Lol why would people trust a prophet whose prophecy didn't come to pass in the first place? People are so desperate that they don't mind contradicting themselves just to prove a point.

That's the point I'm making. You don't measure performance strictly based on the number of persons that attend your local church. Your spiritual impact GENERALLY in the lives of people is what counts because ultimately, God is the employer, and we are His employees.

You don't know the seeds that the said pastor has sown in the lives of others, even though they don't fellowship with Him. These are the things that God looks at, amongst so many others.

He was employed by the Church. Ofcourse when you hear them at the interview, they will claim they have the call of God, it's obvious here that this Pastor has no call from God

If he was employed by the church, then it insinuates that it was sanctioned by God. God is not “denominational” , so He's not primarily concerned with the number of people who attend a particular church denomination. What He cares about is how you tend the flock available to you. It is not narrowed to a particular denomination, you can have a flock outside the corners of a building.

The work of God is multidimensional.

Life doesn't have a one-size-fits-all rule. You can invite 20 people today and 1 person or more will respond accordingly. Tomorrow, you can invite 50 and nobody will respond.

Active evangelism is encouraged but why not focus on building the ones you already have in your care first before “fishing” for others? Jesus Himself had a multitude in the beginning but at the end, the number was narrowed down 12, and one of them wasn't even genuinely saved.

Look at your twisted rationality, a Church hired a Pastor and he should evangelize for convert to go to other churches when he's heading a church where these converts can be discipled.
Well the simple question that his employer asked him is to show his fruits, he couldn't and he was rightly fired.

In winners, the main duty of resident pastor is church growth i.e in numbers of people...

the fact is...no pastor can force people to give...Increase in number of people doesn’t necessarily translate to increase in money...

For example...if number of women( mothers are on the increase in a particular month. Automatically that’s double or triple because mothers will come with kids... but that won’t mean increase in offering or tithe...as children don’t give...

A pastor can’t drag rich people to church or force them to give so really he has no control over increase in money....

Am not surprised where we are today as a nation when we could not hold people accountable for the assignments that they were given.
The attitude of the Pastor is the more reason he failed, an entitlement mentality and he was rightly sacked.

You win souls to GOD, not to YOUR LOCAL CHURCH. Evangelism is not an exercise to bring people to your local church, it is the act of reaching out to people with the gospel of Christ so that they can be saved. They don't need to attend your local church to grow, there are other churches where they can do that.

Hello phone and data experts!

Please I need ideas on and possible solutions to some data problems I've been facing for some time now. Whenever I subscribe to a data plan, I noticed that the data charges are really high and it doesn't take long before it gets exhausted. All these happen without me having to download large files, I don't even browse with the data very often.

I have restricted all apps from running in the background, including the ones that don't require data usage lol, but the alteration made no difference. I also thought the problem came from the service provider I subscribed to, which is MTN. So I tried other providers, but the same thing occurred.

I need ideas as this is starting to frustrate me, making me spend more than I should. For those using Samsung C9 pro, please let me know if you've experienced something like this and found a solution.

This is because each class comes with different levels of complexity in each subject. So based on your approach, he'll repeat primary 2 thirty times. Primary 3 forty-five times, and the progression continues hahaha! So analyze that, it means he'll die even before he finishes primary school.
