See dictatorship. .
No primaries, nothing, no looking for young 44 years old candidate like the Senegal man they are using to rubbish Nigeria, na old 66 years old Obi den prefer.
These undemocratic, chaotic, incompetent, dubious, corrupt people can't even manage a small party, but they want to rule 36 states with over 200 people and the largest country in Africa.
This is very sad and embarrassing |

Slytiger: Don't underestimate how much desperation can make people lose their senses. I don't see the North losing their senses or being naive that Obi cares about them. When you leave your people with serious water needs in Anambra and the SE to pander and do eye service to the North or pretend that the North deserves water and attention than your people, people see desperation eye service, deception, and insincerity. Besides, they still have receipts of his anti-North sentiments, insults, denigration and abuses. First, he was jumping from one church to the next, shouting holy war and Yes Daddy, now Church is on pause .. This Joker lacks character and basic human decency. |

Obi is dumb and foolish, but I don't think he's dumb enough to think the North is falling for this kindergarten gimmick. |

Before the last elections, he was busy yelling the north is poor and backward, this is saying the same thing, indirectly.
The north is poor and backward with no water to drink.
When you know for a fact that there are countless communities in Anambra and all over the SE without water but they don't deserve the same boreholes or any attention and all you are obsessed with is the north as usual, it is nothing but the same eye service and deception, the same North is poor and backward syndrome.
What a clown. |

Kukutente23: Good
But the first question is how sustainable this is? Will the states be buying food and selling at discounted price going forward? .
Secondly is that this is a distortion of the same market reforms Tinubu claimed to be carrying out. If you're creating a parallel market for goods, you are opening the market as a whole up for abuse and disruption in supply as the state certainly has more purchasing power than other marketers. A model closer home is the fuel subsidy that's being grappled with today.
The states and FG should instead invest in agriculture on a mechanised scale while giving food stamps to low income earners to augment their supplies. There's no distortion anywhere, this program is great for farmers, the state and the consumers. The farmers are guaranteed steady off take and steady income by the state with zero loss because the state is paying the difference . This way, farmers not only earn good and steady money for2 their products, they are also encouraged by to grow and expand their farming operations. I do agree with you that we need to do more regarding strong mechanized farming, not only for local consumption, but also for processing and export. Sadly, we are not there yet, not even closed. How rich folks are not investors, they just park their billions in foreign bank accounts gathering dust. Just imagine, a strong population of over 200 million and we still cannot feed ourselves. We have too many unproductive Nigerians. |

The fact that it was allocated doesn't mean it was collected.
Show proof that he collected or signed any documentation or even proof that he's using the SUV.
This is a silly and pointless denial. |

Vboot1: People that despises self criticism, they hate the bitter truth so much. Few days ago, the PDP segun Sowunmi criticized the leadership style in the south west, you need to see the backlash he received from the Yoruba folks, why should he say the bitter truth. What Sowunmi said is little compared to what some Igbo politicians have said regarding what they feel is isn't right, they igbos have the culture of criticizing themselves, they don't pander or conceal the bitter truth. The "nzobu nzobu" slangs used by most SW folks to trolls the Igbos was said by Soludo when he was registering his discontent with what was happening at that time... This is how the Igbos is.
Ekwerenmadu was a high level politician in Nigeria, a deputy Senate president for many years, we all know what happened to him in Germany even tho I don't support the extreme measure that was taken on him. Now my question is, can any SW folks look Eleyi of Ogun state and tell him to his face he is fucking up? Never! They can't the culture doesn't support self criticism not to talk of the courage to question their leaders.
If the igbos are allowed to practice their undiluted democracy, all these politicians will be powerless even before that they still point out the underperforming ones out. You want accountability from a Governor in far away Ogun state but you still cannot demand anything from the useless governors that you even re elect election after election. What developmental progress have you made in the SE that surpasses Ogun or the SW.? The SE is at the bottom of everything in Nigeria, the SE economy is the poorest. Ogun State generates more revenue than almost the whole of the SE combined. Charity begins at home, face your useless and vision less SE governors . |
