Hi guys!

I have seen people advise that gift deed for POF should come from Parents.

What if the parents are not available to do so.

Has there been anyone here that had issues using brother or sister?

Please, do we have people that their brother or sister has given gift of the POF and have gotten PPR here.

There is no where on IRCC website that says POF is better with parents. People have a way of putting out their feelings as facts.

I forgot my GCKey and I could not get into my account. I created a new account and tried linking to my old application however all efforts have failed.

It keeps saying my application cannot be found. I have cross checked the details again and again to make sure I’m submitting the right thing.

I’m trying to update the POF before the July 15 deadline.

Any information on how to solve this will be greatly appreciated.

Please my friend just discovered that she got an EOI from Ontario since 23rd of June. Is it compulsory for her to have a tie in Ontario or can she just say she doesn't know anyone there? She's an Accountant

She does not have to know anyone there. However, I think it's best you do not just say it like that. In her letter of intent, she can write why she wants to live in Ontario, why Ontario is a good fit for her, and include some jobs she has applied to in Ontario.

How do you know the correct answer is Flat 22A and not 22A? What if the answer is actually 22A?

Where in IRCC's website did you see that the POF must be in the account for 6 months? Please take a screenshot and put it here, please.

I believe that one of the documents you can use to SUPPORT Proof of funds is showing your AVERAGE balance in the account for 6 months, it does not necessarily have to be in the account for 6 months.

Wrong!!! POF is locked only post AOR. This person has not submitted so they would need to have POF inline with the requirements if they submit after July 15.

Regarding updating profile, you can't change anything, however, you can input the correct figures when completing the forms before submitting. cc @Queenmaker

Take it easy, one of my IELTS results came out on the 7th day, the other came out on the 6th day.

Use the CRS calculator tool to see what your score will be with the IELTS result. If it is high enough, no need to remark. If not, you can consider it or writing a new one.

I heard MOD plays it loud for everyone on a speaker, but British Council gives earpiece.

In whose account?

It is not an issue, all you need to do is proper explanation in your Letter of Explanation. Include gift deed if you are getting all or part of your POF from family, sale invoice, payment receipt evidences for sale of assets.

473 is a good score, as long as it does not reduce due to age.

Nice score! 493? wow! However, I think you should just wait. You stand in a very good position to get ITA once the general draws resumes. I am very sure you will be selected in the next draw. If you apply for OINP, you will need to pay $1500 CAD for the application fees, and with the way the naira is doing like Niagara falls, it could get expensive, although I do not know if the money isn't an issue for you.

Moreover, you need to be invited before applying to OINP, you do not just apply. The score is higher than what OINP are picking at this time.

Why do you want to send it on your own?

The thing is, a transcript is a sensitive and confidential document. Most institutions do not give their students transcripts, they only send them between organizations.

Moreover, WES will not accept the transcript if it comes from you, only from your institution.

I did that and i had 468 but main target is 472+ for better chance. Also, i am 29 already and I don’t wish to stay to long on list so that i dont cross over to 30 before ITA

OK, in that case, you can consider a remark, or another exam for a better result. Another thing you can do which you might not want to hear is French. Do you have a masters degree?

Use the CRS calculator and see if you have a high score with the IELTS result, which by the way seems like a good result to me. If you feel you should have gotten a higher score, then go for remark.

How do you mean? If it is NYSC, then add NYSC. You should not use abbreviations.

Good result. I would say you should just write another exam for a higher score because most times, a remark especially for "Listening and Reading" does not change the score. I think it is marked by computers and the score is based on the inputted result. However, if you strongly feel that you did better than a 7, you should do a remark.

For me, Q-life is straigh forward. You can book and pay via their website only according to a customer service officer that was called.

I worked in my dad hotel as his account manager, for 2 years and I used it as work experience, infact mine was more difficult because I was paid in cash, I indicated it by stating it on my reference letter and by using a cash salary certificate. I already have my COPR... as long as its genuine, dont let anyone downplay you.

When did you get your COPR? Are they issuing PPR?
