Good morning family! Please, let a good person with a large heart help me to uk.
I graduated with 2:1 in Business Administration from Uniben. I don't have the link nor the fund to travel out now. But the future is bright. I have a wife and a daughter.
Let God use you for me. God Bless You!
My heart rejoice.

Hi, thank you!

I filed my application concurrently (I-140 and I-485) in the 2nd week of July 2022. Like I previously stated, I-140 was approved in December 2022, and I-485 just recently approved. So I’ll say roughly a year and half for the whole process.

Prior to the retrogression of the priority date, I know of candidates whose whole process took 6months to less than 1year, I’ve also seen those with the whole process being close to or greater than 2 years (due to several factors).

In more recent times, with priority dates not being current for any country, the whole process is taking longer and future projection suggests even longer wait times ahead.🤷🏽‍♀️
Thank you!

Please I have a question to ask.

I don't want to go into details so my partner doesn't trace this to me.

My partner came to UK before me, though still on student visa. I joined her with my 3 children one months ago.

I have noticed some red flags which never happened while we where in Nigeria and I was footing the bills alone.

Each red flag, I pretend nothing happened because I don't want to be thrown out like the man I read about on social media.

My visa is dependent on hers and we are still on student visa.

My question, in the event that we get papers to stay permanently in UK and one day she decides to send me packing or I decide move out, will I be asked to return to Nigeria because she is the main applicant?

Please I need urgent answers. I may not play the fool for long. We are very certain of getting papers next year.
Where you wan see papers from within 1 year?

What red flags did you notice?

. No sir. You can have two sponsorship at same time. If you need more than 20hrs or you are working in a different job code
So, can you get COS for 40 hrs from two jobs?

Job A - 40 hrs
Job B - 40 hrs

I think thats what he was asking about

I went through the link you posted and it states you can have 2 COS meaning you can work for 2 employers as long as they can both sponsor you. Hope I'm correct?
No Sir/Ma

You can work for the company that sponsored the COS and then another one part time. You cant have 2 COS at the same time LOL

You can switch to another one though

Merry Christmas house.
Please I have a very important clarification to make; a close friend was issued COS but the company doesn't have shift for him but he got shift offer from another firm in the same profession line,
i. can he do the 40hrs/week from the other firm.
ii. If i. Above is yes, hope this won't affect him with HO.
He is confused and I don't know either, hence this question , your advice will be highly appreciated.
He can only do 20 in the other place. If they offer sponsorship, he can switch

https://www.gov.uk/skilled-worker-visa/second-job#:~:text=If%20you%20work%20overtime%20in,you're%20being%20sponsored%20for.

If you work overtime in the job you’re being sponsored for, you do not need to update your visa.

There’s no limit to how many hours of overtime you can do.

You can also work up to 20 hours a week in another job or for your own business, as long as you’re still doing the job you’re being sponsored for.

Your work must be either:

in the same occupation code and at the same level as the job you’re being sponsored for
in a shortage occupation

The UK is still one of the countries with the most liberal & easy-to-get skilled work visas.

Although I do have my own qualms with the idea of paying visa holders less than the ‘going rate’, but as an immigrant, I think that is very liberal and very much like ‘lowering the bar’ for immigrants.
OK oooo

If you know anybody that wants to come to Teeside uni and they have told to pay £2500 as deposit, just tell the person to abort mission.. it’s a trap..
Big trap

After paying £2500 as deposit the person has only 3 installments to pay the balance £17,500 in space of 4 months of coming.

Please 🙏🏾 RUN🙏🏾

Don’t be deceived.

You’ll pay the remaining in 3 installment- Oct/Nov/Jan.

If you’re ever blocked - you’ll be asked to pay everything in full by the next installment or be withdrawn.

Please RUN!!!!!!!
VERY VERY VERY IMPORTANT

If not, you will cry blood.

Jobs are VERY VERY SCARCE in Middlesbrough

Be wise!

This is the exact reason justwise keeps hammering on the POF provided, during the application process........
Over 100 students I heard have already been booted out (many more might be affected)......

This universities are not likely to offer any refunds, money is not easy to come by, hence no point wasting it and dashing hopes........ UK universities might start implementing higher percentage of fees it's now 50%, they might move it to 75%...........
They offered him some refund, but not everything.

They will likely implement the high percentage thing or ask students to pay everything upfront. There is a special column dedicated to Graduate route review

Interesting times ahead

He made a sensible, albeit very tough, decision to return because he retains a clean immigration history and will have options to return to the UK or another country.

I have heard cases of students refusing to comply with the Home Office's instructions to leave, and becoming overstayers. I'm not sure that they understand how difficult and expensive it is to regularise status from within the UK once leave to remain has elapsed/ been withdrawn
Mehn, the thing was like a movie. He left I think two days to the day they gave him

I believe he will try to come back again to the same school, I think they gave him that option or something

Its sad given the wasted time hustling, attending classes etc
