No sir, this is different from the report you have provided a link to. I don't think the mods are as slow as you seem to want to make them out to be. Read what you have provided here and the report which is the subject of this thread, you will see they are quite different though relating to recurrent problems because nothing has really changed between June 2015 and April 2016.

This report is widely covered by lots of our news outlets as well
Its the same report darling. Screenshots below. Pardon the red hue on my phone. Na twilight app cause am

As usual, small minded eediots making uninformed comments and ranting up and down. NL moderators do hatchet jobs of promoting nonsense to the front page without fact checking, contributing to the degeneracy that has taken hold of Nigerias media space.

I don't know whether it is Seun's Business Strategy to cheapen public debate, or whether his staff are half baked products of the Nigerian Education system.

This report was released in June 2015.

Nigerians think the world revolves around them or their silly internal political beefs. US Dept of State releases report on each country every year, most of it unfavourable.

The annual Country Reports on Human Rights Practices – the Human Rights Reports – cover internationally recognized individual, civil, political, and worker rights, as set forth in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and other international agreements. The U.S. Department of State submits reports on all countries receiving assistance and all United Nations member states to the U.S. Congress in accordance with the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 and the Trade Act of 1974.

Meanwhile Antonio Conte still insisting on bringing Sabatini as TD. Already showing his utter contempt of Emenalo. His good mate Robbie Di Matteo must have briefed him about that snake.

Which player do we have that can play AM comfortably.... I can only think of Hazard who is as good on the flanks

Willian is not productive enough as a 10 and Fabregas' best position is CM......
Except we are playing 4-4-2,we need a new AM
You missing the point. We dont need no10.

I'm sick of no10 era in Chelsea. Play 3 central midfielders.

Believe me, we're better off with Pasalic, Baker, Van Ginkel or Loftus-Cheek forming our 3rd central midfielder than to go buy another phucking no10.

I said exactly the same

That their midfield was clearly too open but Hazard and Costa were unable to capitalise
Just goes to show how bad our midfield is in comparison, that that same midfield was running through our midfield wilynily and our midfield could not cope physically.

But they played with 2 midfielders yesterday, not 3 so it would have been more open than usual.

This is what we say about ignorance of EPL fans

How would Boatank who has been injured for half of the season make a top 11?

Muller is good but who would he bench? Are we allowed to field a top 13? Aubameyang or who? Costa or Mikitaryan?

This is why I say EPL fans football knowledge is below average
Why can't you put Muller on the wing or in place of Gundogan? Or drop a defender and play 3 at the back?

Muller is certainly top 11, infact top 4 in Bundesliga this season

I can say personally I watch like 10 Sevilla league games per season both legs vs Barca Madrid and Atletico and 4 random league games

Added to the CL or Europa games. Leverkusen I watch at least 20 games on leverkusen per season and Marseille maybe 5.

Witsel I havent watched a single league game of his in 3yrs. The CL games I have seen him he has been very average

I dont remember you talking about Kimmich, Weigl or Kante before this season, You can point to a quote. Even though I watch Bundesliga more than most people here I didnt know anything about Weigl and very little about Kimmich

Most of your rating of Witsel is based on what he has done 4yrs ago in Portugal.

For NT Witsel isnt one of the most dominant niggas, What are the attributes of Witsel that makes him perfect for your midfield? I am sure in the past some of your fans probably asked for Schweinsteiger and Fellaini thought they were missing something when Manure got them but where are they now?

All the players you have got in the past 18months, How useful have they been? Its more of continuing to buy players off youtube that landed you were you are and rating Falcao based on what he played in Atletico
Leverkusen is your home league. How many Marseille games do you watch a season? I doubt you watch Sevilla games except vs Barca/Madrid and Euro finals.

The fact remains that with the right tools one can get up to speed on certain players without watching their full 90 mins week in, week out.

The niggas who cried for Fellaini actually watched him week in, week out. They just didn't understand the requirements of central midfield play. Schweini is just unfortunate with injuries but is still Utds best midfielder when on the pitch.

