A lot of people don't realize that forex trading is not a sustainable business in Nigeria because of too many ups and downs. I may be wrong. But from my research, I think I am not far from it. Sincerely, I cannot advice you to follow a particular niche because our interests, hobbies, experience, knowledge, etc, differ. When we talk about passion, we are actually referring to what you enjoy doing. Some people can talk and analyze football from morning to evening and never be tired. That is someone's passion.

But if you cannot put your fingers on a passion to go with, you can "follow the money" which is also good. That is, find out what others are doing and it is evergreen and learn everything about that subject or topic. Then build a website or start a blog on it. Monetize your blog and be sure you can make money online.

For instance, one of my students made me to know an affiliate product I have not heard of before. I discovered that I can make $45 per lead, i.e. CPA marketing, from it. What I did is to start reading up on that topic. When I am done, I am going to create a blog to promote the affiliate product. This is simply following the money because I know if I can publish quality content and publish on my blog, I've the capacity to generate free targeted traffic from search engines.

I think there is nothing complicated about these terms. Passion is all about doing what you love and enjoy, okay?

Anytime I get a sale there, i will tell them I have a relative of mine in USA or any country that accepts PayPal, and I will like them to send the money there, then if it works, I will give them my PayPal email, i tried it on Namesilo and the payed me through PayPal, but the don't normally payout through PayPal....so maybe it will work for Afternic....

Why worrying and killing yourself with charges. Even if it is 80 percent that come to you, you are still in profit. You buy a domain name with less than $10 and receive $100 and above you are complaining. Go and open a shop in Lagos market and see area boys, area girls, Iya olojas and babas, federal government, state government, local government and ill wishers coming to collect their unapproved tithes one after the other.

U see why many people will always withhold some vital infos that can help another person? I believe here that many are silent achievers in this business and will rather code anything. Even sale reports, they won't.This is because many people won't value little help and free top notch reports they are getting here which will only spoil chances of genuine flippers that may not have good money for training.
Some people think that life ends with just selling a domain for few hundreds. I just moved in to a bigger city and a better and bigger apartment. I co-rented a flat with a middle aged man.

Now here is the problem, in my business at least in a week, I attend to nothing less than 20 clients but since one month I moved to this apartment I have not seen a single client.

Any day I do my digital marketing I am sure to see at least 10 to 20 enquires but since a month I moved to the apartment no body ever chatted me up for business.

Today I had to withdraw the last 5k in my account. The least amount I ever had in my account was 20k now I only have 500. I am someone that always enjoy the grace of God in my business but now its as if heaven has turned it's back against me. I am seriously thinking of leaving the apartment.

Any Advice?

Many of us today take God for granted. We don't ask God for approval before we take decisions or move. King David before he went to battle with his enemies, he inquired from the Lord. God assured him to pursue, overtake and recover all (1 Samuel 30: 8-9 ). But Lot in Genesis 13: 9-12 never inquired from the Lord before he took a portion of the land close to Sodom and the rest is history. God sees into the future but we don't.

Many people may go into semantics with the above statement and advice. But because I have been in both worlds, I know it is true to inquire from the Lord even before you go out of your house daily. God's injunctions can help you to channel your prayers to the right direction.

Did you seek God's consent before you moved into the apartment? Don't cry over split milk but seek remedial actions before it is too late. The more you look in life the less you see. It is now time to don your spiritual goggles.

I have a couple of domains that I registered at Own registrar(Connectreseller) during their promo last year.I intend to renew the domains upon expiration but im wondering if im going to be charged by the two registrars .When is the appropriate time to transfer the domains as their expiration date is around June 2020.?

I don't think ConnectReseller renewal price is hefty. I think it is about $9 or so but check to confirm. If it is on the average price the same with your preferred registrar, why transfer. GoDaddy is $18 or so for renewal. You can transfer in this case or Gandi.net which is about $15.

But if you must transfer, do so NOT LESS THAN 2 MONTHS ( 60 DAYS) BEFORE DOMAIN EXPIRATION DATE

Yes, but you may also select other filters such as "No hyphen" because brandable domain name will not do well with it. Just an idea.
