FYI That's the same way this ECO sees our applications now...Who cares if your company was active on the CAC registry in the past?!

My mum has about N6m in her bank account which is the monthly allowance we all send to her, she doesn’t really use it like that cus she lives in my brother’s house & he takes care of all her monthly expense. So can we reapply & make her the sponsor of her trip?
If we still have to use my brother as the sponsor, can we just use his personal account in Nigeria where he received salary from his company? Then we can mention that he is a student & relies on the salary from his Naija company to survive in UK.
I am just looking for a way to make the visa work without circumventing the procedures.
Pls I need suggestions.

Only you wan create telegram page, only wan space for documents discwon't.
Each application is access on individual account. Some provide 10 accounts, some no accounts. At the end, an ECO would access things as he/she wants and thick boxes that is to be thicked for a yes/no decision

BTW there is a thread for spousal visa application, and other such groups you mentioned for telegram exist already.
Even if you create app for these things, as nobody be ECO here, some applicants who still chop refusal, some wont.

How will one address issue like this, when you are told you have got no right to appeall. In my own case, after i got the 1st refusal, i didn't apply again until after one year. I supported my application
with the necessary documents relating to my investment, at least to clear their doubts, yet i still got denied. To say that my husband is a citizen is another point for concern.

I have always suggested for persons who got refused not to apply immediately. i do not know why there is always a desperation or urgency.

If you are refused a visa, just take your time and address the issues , even when we all know some decisions are baseless , address it!

As for recent refusals, trust me, there are more refusals unsaid than the true applications, this Uk eco's; we commit them to God's hands in 2023.

I was informed within 12 weeks but the updated website is now saying 24weeks
All dependent visa now is standard...no priority or superpriority
I received a message from dmc since 15th November that they have received the application and the file is being prepared for processing
