I really wish you were right, but given that this is a pathological narcissist we're talking about, I fear that this is far from being the worst he could do. Remember that this egomaniac who identifies America's interests with his own also has command of the world's most powerful armed forces and largest nuclear arsenal: what's to stop him imitating another narcissistic rabble-rouser - Hitler - and deciding that the USA has proven itself "unworthy of him" and therefore deserving of nuclear incineration? Trump is a clear and present danger, and needs to be removed from office immediately.
