Help us tell our myopic mallams up north. This is how a federation should function. So for example they can legalize underage marriage in Kano, allow grazing on airport tarmac in sokoto or practice Sharia in Zamfara, allow boko Haram jihad in Borno while we declare free education, invest in infracsture and ban religious terrorism down south.

States should be self sufficient and autonomous. US has not disintegrated despite far reaching autonomy of their state governments.
