Ballzproblem2: Chelsea players are in for a shock when they return to pre-season training with some of their favourite food and drinks in danger of being cut from the menu. (@Matt_Law_DT) #CFC
our owners go carry first for PR @ibime
Dem dey mad. Lai Mohammed dey learn work where dem dey
BlueMann: Might be an unpopular opinion but left for me, I would pick Eze as the starting LW for England. Or the first option off the bench, at the very least
He was their best player today. It's between him and Gordon
That said, Grealish still came on and did well also
BlueMann: Gallagher has had a very good display today
Surprisingly he is growing into a conventional deeper midfield role in the last 4 months and gave a faultless performance in that position again today. Haneverhesperredit
BlueAngel444: 4CMs 😏 you are counting the Bellingham you do not rate defensively abi
Anything to make your point stick but you keep point 2019 views especially beginning of the year. Is it that Rudiger had that his usually patch of poor games and you are using that to define your whole he was useless for 10seasons and good because of 100 men Infront of him
No I'm counting Tchouameni, Kroos, Valverde and Camavinga
swiz123: Rudiger struggled a little when he joined newly but picked up and became decent until your Lampfraud located us.
At no point was Rudiger wack, Lampfraud is the wack one as it is evident in what became of him.
You got no excuse blaming the manager in a team in the top 4. Lampard game favoured attackers and more burden was placed on DM and defenders in one-2-duels, however likewise Tammy Abraham, Pulisic, Giroud and the attackers had their best spells for Chelsea under Lampard
You should find another excuse for Rudiger who was wack under Conte and wack under Sarri (you think we've forgotten the 6-0, 4-0 and other hammerings we received when Sarri tried to be adventurous?). If we are being honest, we don't know if Rudiger is in the clear as a defender in an attacking setup because Real Madrid sit 4 CMs in front of their defence
swiz123: Ibime is that elder people advise their kids not to mingle with because they are bad influence. Him and his cohorts has decimated this thread with horrible takes and successfully influenced some fible minded people's opinion.
He blamed everyone except Lampard. When it was obvious Rudiger had improved, he said it was Tuchel's 3 ATB and he will be exposed once he leaves. Rudiger went to Real Madrid and these shameless elders followed him there to wish him badluck, always counting how many games he started just to satisfy their ego that they were right all along.
I pity anyone following the opinion of someone who wished his team get relegated if it means retaining Lampfraud as manager.
Shut up. We are discussing whether Rudiger was wack before Lampard or not, something most Chelsea fans witnessed
Making Lampard scapegoat will not make us absolve Rudiger of his first 3.5 years with the club, it's just a convenient get out clause for the agendaists

I will take that submission over biased takes about Rudiger here.
All signs point to the fact that he had his proper stretch of poor form mainly under Lampard. I don't have time for regular jejune arguments over mistakes that players make on game to game basis.
He was appearing and playing regularly under Conte and Sarri when fit. Again he had no real problems till your guy Lampard came along. These are the facts
Man be quiet. Disasi probably blaming Poch likewise yet we can see big differences between Disasi and Chalobah performance under the same Poch. Poch defence is much more porous than Lampards ever was
Rudiger aka kpon kpon shoe aka Corporate Shoe had his reputation long before Lampard came to Chelsea. All of the below are from regular Chelsea watchers during Sarri era
We don't need a casual observer with agenda against Airmark to tell us what we watch weekly. Rest.
A40: This one is cap. Same Rudiger that was excellent in FA Cup Final
No be una website be this? Abi you wan dey whine me ni?
Rudiger was a solid performer. He had the odd bad run and everyone jumped on him cos they thought he had your darling Lampard fired
What are the odds now that Lampard is unemployed the players preferred over him are struggling but Rudiger is the only one thriving and winning major titles
Stop capping. Any player can have a decent rating in a match just like Bosingwa at Camp Nou
Rudiger was below par for Chelsea till Tuchel. Chelsea fan has already sign posted you to his disgraceful performance against Roma in a 3-0 defeat
The goal at 1.30 below conceded to Roma was Rudiger first 3 seasons in a nutshell
A40: Rudiger was never a bad defender or flop. You can't jump to a bigger club off of being a flop.
