Hey people, if anyone is interested in getting some items from Nigeria delivered in 2 weeks time, feel free to let me know. My friend is coming and has two 23kg free luggage boxes (not bringing much because she wants to do bulk shopping). If you need anything (must be bought by her in supermarket, stores etc.. , she will not be accepting pre-packed items from your family or friends) just send the list and you will only need to make payment when your goods are delivered to you in UK ( serious and genuine people only should reply, no time wasters or fraud thanks).
Can she deliver jedi?

Thank you for refining my earlier statements. I believe you've accurately summarized our conversation regarding discipline and cultural values in Nigeria. The situation here is distinct. Despite the presence of Generations Z, A, and millennials, who introduce diverse behaviors, comparing the lack of respect among youth in the UK to that in Nigeria isn't something to be debating on. Even though there might be many disrespect among the younger generation, the contrast remains stark. In the UK, it's not uncommon to encounter incidents like teenage smoking on trains, talking back to parents. In Nigeria, however, such behavior still largely occurs discreetly due to our society's prevailing disapproval of it

Hello guys!
What are people's opinions on creating a separate thread dedicated to discussing money management and money-saving opportunities specifically for individuals in the UK ? This thread would cover topics such as bank switch offers, cashback offers, credit card offers such as AMEX sign-up referrals, money remittance platforms, investment opportunities and platforms like free-trade referrals, eToro, LISA etc, . Given the challenging times we're facing, it would be immensely helpful to support one another by sharing information on cost-cutting measures and ways to earn some extra income effortlessly. While this thread is fantastic, it can be time-consuming to sift through all the information, especially when you only need specific details such as the ones highlighted above. @justwise, @semmyk,@rinzylee,@husla @lexusgs430
All for it

I don't think discipline has anything to do with beating/flogging a child, we have that in Nigeria yet the rate of cultism particularly in low income neighborhoods is staggering. Can you say teenages are better behaved in Nigeria compared to the UK due to the training they recieved?

Nigerians need to unlearn the habit that beating a child equals disciplining the child.
Continue to play

E say unlearn

...and yes, teenagers are better behaved in Nigeria compared to here unless you want to lie to yourself

Just like in Nigeria but in the UK, having a link is the fastest way to get a job. Seen it several times in places I have worked. Some companies even encourage it, to reduce recruitment cost.
You don't seem to understand what a "link" is

It's different from "referral"

STOP wasting your money on US visa.

Those VO at the embassy know what they are doing, just opening business center on your heads.

At the end of your struggle for one year... A psycho VO will just deny everybody for useless reasons.

2 out of 100 persons get approval.

Be wise Nigerians.

Visa fee is now 157k on a 50/50 chance, less than 2 mins interview.

A friend with fully funded phD was wonderfully denied in Lagos embassy. He is married and has job in Nigeria yet was denied like a fo.ol

Another MSc lady with a First Class and full funding was denied in Abuja.

Thank to yahoo boys for doing shege to the Americans as well, yes it's a dog-eat dog- world.