I lauded Julian Weigl and Kante here back in September. Kante after seeing him come off the bench for Leicester, I went and researched him. Weigl after I watched Bundesliga highlight and found out he made 100% pass completion in a certain game, I just had to go and research all his touches in certain matches on youtube.

Some people go just pick one name hand on to am. Let anyone tell us the last time they saw Witsel play week after week?

The only times I see Witsel are the few CL games Zenit plays but I know some people would tell us they watch Russian league regularly
How many times a year do niggas watch Sevilla, Marseille, Ajax or Leverkusen games? About the same no of times they see Zenith in the UCL or Belgium in the World Cup.

At least I've been asking for Witsel since back when we used to have weekly Portuguese football. Seeing him 4 or 5 times a year since then is enough to keep an opinion.

No be the same Nihilist want make we sign Camacho. How many times has he seen Malaga play 90 minutes? I'm not even talking highlights which only shows goalscorers and assisters not the likes of Camacho. A nigga watching 2014 World Cup alone has seen twice as many matches of Witsel than Camacho.

Believe me right now, any Chelsea fan will take almost any midfielder they name over our current set (though I'm sure Matic will return to form). I don't even know Naingollan well but I am willing to accept any midfielder they call, even if they tell me his name is Mpakaboari Jack-Daniel. I will just go on youtube and watch a few of his matches where they show every single touch eg "Mpakaboari all touches vs Juventus", and take it from there.

It's the same way I found out about Joshua Kimmich, Julian Weigl and N'Golo Kante even before watching their 90 min game. When N'Golo Kante was still a substitute for Leicester at the start of the season, I came here and said he looks a top player. That was based on me checking his back catalogue on youtube after seeing his cameo appearance on Match-of-the-Day highlights.

You know something....why apologize to a woman who did nothing about the mess in NNPC....especially the fact that because we did not properly fix the refineries and add new ones under her rule.....we are in this mess.

1.You are paying N180 for fuel(it is still N86.50 in major marketers and NNPC fuel stations....higher in some independent marketers)....because the fuel subsidy.....WHICH YOU DO NOT WANT REMOVED....and which your new hero supported its removal....is preventing marketers from making profits....so as a result....they have to sell much higher than official price....or else they won't have the dollars needed to import.

2.Have you ever thought why we do not have the dollars for imports? It is because oil prices have fallen....so we can no longer waste dollars on everything.....we need it to keep up the naira....so that you sports fans wont be paying N100000 for a loaf of bread.

And if the subsidy goes.....you would be paying far higher for fuel. So...why are you complaining. Do you expect APC to diversify the economy in 10 months....when PDP and your new heroes did not do it in 16 years?

3.Ask your new hero why no new refineries were built? Even if the ones we have are working at full capacity....we would still need to import 23 million liters of fuel every day. And the reason prices stayed at N97-N87 per liter during her time was because...we had the dolalrs to import and subsidze the fuel at the same time. Now we do not...and now the decisions we made not to build new refineries has come back to haunt us.

4.Ask your heroes why at the end of their rule...they were still owing money to the marketers? That is why they refused to import...they were owing so much that they were in debt...and they still owe. Because....we no longer have the dollars to import since oil prices fell.

5.And is it now you are noticing we bought fuel at higher prices. I bought fuel at N102-110 during GEJ's time. I even know of people who bought fuel at N170 in Minna during GEJ time. And fuel in SE and SS was above N150 during GEJ's time. Indeed...it was only Lagos and Abuja that sold fuel at N97 during GEJ's time....in the very outskirts of ABuja.....fuel was sold as high as N140. during gej'S TIME.

6.What would solve this problem is ......removal of subsidy. But that would put prices of fuel above N150....the same price you are complaining about....but fuel would flow. You are complaining about high prices....and yet...you paradoxically do not want the actual solution to your problem....apart from five new refineries?

Nigeria needs at least 23 million extra liters per day...in addition to the new 17 million liters of fuel per day. Some even put it at 53 million extra liters per day!