His struggles were grossly overstated and you can see his qualities shining through now that he's on a quality team.
He's been their most consistent defender this year
Airmark and I are not the ones who christened him corporate shoe. His performances in his first 3 years gave him that title, to the point most of the fans on this thread were wondering if he wore Timberland to the pitch. Based on his first 3 years performance, he was on the verge of going to Spurs on loan except Roman wouldn't do business with them
liveLongNprospa: Cama played as a dm yesterday especially in the first half. That he completed 30 passes doesn't show his defensive work that he put in. He is covering for vini, helping Mendy and still having to defend at the top of the midfield. The boy doesn't have a weak point.
You have refused to acknowledge what he does defensively and that makes the rest of your argument extremely weak.
Kroos was DM, you said Valverde was RCDM and now Cama was LCDM. Let's agree
When he comes to England, he will have to play as a traditional midfielder and join the midfield which he can do. But Real fans should stop selling like a player caught in gaps and being breezed past was playing a fantastic game. Emre Can took him out completely, he couldn't cover quick enough and was neither doing a satisfactory job as a midfielder nor as a striker.
liveLongNprospa: Jude is not the main SS. He is not the main AM He has spent the better part of this year playing in the left side of the midfield. I keep saying you don't watch him and each time you talk it is obvious that I am correct.
Fede and Carva, who attacks the right more? Because fede spends alot more time in the right midfield, doubling as a pivot with Kroos.
Bellingham is missing in your midfield
If he is playing LCM as you say, he's doing a poor job
I never saw him in the midfield yesterday, he was caught in the gaps between midfield and striker and was ineffective. If you play in the gaps between midfield and striker, you have to be very fast because that's the position where you close down massive spaces at great speed.
Bellingham only completed 30 passes yesterday. That's the stats of a transition player, not a midfielder. Like I say he was caught in the gaps and the game passed him by.
And if he's playing LCM, where is Camavinga playing?
monerozi5590: Rodrygo and Vinicius come from wide areas while Bellingham operates centrally most times. He is at the edge . He is a second striker or shadow striker or whatever name you want to call it.
Sometimes, in our matches you will always see Rodrygo and Vini overloading the left wing. We are very fluid in our attack and the position changes
The fact Rodrygo was able to switch with Vini at some point in the 1st half with Vini going uptop and Rodrygo going left shows their core starting positions with Rodrygo uptop, although they are fluid and Rodrygo will go right often, you also have Valverde going right to allow Rodrygo go central
So Bellingham, Rodrygo and Valverde were playing half positions but nominally Rodrygo is the main striker
And if Bellingham is the main CF, then his goal return is poor for a CF. That goal return is only being lauded with a view that he is a CM/AM. If he is a Supporting Striker then Rodrygo is the man he's supporting
monerozi5590: Not true. He plays as an SS,he is upfront, trying to get to the end of things. Reason why he received that gift from Dortmund for our second goal. Again, against Man City that control that led to our goal will always be special.
He has 4 goals and 5 assists in the just concluded UCL. Go and watch some of our matches again in the UCL, especially against Napoli. You will know, this boy Bellingham is truly special.
ToyinDipo: That first punch felt like a bell rang, Wilder was running to the corner
That shit was funny. Wilder was in the middle of throwing his own punch when Zhang punch caught his nose/cheek. The thing shocked him so much, he turned around to protest to the Gods like Zhang threw an illegal punch and started walking to his corner
A40: Shey you're seeing this version of Wilder I'm watching rn. Is this really who fight fans want to see? I don't think so
Styles make fights. I fully expect Zhang to beat Wilder and KO him even for various reasons but most especially the weight difference and the fact you can only beat Zhang on points which Wilder does not have the boxing skills to do. Ontop of that, Wilder is clueless with southpaws
AJ Vs Wilder is a more competitive match up, weight difference is not as stark and both fighters can be knocked out. Zhang cannot be knocked out so Wilder only hope is to run and hope old age catches up with Zhang in later rounds. But most likely Zhang will KO him before that happens
