their access to sections that can educate them. This forum was not built for kids, I believe access to it is not restricted to a particular age group. It's strictly by choice, them nor dey force anybody join.

So don't bother yourself much about the opinions of others. If you have a strong reasonable basis for what you believe, then contrary opinions shouldn't drive you crazy.

@Shortyyy, this is social media, and a Nigerian social media platform precisely. People will always be free to express their opinions and “catch cruise” on a subject matter.

It was a mixed relay comprising of 2 males and 2 females. So we chose a female athlete for our last leg while other team used male as their last leg. That was why the last leg performance of the relay was awful.

Oh! Terrible decision by the coach. No wonder they all went past her with ease.

Growing up as a child in Naija, whenever sports was mentioned on TV (NTA in particular) it was always about football and nothing else.

For a long time I assumed the only sports we knew in Naija was football. Imagine my surprise when I started to hear of Naija playing other sports like basketball etc.

Someone I know said he was even traveling to Tokyo for the Olympics with the Nigerian badminton team. I was shocked to hear we even had a badminton team playing @ big games like the Olympics.

You've said so much, but ended up not saying anything regarding the task given.

No one is ruling out the possible root causes of the accident, which include bad roads, reckless driving, etc, but this thread is about PCMs who died trying to answer a call which was imposed by a higher authority.

Why would they even consider deploying them to a state dominated by terrorists in the first place? This takes us back to the initial task, and I still await a response to that effect.