Abeg...why apologize to someone who spent all the time in office doing nothing to solve the problem....and hiding the problem via massive dollar influx to import fuel to paper the cracks. Nigeria needs new refineries and removal of subsidy. Things that your new heroine did not do ...and before anyone calls me zombie....things that the new APC govt must do if they want to sort this issue out once and for all.

Nigerians....
Nigerians are fools. Leave them, they deserve their suffering.

They should keep wailing but just like Greece economy, even if they change Govt every 2 months, they cannot change the underlying economic condition. It doesn't matter if its APC, PDP or KOWA, the economic condition will remain the same.

An educated man will know to hold those truely responsible for his plight, but instead the Nigerian will be pining after the days of Diezani, GEJ and co like Israelites pining to go back to Egypt during the exodus. Fools who do not know the cause of why they are in the position they are in.

Right now Nigeria should have $180bln sitting in the ECA to weather the oil slump, but all the Nigerian knows to do is moan and pine for the people who shared their savings.

Dbanj ko, Wizkid ni. . . . where Dr Alban done dey billboard since 1990 and sold 16million records in Europe.

Dr. Alban was born as Alban Uzoma Nwapa into a middle-class family of 10 children in Oguta, Imo state, Nigeria.[1] He had his secondary education at Christ The King College, Aba, Nigeria and spent most of his youth in his hometown Oguta. At age of 23, he travelled to Sweden to study dentistry.[1] To be able to finance his studies, Dr. Alban became a DJ. He worked as a DJ at the Stockholm club Alphabet Street.[1] Very quickly his name became widely known, especially since Dr. Alban often sang to the records he put on the turntable. DJ René Hedemyr discovered him. Alban finished his studies and even opened his own dentistry practice, keeping his disk jockeying as a lucrative sideline.

In 1990, he met Denniz Pop from the SweMix label and together with Denniz and Rap-Queen Leila K, they released his first record, "Hello Afrika". Alban Uzoma Nwapa took the stage name Dr. Alban, a nod to his dental studies. His debut album Hello Afrika included hits like "Hello Afrika" and "No Coke", both of which ended up being million-selling singles.[1] The album itself was quite successful which earned Alban Gold-certification-awards in numerous markets including Germany (for sales of over 250,000 units), Austria (for sales of over 25,000 units) and Switzerland (for sales of over 25,000 units).[5][6][7]

One year later this success was surpassed by the second album One Love. The album contained European hit singles such as "It's My Life" (which was used as background music for a Tampax advert) and "Sing Hallelujah". The single "It's My Life" reached No.1 in Israel, Austria, the Netherlands, Sweden, Germany and No.2 in Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom.[8][9][10] While the song "It's My Life" reached Platinum status in Germany (for sales of over 500,000 units), in the Netherlands (for sales of over 75,000), it managed to sell over two million copies in Europe.[1][11][12] The album in its turn reached the top of the album chart in Austria and entered the top-5 in Switzerland, also managed to reach No.6 in Germany.[13][14] The album received a Gold-certification-award in Germany (for sales of over 250,000 units) and Platinum-award both in Austria and Switzerland (for sales of over 50,000).[6][15][16]

martinkem:
This is one of those unpopular posts that kinda earns one the "Hater tag" but I'm not trying to shit on Wizkid but rather trying to clarify the misinformation about Wizkid being the first Nigerian artist to be featured on a Billboard Chart.

The Billboard is a organization popularly known for its music charts such as the Hot 100 singles chart and the Billboard 200 albums charts. Besides those two well known charts, the Billboard also has a large number of charts such as the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop songs, The Billboard Twitter Last 24 hours chart (which Wizkid was featured on courtesy his collaboration with Drake), the Official UK Singles Chart among others, which it monitors and publishes.

For the sake of correctness, it would be right to say that D'Banj, who had a top 10 single (Oliver Twist at number 9) on the Billboard UK Official Singles Chart in 2012, is the first Nigerian to chart on a Billboard chart considering date (2012 which is 4 years old). Don't take my word for it here's a screenshot and a link to check it out yourself.
http://www.billboard.com/artist/1488315/dbanj/chart

I'm pretty sure that if one really checks the Billboard there might be more Nigerian artists who have singles that have been charted on the Billboard music charts.
