Yes. Type the first few letters (may 3-4 characters) of your target brand domain name in the filter section where it says "Starts with...." in the "Domain Name Whitelist" portion.

A domain that makes $1-2 daily is either a parked domain or a domain with a website/blog. A parked domain, you take monthly screenshot for your potential buyer to see and even the report from the parking company.

For your own website/blog, you will install Google Analytics (free) to monitor traffic because most buyers will want to know this. You cannot manipulate it or don't try to manipulate it. For the earnings, you will always have proof of your sources of income, whether it is Google Adsense, affiliate marketing, CPA marketing or from your own product or service.

The important things you need are:
-Domain name
-Web hosting
-Content
-Backlinks
-Your search engine rankings for "money keywords"
-Traffic sources
-Monthly net revenue
-Evidence of monthly earnings consistently

These are what I can remember off from my head now. But the secret here is learning and mastery.

Always remember producers make money more than consumers.

tTo know the average monthly search volume and CPC of a keyword in a domain name with the exception of brandables. Search volume above 100 is good but above 1000 is great and CPC above $1 is fantastic. This info gives you assurance on number of fronts eg whether to continue renewing the domain name until you find a buy or a buynr comes to you. there more really. but this is okay for your question

Do you know that this domain name has dropped 4 times? Unfortunately, the previous owners didn't know the value of a business asset they were holding. Just take a look at the minimum CPC for this keyword? Very valuable keyword to SEO experts.

Renewing a good domain name for 10 years will cost you $100, at least things are fairly stable abroad. If you hold a good domain name for 10 years in a row, there is no way you will not sell it for $500. That is still $400 profit.

Tell me who are you? Are you a domain flipper or domain name investor? And I will tell you who you are.

You see what I've been advocating? You're a business not an individual even if you are doing everything alone. You'll grow and that is how conglomerates are started. Assuming you have a website or blog with footprints, just send it to him. When he sees your footprints, he will be more assured to do business with you.

For $141.49 hosting fees for 3 years (i.e. about $48 per year) you pay upfront, a lot of domain flippers lose sales in hundreds if not thousands of dollars. Not every buyer will ask you. Yes, it is normal. They are not working for free. But let me ask you, did Zenith Bank ask you for telex copy of the sender? If yes, did you send it to them before they credited you with the amount?

My friend, forget about ESTIBOT or any domain appraisal software or even manual/peer appraisal. Estibot will not buy the domain from you. Instead research and confirm for "existing potential end users" for the domain name, CPC of the keyword in the domain and the average monthly search volume in that order.

SEO is a long story because it has two parts i.e. on-page SEO and off-page SEO. But writing SEO articles using the suggested keywords at the foot of the Google search page is okay. But these keywords are called long tail keyword phrases and bring in targeted but little traffic. You target such keywords by writing volume of SEO articles for variety of keywords.

There are several ways to uncover profitable keyword phrases like using forums, online communities, etc. You know the essence of SEO is to make your article be on page one of major search engines like Google and Bing especially in position 1-3.

Allen called "Multiple Streams of Internet Income." I attended Success Digest seminars on several occasions and became a friend to some of their staff then.

With well paid job then, I had small fortune to invest in whatever I deem okay. And good enough, I am a utility player when it comes to business. Some people mistake me for an Igbo man but I am not. I'm touched by this guy's statement especially the bold one. Here is how to get a domain name that will give you response from potential end users. Firstly, know how to use Google Keyword Planner. I cannot emphasize this enough. I pasted a link for a free ebook download on how to use it previously on this thread.

Next, enter your keyword and choose your target location, say US, if you're targeting United States of America. Launch your keyword tool to get additional keyword searches. For example, one of us reported domain sold few days ago, i.e RowlettFlorist-com.

Let's dissect this domain name. Now, enter "rowlett florist" in Google keyword planner tool without the quotes, okay? What can you see? Rowlett florist as a keyword or search query generates an average of 100-1000 search volume per month. That is good.

Secondly, go to Google.com and enter "rowlett population" again without the quotes. What can you see? A population of 62,868 (2017 census). That is a good statistics again. You may aim at minimum of 50,000 population but this is subjective. The best teacher is experience in this case.

Thirdly, look at the CPC (cost per click). It reads $1.09 minimum bid and $3.78 maximum bid. If Google Ads advertisers can pay $1.09 for a click that will not guarantee a sale of a product or service, that is also a good sign of a good keyword.

Armed with this information, all you will be praying to God for is to make the domain name available for you to register. Most of the time, good domain names are already taken. This is where the hard work is. You are panning for gold so you have to be prepared like the Boys Scout motto.

The only reason you cannot sell that domain name is when you don't do enough outbound marketing. This is the reason why you see a domain that has dropped 3-5 times, is picked up by a domainer with outbound marketing DNA in him selling a domain that dropped. You begin to wonder why others before him were not able to sell it. They probably may have been sitting in their couches waiting for that inbound impulse buyer that may never come.

Do you know that when some people check domain name availability and discover it is taken, they don't bother to make any effort to buy it from the incumbent owner? They don't know that there is a business called buying and selling domain names. Until you hit the pavement to find buyers, you may hold that domain till eternity or simply allow it to expire.

I have taken screenshots "Rowlett Florist" to buttress this example. You should start having buyers' response as from now with this additional information. I release that anointing upon you by God Almighty that we serve! Amen!

Some I do without using any marketplace and it that case, I use wire transfers. May I add that the keyword planner is no longer free again; in that you need a google adword acc to use the tool.

It's free my friend. Go and sign up. Follow the sign up process and Google will only bill you $1 to verify that you own the debit card you entered in the billing info stage.

The money will be refunded to your account later anyway. As soon as you have been approved, you can now use the tool on your dashboard. But remember to pause any advert you have created during your sign up process so that you won't be billed at the end of the month.

Nigerian words like Okada, Agric, K-leg, Danfo, Mama Put, Barbing Salon, Ember Months, Tokunbo, Send-Forth, Next Tomorrow, Gist, Chop-Chop etc. made it to the list.

In order to have a global market to reach out to, it is always better to register a domain name with universal meaning with the exception of brandable domain which is purely a creative of the originator. It is easy to register a domain name but difficult to renew it.

To add to what you wrote, agreegator website is the way as advised by tranxo sometimes ago. What you need is just to add the feeds of the website you want to add contents from and you are getting contents everyday with the sources attached.
