The thought of the afterlife is quite scary though, seeing that no one really knows..

Hmm.. for me I think it shouldn’t be scary...but the thought of the afterlife might feels scary to you cuz of your belief here on this planet earth… before you emerged into this planet, your soul couldn’t have been scared in whatever form it could have been in other realm… you soul adopted fear in this realm.

I believe planet earth to be a realm of physical reality with endless possibilities.

Where you refer to as the afterlife definitely would be another realm (Not necessarily a physical one.) .

Let me tell you about us...

We're all gods... but being a god and living eternally gets boring, so we created the physical plane...were life is finite, and we're mortal. We can feel (good and bad emotions), fall in love, cherish life, because we have limited time... So, before we go into the physical plane as a baby, we wipe out our memory, so we can totally enjoy being mortals. There is a glitch in the system we created sometimes, which makes us experience dejavu, because as gods, in our original state, we are omniscient, we know everything (even things that are yet to happen, or currently happening).

So, when we die, we don't really die, the virtual reality game we created ends, and we go back to the spiritual plane, where we existed before, in our godlike form... and laugh and joke about experience in the physical plane.

With this your response bruh I’m more convinced and very happy that we are having more developed brains in this part of the world.

For me I think the evidence of God the Creator is evident in us and our immediate environment... the book of the Bible to me is more like a history book � of our colonial masters, it has little or no history concerning the black race.
And because these history books is man made, it it prone to errors, exaggeration, superstition and many complications.

You've made the right decision. The good news is that any intelligent person would finally free themselves from religion. It's not easy but any intelligent person would figure it out sooner or later.

Anybody that lived and died with religion is a fool. In fact, I was thinking the other day whether religion was deliberately designed as a way to detect people who can think and those who can't.

However, believing in God is not the same as being religious. So, you may still believe in God but not the God of religion. Religious people actually don't understand what God is.

God is not something to be believed. God is something to be understood and become. That can only be done by spirituality not religion.

I don't believe in God too. The bible is unreliable and is like all other folktales around the world, be it the Romans, The Chinese etc the stories in the bible are similar to stories of other cultures that are even older than the bible stories.
I believe that for the fact that parts of the bible were removed, the parts that arouse curiosity, doubt and that will make alot of people to question the authenticity of the book raises alot of questions. Science has made us understand that the story of creation in the Bible is not true. Years ago people only believed that there is only heaven and earth, now we know that earth is just a tiny piece of the universe.
Years ago I used to doubt and question about alot of things I heard in churches about god. I used to believe that they were too good to be true. Then, u hear a church person tell; don't worship god with ur senses, don't question God, he is this and that, it's a sin to think , if God tells u something u do it etc it's very appalling to see people being brainwashed by a God u don't have any evidence that he exists safe from a piece of book and the orientation u have had since childhood which I acknowledge, it is very difficult for many people to change that mentality, no one wants to be seen as weird or Satanic. I encourage you my brother not to slide on ur believe but continue to pursue the truth, if there is God at the end of the tunnel, no problem. I will personally like to know the stupid and insensible god. Like if you don't believe god

For me, the truth is, many of us ( our brains �) on this planet earth is somewhat incapable of understanding the real concept of God the Creator.

Elon Musk believes his brain-interface company Neuralink will be able to begin planting microchips in humans from next year.

Musk, who serves as the co-founder of Neuralink, gave an update on the chip earlier in the week during The Wall Street Journal’s CEO Council Summit.

He said he is “increasingly confident” the company will be able to begin testing the brain chips in humans in 2022. However, he also said he doesn’t want to “raise hopes unreasonably”.

The Neuralink chips have so far been tested on monkeys to record and stimulate brain activity which allows the animals to perform tasks using their mind.

The company aims to initially roll out the chip to full and partially paralysed individuals to help restore functionality.

Elon went on to tell the audience that Neuralink’s “standards for implanting the device are substantially higher than what the FDA requires.”

This resonates to me on a different level.
For a long time I saw the bible as God's manual.
Just like a Muslim would see the Quran as God's manual.
And a Jew especially would see the Talmud as God's original manual and divine Oracle.

But I noticed that eventually, all 3 books contradict one another. Meaning what we called God's manuals are simply written my men with an ideology that eventually clashed with one another.

A Jew believes once you're a Chistian then you cease to worship the same one God who says there's no one else beside him. Which is why till date Israel has the least number of Christians compared to other religions.

A Christian believes if you still follow the laws of the Jews and do not accept Jesus as the Son of God then your not a Christian but living on self-righteousness like the Pharisees and Saduccess.

A Muslim believes if you accept Jesus as Son of God then you blaspheme. You must follow the teachings of Mohammed alone and the prophets who get recognised.

Love your insight .. now, could it be that there are actually different gods/deity with different religions?
