misterkelly:You can use the app, having in mind issues bothering networks. Ensure you carefully enter your details correctly. Betterstill, You visit their Victoria Island or Airport office to get it done . Simple. |
Dany766:Merry Christmas Dany and the wonderful persons here. You get follow up mails in the new week. Hold. |

eberem:Always a Pleasure. Ok. Stay safe |
eberem:Good. I read thus, "Thank you so much for your input. I did renewal of my passport, which was issued late. The visiting visa was only to enable me join him for Christmas holidays. My next application will be spousal settlement visa". Now, in my honest opinion, do not reapply for a tourist visa. Since your husband is British, just get with the application direct. The reason why I said I wanted to review your documents was for a number of reasons. Moving forward, visa applications are well planned, that was why I spoke about categories related. The spousal settlement route would be the most preferable option for you to travel/relocate to the United Kingdom at this point. There is no need to rush, first things first, and above documents submitted are fine, you have the option of a Plan B. Do let us know soon as you want to start the new application, so we can guide. And Please, when writing letters to correspondence, make them very simple but detailing. We will talk more about that on your next application. Goodmorning. |
Individuals traveling on Solo trips, can submit one bank statement since it is having inflows and can be proven in line with Uk's Policy On Money Laundering and Related. All these things we say here, sometimes , it is not viewed like that in other cases. I know someone who applied for Uk for the first time and got the visa. He used his company documents and personal account statement only. He did not add company bank statements. You see visa applications is not like regular exam. You must be properly guided on the document you are submitting, because one can contradict the other. And i do not see any reason for submitting 3 or more bank statement for a solo trip for 7 days or more. Entry Clearance Officers are not fascinated by bank statement, they operate with equality and reject visas for those with big bucks as closing balance. Lets be guided. |
leef2022:nobody be ECO here, some applicants who still chop refusal, some wont. True , spaces , i meant was to do more enlightenment here. Occasionally, we talk about visa categories and exchange refreshing ideas. Not create spaces for fresh handles. Your response , is however , noted. How do we discuss these issues elaborately These things need be discussed along other issues to be raised. Always read carefully. |
eberem:eberem, having perused through your comments, please find my recommendations below; 1. Your business status or as the case maybe , company must be active on search.cac.gov.ng; how do you go about that, see a lawyer or an accredited agent. 2.You were not denied based on your documents, there is something that makes it feel like a japa strategy. 3.Your application should carry less but relevant documents, this is from experience - Please list all the documents here for review. 4. Before applying for visas, understanding the category matters, and how you are convincing enough, do not forget once denied, your second chance is based on individual merit. 5. You can apply again for Tourist Visa, but do not rush. - Maybe after the festive season, You can re apply. I do not encourage people to re apply immediately. This may seem like a desperation on the side of the entry clearance officer and even if you re apply months after, without addressing other things , refusal may re occur. I will tell you the other five recommedations, when you show us the list of the submitted documents. If possible attach both refusals here. You can cover your details. I will wait. |
Goodevening. I think we need to create spaces for people to understand visa categories, and what best suit their applications. I also think bogus documentation and eventual submission affects visa success. How do we discuss these issues elaborately, because i see some people say they used three bank statements for one application. These things need be discussed along other issues to be raised. |
eberem:I will make reference to your comment before evening. I have carefully read your decision. Please look out for it. Take care |
On here, I have always suggested for persons who got refused not to apply immediately. i do not know why there is always a desperation or urgency. If you are refused a visa, just take your time and address the issues , even when we all know some decisions are baseless , address it! As for recent refusals, trust me, there are more refusals unsaid than the true applications, this Uk eco's; we commit them to God's hands in 2023. |
Reason for refusal |
Just to avoid repeated responses and feedbacks, You are advised to await processing times as detailed on DMC confirmation. Other related request will be treated by other contributors as urgent. Please be guided. |
Geetaybeks:Proceed to VAC and get others sorted there. All the best. |

House, Few days left till the holidays. Compliment of the season. |
Several times I have advised travelers not to pay attention to government news on aviation especially if it is coming from Nigeria. The level of response is not corresponding. Get your vaccine cards Covid and Yellow cards. Get all requisite documents because it is not the same story when you board that plane arriving or at the counter. My piece of advise again, before someone will say you do not need this or that. Get your all your documents o. Goodevening Everyone. |
jeffmatt4u:Fix it up your own way. |
I advise you ask her to come. |
taif:I am of the opinion that perfect applications do not guarantee visa stamps or approvals. I am also of the opinion that alot of these embassies have a quota for tourist visas - they work with it. Truth be told, alot of them understand the desperacy amongst Africans to travel out(in search of greener pastures) so people do really find various vices. They understand the application process, they are psychologist. Someone once asked here, if it was possible to 'japa' with a tourist visa - Imagine. It is not the same psyche. Eco-s are overwhelemed too. You need to be in the system to know how these things work. Alot of things coming to play. Let me play you a scene, i read alot here, and i see feedbacks. Few weeks ago, a particular lady who has been to the Uk 4 times or more, got a refusal. someone who goes and come back - not a case of japa. Tell me - Do you want to say the applicant is a novice or the application was not perfect? Just be thankful if you get your approval, it is not by the perfection, the applicant was just favored. As for student visa, You and I know alot about how that one is done ![]() Let us not go into details in public here. |
Oraolu:Decided is not an approval. It is just a feedback on your application. |
DannyBillgate:Lets be guided. |
I really want to drop this here. It is a personal opinion, and not expected to amount to any disparity or divisions. You are free to drop a comment, however. The spate at which UKVI has been refusing tourist visas is becoming very digusting. More suprising, is the common trend of denying visas for same reason. In my honest thought, i feel people should just slow down on this Uk for some time. If you consider the amount of resources that goes into this process, at the end, refusal will be the outcome, applicants will see some validity in my opinion. If there is too much work load, and ecos do not have time to properly go through documents, before refusing visas, i think people need to begin to shine their eyes. OR maybe they have streamlined the visa quota for Majorly student visas, because i really can not imagine this. I wish everyone the very best in their applications, but this is just my personal observation, and should not deter you from trying your luck. Because, it is what it is now, it is a game of luck. Even the best applications do not get approved, na God dey run everybody work now. |
Jocabasa:Very valid point. |
