I used to think this way many years ago but my thinking has changed. Infact my friends then used to call me Mr Russia.

US is by far the most developed country in every aspect. This Russia you are hyping does not have the sophistication and economy of California.

Tell me one aspect Russia can compete with the US. Tell me the innovations that has come out of Russia in recent years.

The US is evolving everyday and spending hundreds of billions into research while Russia will go to the media to brag about a missile that can reach thousands of miles away.

The fact that Russia is still largely dependent on oil and gas just like Nigeria, Angola, Saudi, Venezuela says a lot about the country. In recent year US has dominated the technology space. Even China can't stand them. China can only steal their intellectual property to make gadgets and sell to poor countries.

If US wants to crumble that Russia's economy today, they have what it takes. The problem is that countries like Nigeria will also be affected. All the US need to do is to flood the world market with oil. Yes, the US has lots and lots of untapped oil wells.

Most of you hating the US are just jealous. Some of you do it for religious and political reasons while some just do it as a way of sympathizing with the underdog.

US is by far the most powerful in the world.

On a lighter mood, will you select a Russia visa ahead of a US visa? grin. If no, you are a big hypocrite cheesy

Trump is a muthafukka

Why didn't trump at least extend the olive branch to a dying man?

oh I forgot

He is a megalomania piece of shit.
A republican who left hospital bed to cast and opposing vote to his party and the president's agenda, as a personal vendetta.... Then issues a public statement disinviting POTUS from his burial.

Such a man doesn't deserve any olive branch.

Honour and respect is a two way street.
He lost it the day he joined the destroy-trump party.

Hate Trump all you want but he will serve his 8 years as president and his results are speaking for him. You can't deny the record breaking boom in American economy and lowest unemployment figures.

Trump is a fighter and he fights to finish!

what are you saying? 35 years in congress! Okay go and contest and see if you will even win a term. He is great. Nobody holy pass. And for barring Trump from his funeral, he is even greater. Who can do that? Other people are praying that the POTUS comes to their funeral.
Spending your whole life as a senator will not make you great. It is the impact and quality of decisions you make that will stand out as a legacy when you are gone. If you don't leave the office then the office will leave you someday...

No great man will take bitterness to the grave. People at that age should learn to forgive and seek forgiveness from all. Trump cannot do much since he made it public that he hates him in life and in death.
Doesn't sound like a great man to me.

It's petty and vindictive for an old man to take bitterness to the grave.

All his votes were a personal vendetta against trump and he crowned his hatred by disinviting the POTUS to his burial. Who does that at 81?

If you think 30 senators can remove Saraki don't you also think that 30 PDP senators can remove the new senate president? We will keep having a new senate president at each plenary session.

You think those who wrote this constitution did not envisage this? Removing the Senate President was deliberately made harder than electing one by design to avoid anarchy.

You APC stooges are so he'll bent on removing Saraki as if he is Nigeria biggest problem.

The only threat to next years election as at today is the refusal of the national assembly to reconvene and pass the election budget. Ekweremadu should tell his side kick, Bukola Saraki to reconvene and allow lawmakers consider and pass INEC budget. That is the only way to eliminate the threat to next years election.
So its OK that bubu refused to sign card reader into law. Same electronic vote that made him president. If there are no plans to rig why not sign it.

Lagos tax base will suffer massively if igbo tax payers leave lagos. This is something that is well know to the Lagos Government and igbo business community.

Let’s not kid ourselves.
Lagos needs every tribe as much as every tribe needs Lagos and that's my point. No one can hold Lagos to ransome and Lagos can't hold anyone to ransaome.

Igbos have this typically bloated self confidence that makes them overestimate their worth.

Close your shop and see if another will not open his own shop the next day.

Atleast the cross rivers igbo have some balls. All these Lagos igbos will always threaten to leave but can NEVER leave. Stop the bickering please

Igbos should not be lured back to Cross River with this gimmick by the Governor.

They were all there when Igbo business men and women were being kidnapped for ransom, robbed and victimized just because the indigenes felt the Igbos are too rich or richer than them the land owners.

But what surprises me is this; an Igbo man doesn't stop u from starting your own business or prospering like him, why no be humble and go close to an Igbo person, befriend him, be genuinely humble and learn from them the principles of business success instead of envying them and robbing/kidnapping them out of envuly, na wa o

Now many people in Calabar including the Cross River State government are feeling the impact of Igbo people withdrawing their business from Cross River. Unemployment has increased there and many commodity price has also skyrocketed as Igbo people withdraw their business and investment from Cross River.

This is a warning to Southwest region always screaming that Igbos should leave their states, I pity u guys because Lagos will become a barren island should 60% of Igbos leave Lagos
Bros nobody is begging anybody to stay. Why all this chest beating? You can leave anyday you want. No one will notice your exit.

It isn't clear. For it to me clear it needs the insertion of such words as ALL or EVERY or WHOLE or ENTIRE or ENTIRETY.

But that isn't the case. That portion is Ambiguous!

Votes of 2/3 majority of that house does not translate to All, or entirety or whole or every.
Then by by this same awkward reasoning of yours it means that another 37 PDP senators can remove whoever APC installs the next day.

So we keep installing and removing senate presidents.
You think those who wrote the constitution are that stupid?

Making it easier to install than to remove a senate president is intentional to provide for stability and ensure that no minority from any party can just wake up and impeach principal officers.

Keep dreaming...
Politics › Re: How 25 Senators Can Impeach Saraki By Sunusi Musa by Iamzik: 4:09pm On Aug 16, 2018
Op if that is the case then 37 PDP senators will simply impeach the new senate president and install Saraki again.

We will be having a new senate president at each plenary.

Ya'll think that those who wrote "2/3rd of that house " are stupid? It is to ensure a measure of stability.

Which of the bolded categories do you belong to. Before you conjure phantom achievements let me state the following that has affected everybody including me and you:

1. The money in your pocket today has only 40% of the value it has in 2015. Dollar went from 198 to over 500 before hanging at 360 to date

2 Price of food is Atleast x2 of what it was in 2015

3 NBS confirmed that over 9m jobs have been lost due to trial and error economic policies of APC

4 The fuel you bought for 97 is now 145 pump price and over 200 in many states

5 Cost of transportation and housing has equally skyrocketed.

6 Fulani herdsmen have become untouchable and emboldened by Buhari to kill at will. Bokoharam that is technically defeated just killed 17 soldiers this week

When talking about benefits to the common man, the above are the basic yardstick: jobs security economy.

so judge for yourself. Can you say you were not affected by the above? Leave party politics for once and be realistic
