Obi doesn't have 25% in 24 states........So he cannot be declared President under the Nigerian constitution. The only chance Obi has now is to win the highest number of votes....then he will go into a rerun election with whoever comes second.....

In others words those who voted for Obi have "wasted their votes" so far except they can force a rerun....which is good for APC as it stands....otherwise combined opposition vote is enough to retire APC permanently
