It was supposed to be implemented on the 16th of January, but was pushed back due to a delayed parliamentary debate. New date of implementation is Feb 6
Probably won't be able to meet the deadline then

Thanks!

You see how some of you are.

I came here and posted something soliciting for advice especially from those in UK.

Somebody went and removed my post.

You probably hit the report button for it to be removed.

Yet you are here looking for help and advice too.

I won't say anything but just know that the way you removed my post is the way what u are looking for in life will be removed.
Entitlement.. you come dey curse ontop. This one too will be removed in a bit

Hello house,

How do we get exemption?
For those that have gotten full exemption during their study, kindly share your experience how you navigated it. Thanks
They did the same to me. Sending emails and calling with my phone but they just were doing nonsense

I went to their office and used their line to call them and it was sorted. It was close to me anyways

She has reached an agreement with her employer on when to resume (peaceably if I may add). Employer even agreed to assign her shifts when her husband is home and off work because of the child (no crazy childcare costs).

Thank you everyone for your input.

Have you seen anyone who have tried it and got rejected?
Your partner
Your partner needs to have been a dependant on your Student visa or Tier 4 (General) student visa to apply. You’ll also need to show that they’re still your partner.

You must be able to prove that either:

you’re in a civil partnership or marriage that’s recognised in the UK
you’ve been living together in a relationship for at least 2 years when you apply

https://www.gov.uk/graduate-visa/your-partner-and-children#:~:text=If%20your%20partner%20and%20children,visa%2C%20they%20can%20also%20apply.

To access the current live games , click “ Live” tab and you should see all available matches including the AFCON games .

The government has indicated that it will work with selected universities such as the Russell Group to devise policies that will enable them attract the brightest and best international students, but for most their gravy train has slowed down/ended, and they will just have to adjust - the same way many companies are struggling in the current high interest/mini recession macro environment and are having to make adjustments, cut backs etc
I will like to see the outcome of these cutbacks because as it stands, the way schools even squeeze the necks of students for their fees these days ehn

Hehe... still early days. Would be one to watch and see where we get equilibrium. Couple of things to note is that the policy is only just coming into play and Russell group universities are already being affected also the drop in numbers already exceeds projections.

Just like Brexit and Care, there are always aftereffects. The good part is that a modest rise in local fees would offset this for the meantime. I wonder if the government/locals pick up the bill of this decision or pass it on.
So, you really think locals who take loans just to pay £9500 will now pay £15k/ year? or Nursing fees of like £20K/ year x3 ?

grin

Asides that, they would have to provide alternative means of generating income for areas in the UK bolstered by the student population. I have always wondered what places like Sheffield, Middlesbrough, Leicester Bradford, Stoke on Trent etc would look like without the student population.

Even with the student population, they are still very dead, dry places
