The Governors are part of these criminal acts and we all know it (Was one of the B.Haram guys not arrested while hiding in a Governors lodge?)

Leaving them there makes a nuisance of what the JTF is supposed to be doing.
They will tip-off terrorist, cover them up where necessary, continue to fund them using "their security votes" and hide then under their Governors immunity!
