IamD18:hahahahahahahahahha. Dis is damn funny. |
TheGreenLand:Baba poverty and insecurity is ravaging the land and not what you just posted. After all the previous occupant of that office had all his children school here in nigeria and did make a fuss about it. |
labour should not back down on their minimum wage demands o. This inflation has wiped out the middle class and churn out more people into poverty. Elections is 2019, Nigerians must do the needful like the did the previous regime |
i don't get why some people are channelling their anger towards atiku, when they know where they should rightly channel their anger towards. Infact atiku has not even played poltitics with the insecurity in this country like the present government did when they were in opposition. Some Nigerian reasoning is actually incorrigible. If you truly love this country you will condem in entirety this carnage on our military and not look for frivolous reasons to justify or divert our attention. |
Blooddiamond:don't mind the person. he/she is one of the reasons wicked politicians run roughshod with impunity in this country. No human sympathy for the slain soldiers over circumstances that is absolutely humanly avoidable. |
babyfaceafrica:At times keeping quiet conceals foolishness and people will consider you wise, while talking when you have nothing to say amounts to foolishness |
ehie:God bless you for this comment. Those generals deserve to be hanged for working against national interest. |
HeyCorleone:Atleast they will help us flush out this set of wicked politicians |
One of my siblings approached me to get my opinion on she joining the nigerian military. Well, i told her in a very assertive manner without any ambiguity with clear evidence that it is a bad choice. I told her even though she is passionate about the military, she should just bury it and look for something else to be passionate about. After highlighting some of the ills and decay in the military to her coupled with the fact that the military has been compromised by politicians she agreed with me that it was a bad choice throwing her life down the drain for a country whose government does not value the life of her citizenry. I told her it will be stupid of her to waste her life for corrupt and evil politicians who have infiltrated the ranks of Nigerian army with different military titles sacrificing the lives of our able bodied, young military guys like a cattle led to the slaughter house over circumstances that is humanly avoidable, but due to corruption in the ranks of the military elites who divert and loot funds meant to cater for our military. I told her in no unclear terms that the country she thinks she is defending don't value her, and that there is no point trying to protect politicians who live flamboyant lifestyle at the expense of tax payers and send their children to the best schools in the world, riding private jets, clubbing all over the world, shopping and vacating in dubai, with their expensive doodads, while she is conscripted to face the horrendous carnage of boko haram. There is no point making this country safe for our wicked politicians to continue to loot us dry. By the time they kill this country for us, they will run overseas with their family and live large with our looted funds while we are left to gather and lick the ruins of our battered country. Its time we wake up and truly see these guys for who they are, which is wicked, selfish, babaric, inhumane, highfalutin savage vampires who deserve to be burnt alive on a stake. I don't care whether you are my blood brother, as long as your action is not in the interest of this nation i consider you an enemy. National interest must always trump personal interest My heart truly goes out to the soldiers who have lost their lives in the battle against that babaric sect. May our good Lord grant their families comfort and heal their wounds of the heavy loss. |
the capital of russia is st petersberg and not moscow |
Racoon:Those guys just keep making me hate this administration the more. They make me abhor reading through comments especially in the politics section because almost all their comments are trash, devoid of any modicum of logic or sound reasoning. Whenever i come across their comments i just scroll through immediately without reading them because is so full of idiocy. And whenever they mention me, i just ignore them, because it is so difficult trying to reason with an idiot in this forum. They seem to have really increased on this forum, thereby blocking sound and intelligent contributions. |
abeg where are the defenders of this administration |
more funding is needed before creating new ones. Rather than diluting the already existing pool of funds. |
Datdeltagirl:i was just shaking my head while reading through the comment of most guys here. Most guys are beast in human form. The only thing they understand about disagreement is violence especially when they are physically stronger than their opponent. |
lets try another hands. this one has dealt us a bad hand. |
Officialpdpnig:Then you are a bigger buffoon than he was. Because you are not after the betterment of nigeria but after your won pocket. I stand with nigeria. Anybody who has failed must be kicked out. |
Anybody who fought against jonathan second term due to malgovernance and is supporting this government for second term after its high level of malgovernance is an incorrigible slowpoke |
kstyle2:Small businesses are really struggling especially in the area where thugs keeps harassing them for frivolous levies, especially those who own shops. Infact based on my own estimation, 80% of most small business are running at a loss due to the cost of production, while 15% are barely breaking even. Infact with the way the economy is those who are not investing are better off than those opening small businesses becaise the odds are absolutely stacked against you in a gory manner |
where are the blind supporters, let them come and defend their boss. If jonathan was denied second term because of this, then buhari has no business with second term. |
you guys should be posting snippets of the plans on nairaland for us to properly analyze and dissect it. |
if by privatization he means listing it in the nigerian stock exchange and selling the shares to the public then i'm totally in support of it. But if it is to private indivuduals without going public, then its a no. |
hahahahaha. it is very difficult to argue against facts |
bender79:from this analysis you will agree that Atiku biggest strength is SE and SS. That 11 states on his side. Atleast 4 states from middle belt. That is 15 states already. He doesn't really need to win south west convincingly all he needs is to win atleast 2 states from the SW, 1 state from the NW and atleast 3 states from the NE. He has 11 states in his stronghold which is SE, SS. While Buhari has 7 which is the NW. so any other state he wins gives him more advantage. He has made more inroad into Buhari's stronghold, than Buhari has made into his strong hold. E.g SW and NC. and he is from NE that has never produced a civilian president. From the way it is going, atiku may likely win. |
From the various permutation, postulations and extrapolation based on the results of 2015 polls, and based on how the Atiku presidential aspiration has gained momentum over the years especially aided by clinching the PDP presidential primaries, coupled with the dwindling fortunes of the incumbent president and the wide spread grass root structures of the PDP in all corners of the nation. What Atiku atleast requires to clinch 2019 polls is by winning atleast 3 states in the North East, 4 states in the Middle belt, 1 state in the North west, atleast 2 states in the South west, and 11 states in the South east and South south. 3+1+4+2+11 = 21. 36 states minus 21 = 15 From my observation based on how things presently are, Atiku may likely pull this off. Which means the prediction of tabloids such as Economist of an Atiku likely winning the 2019 polls is credible enough and should not be dimissed as wishful thinking. Buhari undoing will be the South east and South south, because his defeat there will be landslide. Even in buhari's stronghold which is the North west atiku will get substantial vote due to north vs north, muslim vs muslim factor, and the both of them are heavy weight in the north. But the same can not be said of the South east and South south which happens to be Atiku's strong hold. As the president has not really done enough to carry that region along. His body language, his rhetorics and actions has shown his disregard for the region and the region will cost him 2019, because he will not be able to pull the same level of result from there as atiku will pull from his strong hold. From all indication, the North east will be split between both candidates, buhari will win North west and South west, but will lose out in Middle belt, South east and South south. He laid his political bed, so he should be prepared by whatsoever is the outcome. |
Atiku giving Buhari high BP. lol |
Meskaofficial1:lol. So true. Just scrap three titles commot from the 13 wey him win. |
Fix the economy first before talking of creating jobs. We are tired of empty rhetorics. |
looking forward to a robust policy unveiling. Anything to move our economy. As it takes centre stage over all others. |
Atleast he understands economic terminologies and he is articulating his position. It shows he is a potential president with an above average economic understanding thereby can engage in a robust economic debate and see and understand different economic standpoints and view points. |
it seems each successive govt tries to out loot the previous govt. This is really nauseating. |
shebi them no want develop other seaports. When you hold others down, you too will remain down. |
the guy above me knows better. i have nothing to say |
