Borrowed from world Bank and IMF, borrowed from Individual nations, China, Brazil, India, UAE, Saudi Arabia etc. It got so bad that he was asking CBN to print naira to pay workers salary. So, what kind of economy did you think the government inherited? This is not defending them, cos when he took over, its both asset and liabilities, so Tinubu should man up and deliver good governance he promised those who voted him.[b][/b]

No, before sanctions, delegates was sent to Niger, but it was deadlock. Consultations were made and ECOWAS called for several emergency meetings over Niger. Placing of sanction is not bad, it's removal is not bad too.
We are in the Era of democracy and military 🪖🎖️ is frown at. Hopefully the Nigeriens will return to the ballot soon.

Electric buses, CNG buses and electric motorcycles could be brought in to reduce cost of transport. Lite rails connecting major part of capital cities, also extension of railways to cover all capital cities of the country could be billions well spent. That way many will benefit. Other funds should go to government establish mechanised farms in all Geopolitical zones producting growing foods for sale at cheaper prices.[b]

As for Politicians, if they are in an official Govt Vehicle, which will have a covered plate,siren , probably convoy, no stopping them. But politicians not in government vehicle, in personal car without license plate should be stopped by the Police and identity and ownership of the car must be verified. They guys are not politicians or govt appointed officials, so they could have interacted with police by bringing a ownership document and they will be fine.
