I want to buy a sienna bus due to my little fund, 18 or 14 seaters sound bus would have been better but due to fund I'm opting for sienna bus, maybe as time goes on I will upgrade.

I want to be operating inter-state transport. I want to operate from my location (Aba, Abia State) to nearby states and location like port Harcourt, Owerri and umuahia.

My major challenge is I have not drive a car before but I have an idea of driving since what I will be using is Automatic transmission. I wish to get someone that can teach me driving every Sundays.

Please nairalander what are your views on this. I don't know if I can get someone from here that is willing to teach me driving.
Teaching will not be free, I will pay if affordable.

This is my exact thought as at today . I'm already planning to buy TWO DANFO for transport system in lagos and TWO MIKRA in Ibadan .
I just need a trusted driver, i heard that for DANFO in lagos oe can earn 10-15k daily which is not bad.

Is it not time that like some American States. We allow people citizens the right to bear arms because as it stands. The security forces can't protect us.

I barely escaped this kidnapper's on the 18th of April, 2022.
I was on my way to Lokoja from Anyigba where the state university is situated, just before Ochadamu junction, a gang of about 8 jumped out of the bush and started shooting. I was fortunate that 2 cars were ahead of me. Another set of about 3 came out of the bush just ahead of me but behind the second car, this one's had cutlasses, I quickly engaged the break and brought the car to an abrupt stop. The kidnapper's focused on the first car which gave me time to reverse to a safe distance and turn for the next village.
They operated freely for about 1hr 45 minutes before soldiers came to clear the road.
The kidnapper's had indigenes and fulani members.
I am truly grateful to God for saving me and my family.
I was informed that one of them was arrested. Look at the wicked fool.

It depends, I use the 3.0L V6 sienna 2000 manufacturer stats is 9L highway 12.5L city 10.5L combined.

I mostly achieve around 10 to 12.5L/100km within Lagos depending on how I drive as I am always against traffic while heading to work.

But I was caught up in abule egba traffic of 4hours one day while coming from abeokuta, I calculated my mpg and it was around 14L/100km.

So you have to calculate your distance, you don't need a vehicle to do this, you can use a map on Android device to calculate it.

Then calculate what you really need the car for, if it's for third row seats, there are a lot of third row seat vehicles that you can choose and are more economical than the sienna but with less cargo space.
