The physical buildings used as prisons in this country needs to be demolished and new cells rebuild. Cells should have ACs, proper mattresses and bunks. water and proper toilets.

About prison authorities conniving with DPO to arrest people. Thats not true. And Prison authorities don't have the power over the cases of inmates, its the court that delays their cases. Keeping them in custody for too long. Prisons owns only the responsibility of presenting them to court.

About Feeding, until the FG stops contracting the inmates feeding to a contractor first before they supply to prisons. The inmates will never be fed well. The contract money should go directly to the Prison its meant for directly. Because these contractors take about 70% of the feeding money away and handover 30 back to the system. These 70% is in billions of naira.

Who are these contractors? They are your Obi, your red cap chief, your Obas and Oloyes, Your Emirs and Sarkins, the wife of your senators, the party chairs, the Ministers wife, business people in the society etc

Its a cankerworm, if we like shout from today till tomorrow, Prison is their pot of soup. They won't do anything about it.

Its barbaric, senless, unecessary, shows how rude and lacking in respect we are to ourselves, it further shows we are filled with hatred for people that does not fit our standard or culture or clan and its definitely not godly and to realize that most people here that do this belong to one religion or the other further makes the situation more pitiable.

I want to travel by road to Kaduna from Lagos next weekend for one of my brothers wedding. He's getting married to a kogi girl whose family are base in kaduna. When we got the invitation for the wedding venue to be Kaduna most of our families were scared because of the insecurities in the northern region, which prompted most yell at him if he didn't see any girl in the whole southern region to Marry because the wedding journey is a risk to everyone going from herebut because of brotherly love we just ignore the negativities and choose to carry on with the wedding plan, even my parents almost decided not to go for the wedding

My questions is are we not putting our lives in danger going for this wedding in the now insecure notorious Northern Nigeria?

Was looking for a replacement vehicle for the wife and she was insistent on some specific models. The market was not friendly at all and it seemed only half decent cars could only be found in Lagos. Cars are getting unnecessarily expensive to import, so Naija used it is.

Saw a lot of great deals but were sold within hours. So when I saw this alleged great deal, I called up TPound.

I have never done business with him but his antecedents speak well. He promptly responded and kept giving me picture and video updates thus spending the entire day making sure all was well.

The vehicle was at my location in hours.

Suppose to graduate this year and ASUU has delayed me so much that I don't know when I'd graduate again. I've been busy with tech though (front end dev.) So, pls don't give up. You can start the tech now, anytime they call you guys go and collect your MBBS. You've worked for it so you deserve it. Nigeria is a really frustrating oo, I just pray God gives us the strength to push on and possibly travel abroad some day

I'm currently working in Gombe and the place is kinda dope for the Northeast setting. Transportation and food prices is cheap. I was even surprised to see the state has a good road network.

But the heat is sometimes unbearable.

Overall I'll give the state a 6/10.
