Is this one not a man! ![]() |
Number 2 and 5 were so confusing to me. Geez! Thanks for this educative post OP. Please move this to FP. If it's a post about a woman exposing her cleavage now, it would have been in FP before I say "Jack." |
KunkAcid:As a northerner, I strongly disagree with your vitriolic comment. I believe the north will rise from its shackles of darkness and ignorance if more time is invested on education. The move made by Kashim Shetimma, the Borno state governor should be commended and not condemned. Till today, the greatest thing my parents ever gave to me is formal erudition. |
BOOKERPAGE:So if they cancel it now they think they've done something good abi.. Maybe they'll now rewrite it in January when people are supposed to be preparing for JAMB. ![]() |
They should not just try themselves oo. Me that has gotten an admission now will be disappointed by one yeye cancellation. God forbid! |
The senator likened it to giving the security agents blank check to humiliate every person that pour out his opinion on issues that affect them as bona-fide citizens of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The lawmaker, who was reacting to recent resolve of Nigerian Army to go after those who make inciting statement on social media such as Facebook, Twitter and what have you in Kaduna over the weekend quickly added that, the Senate is already working on a bill that will address any form of hate speech. He said, "The military and the police have no business monitoring the social media. Few days ago, I was at the headquarters of National Human Right Commission and I told them and I’m still saying it that, we at the national assembly in particularly in the senate, the bill is on the way that will clearly define what hate speech is and what hate speech is not. "This will prevent giving security agencies the blank check to go after each and every person who speaks. Nigerians must speak to defend their constitution and republic. They must speak to criticize their government, hold them accountable and speak to cast out lies in our democratic experiment. "Those who also want to exploit the right to freedom of speech to incite people to cause disharmony, to dismember this country, to derogate other persons or to violate religion and other sensitivities of others are the ones we should do away with in the society. Those are the ones we will not accept. "This democracy is a product of struggle of those who laid down their lives. And on no guise we will fold our hands and see our democracy simply taking away".

Suspected Boko Haram militants killed 18 people in northeast Nigeria on Friday, according to local witnesses and officials, the latest in an escalating number of lethal attacks in the region. The knife-wielding attackers, moving under cover of night, targeted people in the town of Banki, 80 miles (130 km) southeast of the city of Maiduguri in Borno state, the epicentre of the eight-year conflict with Boko Haram, said a community leader and a local member of a vigilante group. The attack on the town, which sits on the border with Cameroon, is the latest in a string of deadly Boko Haram raids and bombings that have undermined the Nigerian military’s statements that the insurgency is all but defeated. The frequency of attacks in northeastern Nigeria has increased in the last few months, killing at least 172 people since June 1 before Friday’s attack, according to a Reuters tally. The attack on Banki left 18 dead, according to Modu Perobe, a member of the Civilian Joint Task Force, a regional vigilante group. Abor Ali, a local ruler, confirmed the death toll. Boko Haram’s eight-year insurgency has left at least 20,000 dead and sparked one of the largest humanitarian crises in the world, with tens of thousands already in famine-like conditions, according to the United Nations. Some 8.5 million people in the worst affected parts of northeast Nigeria are now in need of some form of humanitarian assistance, with 5.2 million people lacking secure access to food, the U.N. has said. While speaking in an exclusive interview with HVP, Nollywood actress, Mitchel Ozakpolor, who is known for her massive boobs, narrated how a lustful car owner rammed into another car while starring at her breasts indiscriminately, in Lagos. Narrating her shocking experience, the actress said on that fateful day, she was walking down the road as there was heavy traffic around Surulere area of Lagos. Upon sighting her, the car owner in question lost control of himself as he kept starring at her boobs until his car rammed into another car. She said further that immediately, the two drivers alighted from their cars and started throwing shade at each other as she walked passed them, adding that the incident wasn’t the only embarrassing moments she has had as a busty actress. She recalled that on several occasions, she had avoided standing at bus stops because of men starring at her boobs. “It happens all the time, they keep starring at my boobs. "And that’s why I tried to avoid standing at bus stops. I know I have huge boobs that men cannot take their eyes off my boobs,” she enthused.

Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike, the billionaire kidnapper popularly known as Evans, has claimed that he has made a covenant with God. Evans who is facing 52 criminal counts ranging from kidnapping to murder, says he promised God he would not lie in court. The kidnapper who pleaded guilty to some charges earlier this week, is now a changed man and is hoping he is given a second chance to live right. “I already have a covenant with God. If police take me to court, I told God that I will not tell lies against the police or victims. “I promise to tell the court the truth about any crime that I am guilty of. Please, people of Nigeria should forgive me. “I just believe in God for a miracle. “I will serve God all my life. I also promised the police that I will help them to fight crime,” Evans said in an interview with The Sun. Evans told the Sun that he had already become a pastor, and that he never meant to kill anyone in his criminal endeavours. He said: “The only time that someone died (during his operations) was during the attempted kidnap of the chairman of The Young Shall Grow Motors. “During that operation, we were attacked and there was exchange of gunshots. They shot at us and my gang members shot back at them. It was in the morning that I heard that one inspector and the driver who drove the Young Shall Grow chairman died. “It was an unfortunate incident. I have totally regretted everything about crime. It does not pay. I keep telling people to learn from my story. Crime does not pay. Everything I acquired all these years are gone just in a day. I will be an agent of change in prison.” |

What I think I can never stop doing is touching my phone while charging it, and plugging it to charge overnight. |
hardbody:And how old was she before she died? |
Wondering if Evans is the first kidnapper to be arrested in Nigeria. Poor people who can walk from Lekki to Sambia forest without being kidnapped are the ones always enthusiastic about Evans' news. |

She came to the UAE, but she couldn't have thought about living there forever. Ella gives an interview about the reason why she reverted to Islam and how it changed her life. Ella says that once she was working at the library and found a book 'The Oneness of God'. It had such an idea that there is only one God whose power is unlimited. However, Ella considered this statement to be wrong because Christianity mentions God, Jesus Christ and Holy Spirit. She says she was told 'not to ask questions' about the rule of God, especially in public. The reason for this was that 'it will confuse other members'. But the book stated: 'Those who believes in one God will survive'. Ella was surprised when she had a religion-related conference where God was discussed. A simple question 'Who reigns in Heaven?' provoked a discussion among the Christian pastors. The Canadian pastor claimed that the Father will reign; while other brother said that Jesus will reign. Then Ella asked: 'What about the Holy Spirit?' She says she was told 'not to ask questions' about the rule of God, especially in public. The reason for this was that 'it will confuse other members'. This incident made Ella check which of the religions is really correct. When she came to the UAE, she was surprised with Islam. She discovered that Muslims are very sincere with their religion. Ella was trying to share Christianity, so she asked Muslims whether they know Jesus. They said: "Sure! Jesus is our brother". Then Ella was communicating with a real Muslim family what made her open her heart to this religion. She realised that Islam has no unanswered questions or questions that must not be asked like Christianity does. 'Now I have a peace in mind and piece in the heart'. Please, watch this full interview to learn more about Ella and her religious views. https://www.youtube.com/1110742-the-story-filipina-reverted-islam-happy-that.html |
