If no be somebody sponsor am, no Nigerian will waste their hard earned money to travel multiple states just to give fake testimony...Nigerian women I know do not have such time, especially when there is no financial benefit.

One stupid best friend I had as a teen did same, which is why I cut off with him.

Thanks a lot bro. Their evaluation requires information on citations, publications etc. And i dont have any of those. I am just a tech specialist with over a decade experience, but they stated that they cannot take my case. Is their something i didnt present properly or i must have citations/publications and all to qualify?

Thank you so much for this valuable information. I received an update on my EB-2 NIW petition on Lawfully App that my case was approved by USCIS on 14th of April. I am still waiting for my Attorney (Chen) on next line of action for the Visa processing from Nigeria. I just received another notification that says "we sent your case, Receipt Number SRC......, to the Department of State for visa processing". Does this also imply that the case has been forwarded to NVC? Thank you.
